ウェットティッシュ包装体
　本発明は、ウェットティッシュ包装体に関する。
　従来、開口部を有する包装体本体と、この包装体本体に積層されて収容される複数のウェットティッシュと、開口部を開閉可能に覆うラベル部材と、を備えたウェットティッシュ包装体が知られている。
　また、包装体本体の外面にデザインを表示してウェットティッシュ包装体の外観を向上させる技術も提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

　しかしながら、特許文献１で提案されたウェットティッシュ包装体では、単に包装体本体の表面に所定の図柄が表示されているにすぎず、ウェットティッシュ包装体の外観を十分に向上できていない。
　従って、本発明は、外観をより向上させられるウェットティッシュ包装体を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明は、開口部を有する包装体本体と、該包装体本体に積層されて収容される複数のウェットティッシュと、前記開口部を開閉可能に覆うラベル部材と、を備えるウェットティッシュ包装体であって、前記ラベル部材の外面に付された第１表示と、前記ラベル部材の内面に付された第２表示と、前記包装体本体の外面に付された第３表示と、を更に備え、前記ラベル部材により前記開口部を覆った状態において、前記第１表示及び／又は前記第３表示により第１の図柄が形成され、前記開口部を露出させるように前記ラベル部材を剥がした状態において、前記第２表示及び／又は前記第３表示により第２の図柄が形成されるウェットティッシュ包装体に関する。
　また、前記第１の図柄及び前記第２の図柄は、互いに関連性のある図柄により構成されることが好ましい。

　以下、本発明のウェットティッシュ包装体の好ましい各実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。まず、第１実施形態に係るウェットティッシュ包装体１について、図１～図３を参照しながら説明する。
　第１実施形態の包装体１は、図１に示すように、開口部１１を有する包装体本体１０と、この包装体本体１０の内部に収容される複数のウェットティッシュ２０と、包装体本体１０の外面に取り付けられ開口部１１を覆うラベル部材３０と、を備える。
　包装体本体１０は、図１に示すように、シート状部材により構成され、平面視において略矩形形状を有する袋状に形成されている。包装体本体１０を構成するシート状部材としては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、アルミニウム箔等が積層されて形成された液体不透過性のフィルム材料が挙げられる。
　開口部１１は、包装体本体１０の上面における略中央部に設けられる。この開口部１１は、包装体本体１０を構成するシート状部材の一部が切り欠かれて形成される。第１実施形態では、開口部１１は、楕円形状に形成され、長軸が包装体本体１０の上面の長手方向に沿うように配置される。
　ウェットティッシュ２０は、不織布又は紙からなるウェットティッシュ基材に、アルコールや界面活性剤等の薬液が含浸されて構成される。
　複数のウェットティッシュ２０は、略矩形形状に形成されている。これら複数のウェットティッシュ２０は、それぞれ、互いに略平行に設けられる複数の折線において所定の形状に折り畳まれた状態で積層されて包装体本体１０に収容される。
　複数のウェットティッシュ２０は、例えば、一方の側縁が開口部１１から露出するように配置されると共に、他方の側縁が下方に配置されている他のウェットティッシュに挟み込まれるように配置される。これにより、包装体本体１０の内部に収容された複数のウェットティッシュ２０を一枚ずつ取り出しやすくできる。
　図２は、第１実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１の平面図であり、ラベル部材３０により開口部１１を覆った状態を示す図である。図３は、図２に示す状態からラベル部材３０を開いて開口部１１を露出させた状態を示す図である。
　ラベル部材３０は、図１及び図２に示すように、略矩形形状を有している。ラベル部材３０は、このラベル部材３０の長手方向が包装体本体１０の長手方向に沿うように包装体本体１０に取り付けられる。
