- the confirmation condition is, for example, a condition that the business card partial character strings transmitted from the input terminal 20 of N or more operators (N is an integer of 2 or more such as 2, 3) or more, or a plurality of business card partial characters This is a condition that the matching rate of the columns is equal to or higher than a threshold (for example, 80%), and a condition that the business card partial character strings match except for the difference between half-width and full-width.
- the confirmation condition may be a condition that a threshold value or more (for example, 2 or more) of the business card partial character strings transmitted from the input terminals 20 of three or more operators completely match.
- the fixed condition storage unit 106 is preferably a non-volatile recording medium, but can also be realized by a volatile recording medium.
- the confirmation determination unit 107 receives two or more business card partial characters. It is determined whether or not the column meets the definite condition.
- the business card partial character string of the same item is a business card partial character string associated with the same item information.
- the confirmation determination unit 107 can usually be realized by an MPU, a memory, or the like.
- the processing procedure of the determination unit 107 is usually realized by software, and the software is recorded on a recording medium such as a ROM. However, it may be realized by hardware (dedicated circuit).
- the privilege identifier storage unit 108 stores privilege identifiers.
- the privilege identifier is information for communicating with the privilege input terminal 30 of the privilege operator.
- the privileged operator is an operator who can see a business card image corresponding to a business card identifier included in the partial business card information.
- the privileged operator for example, has signed a contract with an operator who has knowledge and qualifications to protect personal information, secrets and security, and a company that operates the business card management system 1 with respect to the protection of personal information and secrets. An operator or an operator whose past contract years are equal to or greater than a threshold value.

- the input promotion information may be a business card image without a mask or the like from which pieces are acquired.
- the input promotion information may include item information corresponding to a business card partial character string that has not been confirmed.
- the input promotion information is usually information that prompts the user to input a business card partial character string in which one business card image is not confirmed. However, all the information (for example, character strings) shown in the one business card image is confirmed or confirmed. Information that prompts the user to input a character string may be used for a part including a business card partial character string.
- the privileged input terminal 30 is the input terminal 20 identified by the privilege identifier. Some items are items associated with a business card partial character string determined by the confirmation determination unit 107 to meet the confirmation condition, out of one or more item information indicating items to be acquired for the business card image. It is an item indicated by item information other than information.
- the business card image transmission unit 109 transmits a piece of information associated with a business card identifier after a predetermined time has elapsed since the piece transmission unit 104 transmits piece information having one business card identifier. It is determined whether the business card partial character string corresponding to the item information is stored in the business card information storage unit 101. And when not stored, the business card image transmission part 109 transmits input promotion information and a business card identifier about this item information.
- the business card image transmission unit 109 also promotes input of item information of this item when the confirmation determination unit 107 determines that two or more business card partial character strings of the same item corresponding to one business card identifier do not match. Information and a business card identifier may be transmitted.
- the business card image transmission unit 109 may determine the privileged input terminal 30 as a transmission destination of the input promotion information and the business card identifier. For example, the business card image transmission unit 109 may determine in the order designated in advance, or may determine in a rule designated in advance or at random.

You may make it accumulate
- the business card partial character string accumulating unit 110 may determine the business card partial character string only when the confirmation determining unit 107 determines that the two match. Confirming the business card partial character string means that the business card partial character string received by the partial business card information receiving unit 105 is associated with the business card identifier received by the partial business card information receiving unit 105 or the business card identifier and item information. This is a process of accumulating in the storage unit 101. Further, this process may be a process of writing a flag indicating confirmation in the business card partial character string stored in the business card information storage unit 101.
- the business card partial character string accumulating unit 110 is associated with the business card identifier included in the privileged partial business card information received by the partial business card information receiving unit 105 and is associated with the business card part included in the privileged partial business card information received by the partial business card information receiving unit 105

And then binarizing the two. Then, the registration determination unit 112 determines whether or not the values of pixels having the same coordinates match for each pixel. When the ratio of matching pixels, that is, the matching rate is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value, You may judge that both correspond. The above binarization may be performed before deformation.
- the business card image is binarized and it is determined whether or not the two pixels match.
- this comparison process is an example, and comparison is made between each pixel of the business card image without binarization. Then, pixels having similar color differences, gradations, etc. (for example, color difference value differences or gradation differences less than a threshold value) may be determined as matching pixels.
- a process other than the above may be performed as a process for determining whether or not the pixels match. This process is the same in the process of comparing the pixels between the other two images.
- it is considered that the determination of the mismatch between the two using the mismatch rate is substantially the same process.
- characters included in the two business card images to be compared may be converted into text by OCR processing or the like, and when the matching rate of the text is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value, it may be determined that the two match.
- the piece generation unit 103 determines that the same business card image does not exist, two or more pieces are acquired from the business card image, and when it is determined that the same business card image does not exist, two or more from the business card image If the piece is acquired, the registration determination unit 112 may be omitted.

