具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合附图以及实施例对本发明进行进一步详细描述。
如图1~9所示,本实施例的 自动分餐设备 主要包括基座1以及设置在基座1上的储菜桶2、储饭桶30、分菜机构3、上菜机构4、点菜装置5、运餐机构6、升降器8、主控箱9和餐盘分拣器20。分菜机构3、上菜机构4、点菜装置5、运餐机构6、升降器8和餐盘分拣器20分别与主控箱9内的主控电路连接并由其控制,以相互配合完成自动分餐。主控电路可包括微机、多个供电电路、继电器、单片机等。 该自动分餐设备一个窗口就可解决所有分餐流程,方便、快捷、卫生和时尚,可广泛应用于工厂、企业、学校、医院、部队和外卖快餐店等就餐人员多的场所。
每个储菜桶2用于装一种菜肴,因此可设置多个储菜桶。本实施例中,这些储菜桶2分为两列相对设置,且每一列的储菜桶2均同向倾斜设置,储菜桶2的出菜口(也为装菜口)朝向另一列的储菜桶。储菜桶2之间可由隔离板10分隔设置。隔离板10也可起到支撑储菜桶2的作用。在其他实施例中,可仅设置一列储菜桶。
请同时参考图2和图3,本实施例中,上菜机构4用于驱动储菜桶旋转,以将储菜桶内的菜从出菜口输出。上菜机构4主要包括设置在基座1上的上菜电机41、固定于储菜桶2底部的菜桶转盘42、连接在菜桶转盘和上菜电机之间的主动齿轮43和传动齿轮44,以及设置在在储菜桶2内的螺旋状导菜叶片45。传动齿轮44与上菜电机41啮合,主动齿轮43与传动齿轮44啮合。菜桶转盘42与主动齿轮相连并随主动齿轮同步旋转。导菜叶片45焊接在储菜桶2内壁上,呈螺旋上升状,其末端与储菜桶的出菜口相对(图3(a))。上菜电机41工作时,上菜电机41驱动传动齿轮44转动,传动齿轮44带动主动齿轮43转动,主动齿轮43带动菜桶转盘42旋转,菜桶转盘42带动储菜桶2转动,导菜叶片45随储菜桶2旋转,储菜桶2内的菜在导菜叶片45的导引下往上输送。
由于有些菜肴没有菜汁味道更好,为了防止储菜桶2内的菜汁随菜被导上,导菜叶片45上可开有多个供菜汁通过的通孔451(参考图3(b))。为了灵活准确调节储菜桶2内导出的菜量,在导菜叶片45末端设有可拆卸更换的叶尾片46。导菜叶片45相对水平面呈整体倾斜向上状态。叶尾片相对水平面呈水平或略向下倾斜,且叶尾片的最大宽度大于导菜叶片的最大宽度,使得沿导菜叶片45上来的菜肴可暂时停留在叶尾片46上。叶尾片46根据出菜需要更换不同大小或不同形状,如叶尾片46呈 汤匙状461或 呈 梯级状的铲子状462(参考图3(c)),该叶尾片上也可设置用于除去菜汁的网孔463, 解决了控制出菜量更准确、更灵活的需求。
在基座1上、位于储菜桶2其中一列的一端上还设有一控制箱7,控制箱7内设有加菜电机72,加菜电机72通过皮带驱动两根连动杆71。这两根连动杆71分别设置在每一列的储菜桶2的底部下方。连动杆71上设置多个离合器73,每个离合器对应连接一个储菜桶2。需往某个储菜桶2内加菜时,开启加菜电机72,并将需加菜的储菜桶2与连动杆71连接的离合器73合上,操控制箱7上的一对应的控制开关11,需要加菜的储菜桶2以连动杆71为圆心向远离对面一列储菜桶的方向旋转,向外摆动至适当位置时,加菜电机2自动停止转动,工作人员就可将做好的菜倒进储菜 桶2里。当加好菜之后,只需要操作另一对应的控制开关,加菜电机72反转,连动杆71即可带动该储菜桶2回到原来的位置。其它实施例中,可取消加菜电机72、连动杆71和离合器73,利用手动取下储菜桶2的方式实现加菜。也可每一列储菜桶配置一台加菜电机,还可以每个储菜桶配置一个加菜电机,从而省略连动杆和离合器。