　ラベル部材３０における包装体本体１０に対向する面（下面）には接着剤が塗布されている。この接着剤は、ラベル部材３０が包装体本体１０に繰り返し接着及び剥離が可能な程度の接着力を有している。このような接着剤としては、ポリエステル系やアクリル系の感圧接着剤が挙げられる。
　また、ラベル部材３０の長手方向の一端側は、包装体本体１０に剥離困難に接着されている。
　ラベル部材３０を構成する材料としては、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル等の合成樹脂フィルムが挙げられる。
　以上のウェットティッシュ包装体１には、第１表示４１、第２表示４２及び第３表示の３つの表示が付されている。
　第１表示４１は、図１及び図２に示すように、ラベル部材３０の外面に付されている。第１実施形態では、第１表示４１は、いわゆるスマイルマークの目及び口をかたどった図柄により構成される。
　第２表示４２は、図３に示すように、ラベル部材３０の内面に付されている。第１実施形態では、第２表示４２は、ペロペロキャンディーの図柄により構成される。
　第３表示４３は、包装体本体１０の外面に付されている。第１実施形態では、第３表示４３は、包装体本体１０の上面の開口部１１の周辺に付され、スマイルマークの顔の輪郭をかたどった図柄により構成される。
　そして、第１実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１では、ラベル部材３０を閉じた状態、即ち、ラベル部材３０により開口部１１を覆った状態では、第１表示４１及び第３表示４３により、第１の図柄５が形成される。また、ラベル部材３０を開いた状態、即ち、開口部１１を露出させるようにラベル部材３０を長手方向の他端側から剥がした状態では、第２表示４２、第３表示４３及び開口部１１により、第１の図柄５とは異なる第２の図柄６が形成される。

　図４及び図５に示すように、ラベル部材３０は、一方の面に粘着剤層３１Ａが形成されたシート状の第１基材３１と、一方の面に粘着剤層３２Ａが形成されたシート状の第２基材３２とが積層されて構成されている。第１基材３１は、粘着剤層３１Ａが第２基材３２の粘着剤層３２Ａと反対側の面に形成されることにより積層されている。第１基材３１において、粘着剤層３１Ａが設けられていない上面には、第１表示４１が印刷される印刷層３３が形成され、さらに印刷層３３を覆う保護層３４が形成されている。
　第２基材３２の粘着剤層３２Ａは、公知の再剥離可能な粘着剤層であり、粘着剤層３２Ａが包装体本体１０に接合されることにより、ラベル部材３０が開口部１１を覆うように接合されている。粘着剤層３１Ａの接着強度は、粘着剤層３２Ａの粘着強度よりも大きく設定されている。
　ラベル部材３０は、外周部分を構成する第１剛性領域３５と、この第１剛性領域３５の内側に位置する第２剛性領域３６と、この第２剛性領域３６の内側に位置する第３剛性領域３７と、を備える。
　第１剛性領域３５は、第１基材３１及び第２基材３２が積層されて構成されている。第２剛性領域３６は、第１基材３１により構成されている。また、第３剛性領域３７は、第１基材３１及び第２基材３２に加えて更に他のフィルム３８が積層されて構成される。
　即ち、ラベル部材３０は、第１基材３１及び第２基材３２の積層体の外周部分の内側において、第２基材３２を環状に切り抜くことにより構成される。
　以上のラベル部材３０では、外周部分を構成する第１剛性領域３５の剛性は、この外周部分の内側に位置する第２剛性領域３６の剛性よりも大きくなっている。
　尚、第２剛性領域３６を形成するときに切り抜かれた第２基材３２は、包装体本体１０におけるラベル部材３０を閉じた場合に第２剛性領域３６が位置する部分、即ち、開口部１１の周囲に接合される。
　以上説明した第１実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１によれば、ラベル部材３０を閉じた状態と、ラベル部材３０を開いた状態とで、異なる図柄を表示できる。よって、ラベル部材３０を開閉させることによりウェットティッシュ包装体１に変化に富む図柄を表示させられるので、ウェットティッシュ包装体１の外観をより向上させられる。また、ラベル部材３０を開閉させることで図柄を変化させられるので、ウェットティッシュ２０を取り出す場合に、使用者に楽しみを与えられる。