- Step S301 The business card image receiving unit 111 determines whether or not one business card image has been received. If received, the process proceeds to step S302. If not received, the process proceeds to step S307.
- Step S302 The registration determination unit 112 determines whether or not the same business card image is stored in the business card information storage unit 101. If there is no same business card image, the process proceeds to step S303. If there is the same business card image, the business card information associated with the same business card image is duplicated and stored in the business card information storage unit 101 as business card information corresponding to the received business card image. accumulate. Then, the process returns to step S301. In order to prevent registration of duplicate business card images, the received business card images may be discarded and the process may return to step S301.
- Step S303 The business card image receiving unit 111 stores the business card image received in step S301 in the business card information storage unit 101 in association with the business card identifier.
- information on the date and time of accumulation is also acquired from a clock or the like (not shown) and accumulated.
- Step S304 The piece generation unit 103 generates two or more different pieces using the one business card image received in Step S301.

This rule is, for example, a rule that assigns a serial number as a piece identifier, a rule that assigns a piece generation time or the like as a piece identifier, or a value that indicates the order in which pieces are acquired in a business card image. And so on.
- Step S306 The piece transmitting unit 104 transmits piece information including each piece acquired in Step S305 and a business card identifier associated with each piece to the input terminal 20. Details of the processing for transmitting piece information will be described later.
- Step S307 The partial business card information receiving unit 105 determines whether or not the partial business card information is received from the input terminal 20. If the partial business card information receiving unit 105 receives the partial business card information, the partial business card information is accumulated in a storage medium (not shown) and the like, and the process proceeds to step S308. Otherwise, the process proceeds to step S316.
- Step S308 The confirmation determination unit 107 detects partial business card information in which the business card identifier and the item information included in the partial business card information received in Step S307 match from the partial business card information already received. For example, the partial business card information receiving unit 105 searches a partial business card information in which the business card identifier and item information included in the partial business card information received in step S307 match from a storage unit (not shown) that accumulates the received partial business card information. .