请同时参考图1、图2和图6(a),分菜机构3设置在储菜桶2的出菜口处,位于两列储菜桶2之间,用于将从出菜口出来的菜引导至预设位置上。本实施例中,分菜机构3主要包括一基本水平设置的中空输送管31、从输送管31一端的上端面基本垂直于输送管31延伸而出的上菜端、设于输送管31内的输送螺杆33、用于驱动输送螺杆33旋转的螺杆电机34和连接于输送管31另一端的下端面的菜漏斗35。上菜端朝向储菜桶2的出菜口的一面上形成有上菜口32,上菜口32附近设有上菜感应器321和清洗进水口322,上菜感应器321用于感应 储菜桶2内是否有菜从出菜口向 上菜口32输送。清洗进水口322与上菜口32和输送管31内部想通,并正对出菜口,使用时通过一外接水管连接至水龙头,清水可直接进入储菜桶。螺杆电机34设置在输送管31的一端。菜漏斗35朝向两列储菜桶的中间位置倾斜,与输送管可旋转连接。在菜漏斗35上部设有调节菜漏斗35方向的调向电机37,通过旋转菜漏斗以实现菜漏斗35出口位置的调整,从而使从菜漏斗35中出来的菜可以放置在餐盘的对应餐格中,使不同储菜桶2里的菜都能投放在餐盘的准确餐格里。在菜漏斗35底部出口处还设有防漏盖38和用于驱动防漏盖38打开和关闭的防漏盖电机39,可防止餐盘未放置在菜漏斗35出口下方时菜肴流出污染装置。在输送管31内还设有振动器311,振动器311振动方便输送管31内的菜向前输送。在基座1上设有一支架36(图2),分菜机构3安装固定于支架36上。
工作中, 储菜桶2在加菜机构72的驱动下,储菜桶2桶口刚好与 上菜口32衔接,储菜桶2内的菜在上菜电机41的驱动下随导菜叶片45的导引下往上输送,通过上菜口32进入输送管31内。当上菜感应器321在预设时间段内感应到 储菜桶2内无菜往 上菜口32输送时,主控电路会通过声音或灯光或文字信息输出进行提示,通知某个菜品已用完需添加和某个菜品已售完莫再选择。 分餐结束后,打开清洗进水口322开关,让水从清洗进水口322先进入 储菜桶2 里,然后经 菜漏斗35流出,再排出机外。
如图6(b)所示,在另一实施例中,可省略输送管31,使上菜端和菜漏斗35直接相连,为直落式结构。其他实施例中,还可以省略输送管内的输送螺杆33,输送管相对水平面向下方倾斜即可。本实施例中,分菜机构的送菜方式为螺杆推出式和直落式,其他实施例中,还可选择翻斗式。
储饭桶30可根据需要设置一个或多个,与储菜桶并列而设。储饭桶底部开有出饭口,形成出饭口的边缘处通过一大体呈L型的连接管连接一送饭机构。送饭机构的结构与分菜机构3类似,不同之处在于省略了上菜端,中空输送管的一端直接与L型连接管相接,使饭桶内饭直接送到输送螺杆处。菜漏斗上的调向电机也可省略,因为餐盘上盛饭的位置固定。
请同时参考图2和图4,运餐机构6设置在两列储菜桶2之间,并位于分菜机构3下方,用于载着餐盘沿预设路线移动。运餐机构6主要包括设于基座1中间的滑轨61、可活动连接于滑轨上的滑块62、可分离固定在滑块上的餐盘托架63、设置在滑轨61一端的滑轮及设置在滑轨另一端的被动轮、套在滑轮和被动轮上并连接在滑块两端的输送皮带65、以及用于驱动被动轮旋转的运餐电机66。滑块62上具有一凸块64,餐盘托架63中间形成有一孔,凸块64升入餐盘托架63上的孔,从而将餐盘托架固定住。凸块64和孔相配合,可使得餐盘托架可横向或纵向固定于凸块上。餐盘托架63适用于组合不锈钢餐盘或一次性快餐盘。在餐盘托架63两端分别设有一组可活动的前端叉口器67和后端叉口器69。前端叉口器67和后端叉口器下端内侧设有处于压缩状态的复位弹簧68,使得叉口器在正常状态下,其下端向外顶出,而上端向内侧收缩,从而使叉口器上端将位于中间的餐盘夹紧。当叉口器下端受外力向内收缩时(弹簧被进一步压缩),叉口器上端向外运动,从而放松餐盘,使得餐盘可轻易被取走。运餐电机66工作时,被动轮旋转带动输送皮带运动,输送皮带带动滑块沿滑轨运动。
