当然也可在锁舌 23 的一端部设置定位台阶 231 。另外,锁舌 23 的宽度与 T 型的快接槽 11a 的开口尺寸相当,这样恰好能够伸入快接槽 11a 内。锁舌 23 的长度大于快接槽 11a 的 T 型头在此方向上的尺寸,这样锁舌 23 上不必设置定位台阶 231 ,也可限制定位台阶 231 在快接槽 11a 内的旋转角度,避免出现卡不到位或转过头卡不上的现象,既能快速卡合,确保卡合力,进而提高安全性。
在搭架起来的固定管上架设混凝土模板 10a 时,将扣板 10 卡在固定管上,卡销 11 和锁舌 23 分别卡在混凝土模板 10a 上的快接槽 11a 内,快速旋转螺母 22 使锁舌 23 恰好卡合到位,再旋转螺母 22 使锁舌 23 紧紧卡在快接槽 11a 内。待混凝土成型后,反向旋转螺母 22 使锁舌 23 从快接槽 11a 内脱开,然后将固定管、混凝土模板 10a 拆下来即可。本发明通过螺杆 21 和螺母 22 使锁舌 23 紧卡在快接槽 11a 内,可提高紧固度。
作为本发明的再一较佳实施例,如图 2 中的箭头方向所示,卡合时先握住把手 24 顺时针旋转螺杆 21 ,使锁舌 23 卡合在快接槽 11a 内。然后握住把手 24 顺时针旋转螺母 22 ,螺杆 21 上升使锁舌 23 紧紧抵顶在快接槽 11a 的槽壁上。逆时针旋转,即可将锁舌 23 从快接槽 11a 中快速脱出。
也就是说,锁舌 23 旋转卡合在快接槽 11a 内的旋转方向,与螺母 22 在螺杆 21 上旋转使锁舌 23 抵紧在快接槽 11a 内的旋转方向相同,而且两者的旋转方向均为顺时针旋转,符合人体顺时针旋转旋紧、逆时针旋转旋松的动作习惯。当然也可反过来设置旋紧、旋松的方向。
实施例二
如图 3 至 6 所示,本发明的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,包括角板 10 ' 和锁件 20 ' 。
本实施例中除了角板 10 ' 与实施例一中的扣板 10 不同以外,锁件 20 ' 为两个,各锁件 20 ' 的结构分别与实施例一中的锁件 20 结构相同。
角板 10 ' 具有连接在一起的第一板 11 ' 和第二板 12 ' ,第一板 11 ' 和第二板 12 ' 上分别对应开有第一槽 111 ' 和第二槽 121 ' ;第一槽 111 ' 和第二槽 121 ' 内分别对应安装锁件 20 ' 。
锁件 20 ' 包括相适配的螺杆 21 ' 和螺母 22 ' ,两个螺杆 21 ' 分别穿设在第一槽 111 ' 或第二槽 121 ' 内。螺杆 21 ' 的一端安装螺母 22 ' ,螺杆 21 ' 的另一端部固定有锁舌 23 ' 。另外,锁舌 23 ' 上设有定位台阶 231 ' ,定位台阶 231 ' 卡合于混凝土模板 10a 上的快接槽 11a 内。螺杆 21 ' 和 / 或螺母 22 ' 上分别设有用于旋转用的把手 24 ' 。
其中,穿设在第一槽 111 ' 和第二槽 121 ' 中的两个锁件 20 ' 的结构可以相同也可不同。例如,两个锁舌上分别设有定位台阶,或者一个锁舌上设有定位台阶。两个螺杆 21 ' 和两个螺母 22 ' 上分别设有把手 24 ' ,或者一个螺杆 21 ' 和一个螺母 22 ' 上分别设有把手 24 ' 。
作为本发明的一个较佳实施例,第一槽 111 ' 和第二槽 121 ' 相互平行;或者第一槽 111 ' 、第二槽 121 ' 相互平行和角板 10 ' 的角部棱线相互平行;或者第一槽 111 ' 和第二槽 121 ' 相互垂直,第一槽 111 ' 或第二槽 121 ' 平行于角板 10 ' 的角部棱线;或者第一槽 111 ' 或第二槽 121 ' 为十字型槽,且第一槽 111 ' 和第二槽 121 ' 至少有一条槽边相互平行。