- the user identifier of the operator of the input terminal 20 a mail address, a messaging service account, an SNS (social network) Service etc.).
- the input terminal identifier may be a messaging service account, an SNS (social network service, etc.) account, or the like.
- the piece transmitting unit 104 includes the business card identifier associated with the piece generated in Step S304 of FIG. 3 in the piece information transmitted in the past by the input terminal 20 indicated by the input terminal identifier selected in Step S402. It is determined whether there is piece information having the same business card identifier. For example, each time the piece transmitting unit 104 transmits piece information, the business card identifier included in the transmitted piece information and the input terminal identifier of the input terminal of the transmission destination are associated with each other and stored in a storage unit (not shown). To do. Then, it is determined whether or not the accumulated information includes information having the input terminal identifier selected in step S402 and the business card identifier associated with the piece generated in step S304 in FIG.
- step S404 If there is piece information having the same business card identifier in piece information transmitted in the past, the process returns to step S402, and if not, the process proceeds to step S404. Thereby, it is possible to prevent pieces associated with the same business card identifier from being transmitted to the same input terminal 20.
- Step S404 The piece transmitting unit 104 sends the nth piece generated in Step S304 of FIG. 3 and the business card identifier associated with this piece to the input terminal 20 indicated by the input terminal identifier selected in Step S402. The piece information which has is transmitted.
- Step S405 The piece transmitting unit 104 accumulates the input terminal identifier of the destination input terminal 20 and the business card identifier included in the transmitted piece information in a storage unit (not shown).
- Step S406 The piece transmission unit 104 increments the value of the counter m by 1.
- Step S407 The piece transmitting unit 104 determines whether or not the value of the counter m exceeds two or more values specified in advance.
- a value obtained by subtracting 1 from the value of the counter m is the number of input terminals 20 that have transmitted one piece. That is, here, a case where one piece information is transmitted to two or more input terminals 20 is described as an example.
- the process proceeds to step S408, and when it does not exceed, that is, when it is equal to or less than the value specified in advance, the process returns to step S402.
- Step S408 The piece transmission unit 104 increments the value of the counter n by 1.
- Step S409 The piece transmission unit 104 determines whether or not the piece generated in step S304 in FIG. 3 includes the nth piece. If there is, the process proceeds to step S410, and if not, the process returns to the upper process.
- Step S410 The piece transmission unit 104 substitutes 1 for the value of the counter m. Then, the process returns to step S402.
- the piece transmission unit 104 may repeat the piece transmission until the partial business card information corresponding to the transmitted piece is confirmed or until a predetermined time limit is reached. For example, when it is determined in step S313 in the flowchart shown in FIG. 3 that there is no business card image after a predetermined time has passed, the corresponding partial business card information is not determined from the pieces that have been transmitted by the piece transmitting unit 104.
- the piece transmitting unit 104 or the like performs a process of detecting a piece and an undefined piece is detected, the piece transmitting unit 104 may perform the process of transmitting the piece again for the piece. And you may make it return to step S101 after transmission, or when the piece which is not decided is not detected.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the input terminal 20 of the business card management system 1 of the present embodiment.
- Step S501 The piece receiving unit 202 determines whether piece information has been received. If received, the process proceeds to step S502. If not received, the process returns to step S501.
- Step S502 The piece receiving unit 202 outputs the pieces included in the piece information.
- Step S503 The receiving unit 201 determines whether or not a partial business card character string has been received. If accepted, the process proceeds to step S504. If not accepted, the process returns to step S503.
- Step S504 The receiving unit 201 determines whether item information has been received. If accepted, the process proceeds to step S505, and if not accepted, the process returns to step S504.
- Step S505 The partial business card information transmitting unit 204 has partial business card information including the partial business card character string received in step S504, the item information received in step S505, and the business card identifier included in the piece information received in step S501. Is transmitted to the business card management server 10. Then, the process returns to step S501. "
- the process is ended by powering off or interruption for aborting the process.
- FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the privilege input terminal 30 of the business card management system 1 of the present embodiment. Note that the same reference numerals as those in the flowchart of FIG. 5 indicate the same or corresponding steps, and detailed description thereof is omitted here.
- Step S606 The input promotion information receiving unit 206 determines whether or not the input promotion information and the business card identifier have been received. If received, the process proceeds to step S606. If not received, the process returns to step S601.
- Step S607 The input promotion information output unit 207 outputs the input transmission information received in Step S606.
- Step S608 The privilege receiving unit 205 determines whether or not a partial business card character string has been received. If accepted, the process proceeds to step S609. If not accepted, the process returns to step S508.
- the privilege receiving unit 205 may receive a plurality of partial business card character strings.
- Step S609 The privileged part name card information transmitting unit 208 has the privilege including the part name card character string accepted in step S608, the item information accepted for each part name card character string in step S607, and the business card identifier received in step S606.
- the partial business card information is transmitted to the business card management server 10. Then, the process returns to step S601.
- FIG. 1 A conceptual diagram of the business card management system 1 is shown in FIG.
- a user who wants to manage a business card photographs a business card with a smartphone (not shown) with a digital camera and transmits a business card image obtained by the photographing to the business card management server 10.
- the business card image is transmitted to the business card management server 10 in association with the user identifier of the user who transmitted the business card image.
- the file name of the transmitted business card image is “U001NAME12.png” and the user identifier is “U001”.
- the business card image receiving unit 111 of the business card management server 10 receives a set of a business card image and user identification information transmitted from the user.
- the business card image receiving unit 111 binarizes the received business card image whose name is “U001NAME12.png” (hereinafter referred to as the business card image “U001NAME12.png”), and further, a rectangle indicating the business card. Detects the circles in the area. Then, the image in this rectangular area is cut out and transformed into a rectangle having the same number of vertical and horizontal pixels as the business card.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a modification to the business card image.
- FIG. 7A shows a state in which a rectangular area 71 indicating a business card is detected from the binarized business card image, and FIG. The business card image which cut out the area
- FIG. 8 is a diagram showing business card image management information for managing business card images stored in the business card information storage unit 101.
- the business card image management information has attributes of “business card ID”, “user ID”, “image”, and “date”.
- “Business card ID” is a business card identifier.
- “User ID” is the user identifier of the user who transmitted the business card image.
- “Image” is a file name of a business card image.
- “Date” is the date on which the business card images are accumulated.
- the “date” may further include information such as time in addition to the date. It is assumed that the business card image stored in the business card information storage unit 101 is a business card image that has been subjected to the same modification by the business card image receiving unit 111 or the like.
- the registration determination unit 112 determines whether a business card image matching the business card image “U001NAME12.png” received and deformed by the business card image reception unit 111 is stored in the business card information storage unit 101.
- the registration determination unit 112 stores the matching business card image in the business card image stored in association with the user identifier that matches the user ID “U001” received together with the business card image. Judge whether or not.
- the example which binarized the business card image is shown here, it does not necessarily need to be binarized. When binarization is not performed, for example, when the difference in color difference or gradation value is less than a predetermined value, it is determined that the pixels of the two business card images match.
- the threshold value here may be a fixed value, or may be a variable value determined according to the entire business card image, the values of some pixels, or the like. Note that the outline detection of the rectangular area of the business card may also be performed using the color difference or the gradation value.
- the registration determining unit 112 sequentially detects records in which the value of “user ID” matches “U001” from the business card image management information shown in FIG. 8, and the file name indicated by “image” included in the detected record Get the business card image. And it is judged whether this business card image corresponds with the business card image which performed the deformation
- the business card information associated with the business card image determined to match the deformed business card image is acquired (for example, duplicated) from the business card information storage unit 101, and this business card information is converted into the business card image before the transformation. Is stored in the business card information storage unit 101 as the business card information corresponding to.
- the business card image received by the business card image receiving unit 111 may be discarded without being accumulated to prevent registration of duplicate business card information.
- the business card image that matches the business card image received by the business card image receiving unit 111 is not associated with the user ID “U001” managed by the business card image management information in the business card image.
- the business card image receiving unit 111 overwrites the original business card image “U001NAME12.png” with the business card image shown in FIG. 7B, stores the business card image in the business card information storage unit 101, and stores the business card identifier for the business card image. get.
- the business card identifier is, for example, a value obtained by combining a user ID and a four-digit number indicating the order in which the business card images are stored. For example, here, since five business card images have already been accumulated as business card images corresponding to the user ID “U001”, the business card identifier is “U0010006”.
- the business card image receiving unit 111 includes, as the business card image management information, the business card identifier “U0010006”, the user ID “U001”, the business card image file name “U001NAME12.png”, and the current date “2012/01”. / 15 ”is added.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining a process of generating pieces.
- the piece generation unit 103 acquires two or more pieces for the business card image shown in FIG. For example, the piece generation unit 103 sequentially detects a plurality of discontinuous rectangular regions including pixels other than the background color, which are surrounded by the background color pixels, in the business card image shown in FIG. For example, the piece generation unit 103 can detect such a rectangular region by scanning the pixels in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction and detecting a row or a column in which pixels other than the background color appear. Since the background color of business cards is often white, the background color is usually set to white, for example.
- the area is divided only when there are columns of background colors equal to or more than the pixels specified in advance. May be.
- Information indicating the detected area is temporarily stored in a storage medium (not shown).
- the piece generation unit 103 uses the business card image shown in FIG. 7B to generate an image obtained by blurring the portions other than the regions 91 to 98 for each of the regions 91 to 98 detected above. Generate. Each of these images is a piece.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of a piece generated by the piece generation unit 103.
- FIGS. 10A to 10H are diagrams showing eight pieces generated by blurring portions other than the region 91 to the region 98 of the business card image. It should be noted that the strength for blurring is set in advance to such an extent that humans cannot read the characters.
- the piece generation unit 103 stores the pieces generated above in the piece storage unit 102 in association with the business card ID “0010006” acquired for the business card image. This accumulation may be considered as temporary storage. For example, each piece is stored with a file name in which a serial number is added to the value of the original business card ID.
- FIG. 11 shows piece management information for managing pieces stored in the piece storage unit 102.
- the piece management information has attributes of “business card ID” and “piece”.