其他实施例中,运餐机构6还可采用链条牵拉式或螺杆滑块滑移式。
如图10所示,另一实施例中, 运餐装置610包括螺杆、驱动螺杆转动的电机、设置在螺杆下方的导轨、套在螺杆和导轨上的滑块以及可分离固定在滑块上的餐盘托架63。滑块上供螺杆穿过的孔内壁上形成有与滑块相配的内螺纹。当电机驱动螺杆旋转时,滑块沿螺杆运动。
请同时参考图1、图2和图8,该自动分餐设备后端设有将餐盘投放于餐盘托架63上的餐盘分拣器20。该餐盘分拣器 包括固定支架二203和设于固定支架二203两边的拣盆滚轴26、分盆凸轮轴205, 以及驱动拣盆滚轴26工作的拣盆电机25、驱动分盆凸轮轴205工作的分盆电机22。拣盆滚轴26上装有拣盆滚轮27, 拣盆滚轮27具有弹性,分盆凸轮轴205上装有凸轮204, 凸轮204接触部位设有分盆上摆勾28和分盆下摆勾29, 上摆勾28和分盆下摆勾29可上下搭配,并且相互一起一落有序运作, 摆勾与固定支架二203之间设有复位弹簧二206; 固定支架二203上还设有当餐盘临用完时报警的餐盘感应器208和控制开关二202,当 滑块62 到达固定支架二底座207时,分盆电机22工作投下餐盘;固定支架二底座207上还设有 使后端叉口器69张开的 后端脱口器90、分盆感应器23、防尘盖201、缺盆报警器209和餐盘盛斗210。
如图7所示,点菜装置5可包括分餐前柜51、设置在分餐前柜上的用户输入装置,该用户输入装置包括但不限于点菜按键54、投币口54、刷卡器55以及选菜信息打印器57。分餐前柜51前端还开有取餐口52,取餐口52上设有可封闭取餐口的升降门53。 就餐人员就餐时,看清菜单菜式、价格和编号等信息并记住编号,然后在分餐前柜51上的 点菜按键54上 按自己喜欢的菜式编号号码,然后按确认键接着刷卡或投币交费,交费信息会传到与主控电路里,主控电路发出指令给 分菜机构3、上菜机构4和运餐机构6。就餐人员所选的菜式信息可经从主控电路引出的一组信号线被传送至远端收银台电脑里,工作人员可通过收银台电脑浏览和存储就餐人员的就餐数量和消费金额等营业信息。
当 就餐人员在 点菜装置5输入点菜信息后, 控制系统发出指令给 运餐机构6,餐盘托架63在运餐电机66驱动下运行至餐盘分拣器20取盘, 当运餐托架63到达 餐盘分拣器20 下方时, 后端叉口器69 在运餐电机66向前作用下 会触及到 后端脱口器90,使 后端叉口器69张开,同时分盘感应器23 受令驱动分盆电机22工作,分盆电机22带动分盆凸轮轴205转动,分盆凸轮轴205带动凸轮204转动,凸轮204带动分盆上摆勾28和分盆下摆勾29在复位弹簧二206作用下一起一落运作,使餐盘掉落在餐盘托架63上。由于餐盘量多重量重,为了减轻分盆上摆勾28和分盆下摆勾29的负荷和延长使用寿命,在分盆凸轮轴25上设置了一组拣盆滚轴26,当餐盘感应器208 感应到餐盘不够时,餐盘感应器208受令驱动拣盆电机25工作带动拣盆滚轮27转动,餐盘就会补充下去,会自动保持分盆上摆勾28和分盆下摆勾29承受适当的重量不至于被餐盘压坏。当餐盘盛斗210内无餐盘时,缺盆报警器209会报警提示要添加餐盘了。 餐盘分拣器20将一餐盘降落于餐盘托架63上后,餐盘托架63感应到餐盘信息后向前运作,同时后端叉口器69在复位弹簧一88作用下夹紧餐盘,运餐电机66受令工作收菜。运餐电机66工作驱动输送皮带65运作,滑块62及餐盘托架63托着餐盘继续在滑轨61上向前移动,在微机程序指引下停在被选菜式的菜漏斗35下方,漏斗调向电机37同时也受微机程序控制根据菜品实际摆放情况对菜漏斗35的方向进行调节,防漏盖电机39驱动防漏盖38打开。然后,螺杆电机34 按编辑好的时间或角倾转动出适量的菜经 菜漏斗35 导落在餐盘上, 防漏盖电机39再驱动防漏盖38关闭,一次收菜任务结束,运餐电机66受程序指令继续收餐。