拼接混凝土模板时,在两块相互垂直搭接的混凝土模板 10a 的搭接处放置角板 10 ' ,角板 10 ' 的第一板 11 ' 和第二板 12 ' 分别贴合在两块混凝土模板 10 ' 的外表面上,然后将两个锁舌 23 ' 分别卡入混凝土模板 10a 上的快接槽 11a 内,旋转螺母 22 ' 使锁舌 23 ' 紧紧卡在快接槽 11a 内。这样,在混凝土模板 10 ' 的内表面所围成的型腔内浇筑混凝土,待混凝土成型后,反向旋转螺母 22 ' 使锁舌 23 ' 从快接槽 11a 内脱开,然后将混凝土模板一块一块拆下来即可。
本发明通过螺杆 21 ' 和螺母 22 ' 使锁舌 23 ' 紧卡在快接槽 11a 内,可提高紧固度。由于角板 10 ' 上开有第一槽 11 ' 和第二槽 12 ' ,这样可根据两块相互垂直搭接的混凝土模板的搭接处的角部安装位置,通过第一槽 11 ' 和第二槽 12 ' 相应地调整角板的位置,例如:两块相互垂直搭接的混凝土模板 10a 上的快接槽 11a 对齐在一起、相互错开或者相互垂直时,都能通过扣件装置将两块混凝土模板 10a 固定在一起,本发明具有较高的通用性,适用于多种规格的混凝土模板 10a 来拼接成多种形成的型腔,可提高装卸效率。

Claims (10)

1、一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,包括扣板和锁件,扣板的一端部设有卡销,扣板的另一端部设有套筒,其特征在于:所述锁件包括相适配的螺杆和螺母,螺杆穿设在所述套筒内且两端均穿出所述套筒外,螺杆位于所述套筒外的一端安装螺母,螺杆位于所述套筒外的另一端的端部固定有锁舌。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述锁舌上分别设有定位台阶,或者一个所述锁舌上设有定位台阶,定位台阶卡合于混凝土模板上的快接槽内。
3、 如权利要求1或2所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述锁舌旋转卡合在混凝土模板上的快接槽内的旋转方向,与所述螺母在所述螺杆上旋转使所述锁舌抵紧在此快接槽内的旋转方向相同。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆和/或所述螺母上设有用于旋转用的把手。
5、一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件装置,包括贴在混凝土模板的表面上的角板,以及将角板固定在混凝土模板上的锁件,其特征在于:所述角板具有连接在一起的第一板和第二板,第一板和第二板上分别对应开有第一槽和第二槽;所述锁件包括相适配的螺杆和螺母,第一槽和第二槽内分别穿设螺杆,两个螺杆的一端分别安装螺母,两个螺杆的另一端部分别固定有锁舌。
6 、如权利要求 5 所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述第一槽和所述第二槽相互平行。
7 、如权利要求 5 所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述第一槽和所述第二槽相互垂直,所述第一槽或所述第二槽平行于所述角板的角部棱线。
8 、如权利要求 5 所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述第一槽或所述第二槽为十字型槽,且所述第一槽和所述第二槽至少有一条槽边相互平行。
9 、如权利要求 5 所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:两个所述锁舌上分别设有定位台阶,或者一个所述锁舌上设有定位台阶,定位台阶卡合于混凝土模板上的快接槽内。
10、如权利要求5或9所述的一种快装式混凝土模板用扣件结构装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆和/或所述螺母上设有用于旋转用的把手;或者所述锁舌旋转卡合在混凝土模板上的快接槽内的旋转方向,与所述螺母在所述螺杆上旋转使所述锁舌抵紧在此快接槽内的旋转方向相同。