- the piece transmission unit 104 transmits an “input terminal identifier” attribute value that matches “OP0002” and a “business card ID” transmitted by the piece transmission unit 104.
- the piece transmitting unit 104 sends the first piece, specifically, the piece having the file name “00100061.png” and the business card identifier “OP0002” to the input terminal 20 having the input terminal identifier “OP0002”.
- the piece information having “0010006” is transmitted. If a matching record is detected, the piece transmitting unit 104 does not transmit piece information to the input terminal 20 whose input terminal identifier is “OP0002”, and acquires the next input terminal identifier. Repeat the same process. Thereby, pieces acquired from the same business card image can be transmitted to different input terminals 20.
- the piece transmitting unit 104 since it is designated in advance that one piece is transmitted to two different input terminals 20, the piece transmitting unit 104 obtains the next input terminal identifier “OP0003”, and Similarly, processing for transmitting the first piece information is performed. Then, it is assumed that the piece transmitting unit 104 transmits the first piece information to the input terminal 20 corresponding to the input terminal identifier “OP0003” in the same manner as described above. As a result, the piece transmitting unit 104 has transmitted piece information including the first piece to the two input terminals.
- the piece transmitting unit 104 further repeats the same processing to transmit the second and subsequent pieces. Then, a plurality of sets (here, two sets) of all pieces acquired for the business card ID “0010006” are respectively transmitted to a plurality of different input terminals 20, and the transmission process is terminated. That is, only one piece acquired for the business card ID “0010006” is transmitted to one input terminal 20.
- the input terminal 20 here may be the privileged input terminal 30.
- the piece receiving unit 202 of the input terminal 20 whose input terminal identifier is “OP0004” receives piece information transmitted from the business card management server 10.