请同时参考图1、图2和图5,升降器8设于基座前端,方便基座1较低时使用,用于将餐盘上升至取餐口。该升降器8包括固定支架一81,固定支架一81内设有升降滑轨82、安装于升降滑轨82上的升降滑轮83、通过升降皮带84带动升降滑轮83工作的升降电机85和一适合餐盘托架63进去凹口托盘86,凹口托盘86也安装于升降滑轨82上,凹口托盘86形状与餐盘托架63形状一致,在凹口托盘82上设有凹口闭合板87和控制凹口闭合板87开闭的闭合电机89。在固定支架一81底部设有前端脱口器88和升降感应器24。因餐盘托架63形状大小刚好与凹口托盘86里的凹口一致,当收好饭菜的滑块62托着餐盘可直接进入凹口托盘86里面并停在凹口托盘86上,此时前端叉口器67在运餐电机66向前运动作用下会触及到前端脱口器88,使前端叉口器67张开松开餐盘,同时升降感应器24受令驱动升降电机85工作带动升降皮带84、滑轮83把处于过低的餐盘沿升降滑轨82运升至取餐口52,闭合电机89同步工作令凹口闭合板87向上翻卷把餐盘推出取餐口,购餐人员取餐,一个工作流程结束。
在基座1上设置储菜桶2、储饭桶30的同时,在基座1上还可设置储汤桶,饭、汤等定量分于餐盘上,储饭桶30为不停机状态下随时添加饭等非流体食品设计。
为了方便就餐者就餐,在升降器8上方设有将汤匙、筷子放于餐盘上的前置分拣器21,当凹口托盘86托着装有饭菜的餐盘上升到一定高度时,前置分拣器21将筷子、汤匙等餐盘放于餐盘上。
为了方便就餐者就餐,点菜装置5可设置于就餐桌上,并通过设置输送带91连接到取餐口,就餐人员就无需排队购餐,可坐在座位上侯餐,实现了售餐全自动机械化或售餐自动化。
本机组还支持互联网,可服务来电订餐和网络订餐。
自动分餐设备101 还可设置保温装置,保证全部就餐人员可以吃到热的菜,保证就餐人员的身体健康。该保温装置可包括设于基座上的水池槽、对水池槽进行加热的加热器73和盖在储菜桶上的保温盖202。储菜桶放置在水池槽内,位于水面上方。
本发明可通过单片机或微机进行程序控制。
本实施例中,储菜桶2的排列方式为队列式,也可根据需要设计成环形排列形式;既可设计成单个储菜桶2分餐使用,也可设计成多个储菜桶2分餐使用。
本发明的具体运转过程叙述于后。首先,为本设备通上电,并通过 加菜装置往储菜桶2内预放入菜。 就餐人员就餐时,先看清告示栏上的供菜信息,然后在分餐前柜51上的 点菜按键54上 按自己喜欢的菜式编号号码,然后按确认键接着刷卡或投币交费。此时点菜装置5、上菜机构4、分菜机构3、运餐机构6和餐盘分拣器20都受连接于主控箱92内的微机程序控制。 运餐机构6受令先到餐盘分拣器20取餐盘,接着停在已被选中菜品相对应的分菜机构漏斗35的下方,同时分菜机构3受令把上 菜机构4预先导在输送管31里的饭菜投放在合适的餐盘格里,如此往复运餐机构6把收好的饭菜运至设置在前端的升降器8内 ,再在升降器8的作用下把餐盘升上至分餐前柜51的取餐口52处,升降门53自动升起,就餐人员取餐就餐 ,用时大约7秒。
如此循环往复即实现自动分餐。
本 发明 自动分餐设备一个窗口就解决所有分餐流程,安全、高效、时尚,卫生,可广泛应用于厂企、学校、机关单位和外卖快餐业等人员集中的场所。就餐人员 可根据自己需要选择多少量的饭和多少份的菜,避免了浪费,就餐人员的就餐人数、餐量和金额等信息会集中收集记录在微机系统里,方便了结算和管理 。该自动分餐设备将 上菜电机41设于基座1底部,并且所有储菜桶2通过连动杆71与加菜电机72连接,通过在储菜桶2与连动杆71之间设置离合器73来控制单个或多个储菜桶2打开进行加菜,并且可选择手动或电动两种方法打开加菜,从而使该设备结构更紧凑、操作更简单,减小了设备体积,降低了制作成本,缩小了占地空间。
本实施例自动分餐设备为了方便结算和管理,一终端连接至电脑微机。该自动分餐设备不但适用于自动分菜,同样也适用于自动分饭、自动分粥、自动分汤和自动分水果等食品。
在分餐机位合适的情况下, 分餐器可单工位或多工位同时分餐。
为了保证卫生,该自动分餐设备主要零部件应采用不锈钢材料制作。 本 发明 自动分餐设备改变了上菜电机的放置位置、 简化了加菜结构、 改进了上菜机构功能、 添加了储饭桶, 使整机结构更合理、制作更简单、操作更简便,一个窗口可完成所有分餐流程,无需额外工作人员辅助,丰俭由己,可广泛应用于厂企、学校、机关单位和外卖快餐业等人员集中场所,还支持互联网,可服务来电订餐和网络订餐,改变了传统低效率、不均匀、不卫生、浪费的分餐方式,提供了一套高效、方便、卫生、时尚的分餐先进用具 。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动分餐设备 ,包括:
    基座(1);
    倾斜设置于所述基座上的储菜桶(2),其内设置有螺旋状导菜叶片,桶上与导菜叶片末端相对的位置开有出菜口;
    上菜机构(4),用于驱动所述储菜桶旋转,以将所述储菜桶内的菜从出菜口输出;
    设置在所述出菜口处的分菜机构(3),用于将从所述出菜口出来的菜引导至预设位置上;
    运餐机构(6),其设置在出菜口下方,用于载着餐盘沿预设路线移动,所述预设位置位于预设路线上;
    餐盘分拣器(20),其用于将放置在其上的餐盘分配给运餐机构;
    点菜装置(5),其包括用户输入装置;以及
    主控电路,其用于至少根据所述用户输入装置输出的指令对所述上菜机构、分菜机构、运餐机构、菜盆分拣器和点菜装置进行控制,以使上述装置相互配合完成自动分餐。
  2. 根据权利 要求1所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于:所述上菜机构包括:
    设于基座底部的上菜电机(41);
    与上菜电机啮合的传动齿轮(44);
    与传动齿轮啮合的主动齿轮(43);以及
    设于储菜桶底部的、与主动齿轮相连并随主动齿轮旋转的菜桶转盘(42);
    所述螺旋状导菜叶片(45)连接在储菜桶内壁 。
  3. 根据权利 要求2所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于:所述导菜叶片具有以下特征中的至少一种:
    1 )所述导菜叶片上设有多个允许菜汁通过的通孔(451);
    2 )所述导菜叶片末端设有可拆卸更换的叶尾片(46),叶尾片的最大宽度大于导菜叶片的最大宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于,所述分菜机构为以下结构一和结构二中的一种;
    结构一:分菜机构包括一输送管(31)、从输送管上延伸而出的上菜端、设于输送管内的输送螺杆(33)、用于驱动输送螺杆旋转的螺杆电机(34)、以及从输送管下方延伸而出的菜漏斗(35);
    结构二:分菜机构包括一上菜端和连接在上菜端末端的的菜漏斗(35);
    所述结构一和结构二中,上菜端与出菜口相对的位置设置有上菜口(32);所述基座上设有一支架(36),分菜机构安装于支架上;所述菜漏斗上部设有调节菜漏斗方向的调向电机(37);所述菜漏斗底部设有防漏盖(38)和驱动防漏盖打开、关闭的防漏盖电机(39);所述输送管内还设有振动器(311);所述上菜口附近设有上菜感应器(321)和清洗进水口(322)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于,所述点菜装置包括一分餐前柜(51),该分餐前柜前端开有取餐口(52),所述取餐口上设有可封闭取餐口的升降门(53);该分餐前柜前端还设置有点菜按键(54)、投币口(55)、刷卡器(56)以及选菜信息打印器(57);所述取餐口后方设置有用于将餐盘上升至取餐口的升降器(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于,所述基座上还设有与储菜桶(2)并列设置的储饭桶(30),所述储饭桶底部开口出饭口,所述形成出饭口的边缘处通过一大体呈L型的连接管连接有一中空输送管,所述输送管内设置有旋转时可将饭向前输送的输送螺杆,输送管末端设置有用于驱动输送螺杆旋转的螺杆电机,输送管下方延伸而出一漏斗。
  7. 根据 权利要求1所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于,所述运餐机构为以下结构一和结构二中的一种;
    结构一:运餐机构包括设于基座上的滑轨(61)、可活动连接于滑轨上的滑块(62)、可分离固定在滑块上的餐盘托架(63)、设置在所述预设路线一端的滑轮及设置在预设路线另一端的被动轮、套在所述滑轮和被动轮上并连接在滑块两端的输送皮带(65)、以及用于驱动被动轮旋转的运餐电机(66);所述运餐电机工作时,所述被动轮旋转带动输送皮带运动,所述输送皮带带动滑块在预设路线上运动;所述滑块上具有一凸块(64),所述餐盘托架可横向或纵向固定于所述凸块上;

  8. 根据 权利要求1所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于:所述基座上还设有一控制箱(7),控制箱内设加菜电机(72),加菜电机驱动一连动杆(71),连动杆通过离合器(73)与所述储菜桶相连,所述控制箱上还设有用于控制加菜电机的控制开关一(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于:所述基座前端设有升降器(8),该升降器包括固定支架一(81)和设于固定支架一内的升降滑轨(82)、安装于升降滑轨上的升降滑轮(83)、通过升降皮带(84)带动升降滑轮工作的升降电机(85)和一适合餐盘托架进去的凹口托盘(86),凹口托盘也安装于升降滑轨上,在凹口托盘上设有凹口闭合板(87)和控制凹口闭合板开闭的闭合电机(89);在固定支架一底部设有使前端叉口器张开的前端脱口器(88)和升降感应器(24);在升降器上方设有将汤匙、筷子放于餐盘上的前置分拣器(21) 。
  10. 据权权利要求9所述的 自动分餐设备 ,其特征在于:所述餐盘分拣器 包括固定支架二(203)和设于固定支架二两边的拣盆滚轴(26)、分盆凸轮轴(205), 以及驱动拣盆滚轴工作的拣盆电机(25)、驱动分盆凸轮轴工作的分盆电机(22); 拣盆滚轴上装有拣盆滚轮(27),分盆凸轮轴上装有凸轮(204),凸轮接触部位设有分盆上摆勾(28)和分盆下摆勾(29), 摆勾与固定支架二之间设有复位弹簧二(206); 固定支架二上还设有餐盘感应器(208)和控制开关二(202);固定支架二底座(207)上设有后端脱口器(90)和分盆感应器(23) 。