　また、第１の図柄５及び第２の図柄６を、互いに関連付けられた図柄により構成したので、ラベル部材３０を開閉させることにより、ストーリー性のある図柄の変化を実現できる。よって、ウェットティッシュ包装体１が使用者に与える印象をより向上させられる。
　また、開口部１１の形状を利用して第２の図柄６を構成できるので、第２の図柄６を使用者に強く印象づけられる。
　また、ラベル部材３０を、外周部分を構成する第１剛性領域３５と、この第１剛性領域３５の内側に位置し、第１剛性領域３５よりも剛性の小さい第２剛性領域３６と、を含んで構成した。これにより、ラベル部材３０の外周部分の剛性を大きく構成できるので、ラベル部材３０の開閉を繰り返した場合においても、ラベル部材３０を変形しにくくできる。よって、繰り返しラベル部材３０を開閉させた場合であってもラベル部材３０を閉じる位置を安定させられるので、第１の図柄５を好適に表示させられる。
　また、第２剛性領域３６を形成するときに切り抜かれた第２基材３２を、包装体本体１０におけるラベル部材３０を閉じた場合に第２剛性領域３６が位置する部分に接合した。これにより、開口部１１の周囲における包装体本体１０の剛性を高められるので、開口部１１の開口状態を安定的に保てる。よって、ラベル部材３０を閉じる位置を安定させられるので、ラベル部材３０による開口部１１の密閉性を高められると共に、第１の図柄５を好適に表示させられる。
　次に、本発明のウェットティッシュ包装体の第２実施形態について、図６及び図７を参照しながら説明する。尚、第２実施形態以降の説明にあたって、同一構成要件については同一符号を付し、その説明を省略もしくは簡略化する。
　第２実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１は、第１表示４１、第２表示４２及び第３表示４３の図柄において第１実施形態と異なる。
　第２実施形態では、第１表示４１は、サルの図柄により構成され、第３表示４３は、ラベル部材３０を開いた状態においてラベル部材３０により覆われる位置に配置されたバナナの図柄により構成される。また、第２表示４２は、サルがバナナの近くによって、バナナを食べている図柄により構成される。
　これにより、ラベル部材３０を閉じた状態では、第１の図柄５として、第１表示４１及び第３表示４３により、サルがバナナから離れた位置にいる図柄が形成される。また、ラベル部材３０を開いた状態では、第２の図柄６として、第２表示４２により、サルがバナナの近くに行ってバナナを食べている図柄が形成される。
　このように、第２実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１によれば、第１実施形態と同様の効果を奏する他、ラベル部材３０を開くことで第３表示４３を覆い隠し、これにより、第２の図柄６を構成できる。
　次に、本発明のウェットティッシュ包装体の第３実施形態について、図８及び図０を参照しながら説明する。
　第３実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１は、第１表示４１、第２表示４２及び第３表示の図柄、並びにラベル部材３０の形状において第１実施形態と異なる。
　第３実施形態では、ラベル部材３０は、耳及び前歯を有するカバの顔の輪郭をかたどった形状に形成される。そして、第１表示４１は、カバの目、鼻及び頬の図柄により構成される。また、第２表示４２は、カバの舌の図柄により構成され、第３表示４３は、カバの口の中及び下顎部分の図柄により構成される。
　これにより、ラベル部材３０を閉じた状態では、第１の図柄５として、第１表示４１及び第３表示４３により、口を閉じたカバの図柄が形成される。また、ラベル部材３０を開いた状態では、第２の図柄６として、第２表示４２及び第３表示４３により、口を大きく開けたカバの図柄が形成される。
　また、第３実施形態では、ラベル部材３０におけるカバの前歯部分には、接着剤が塗布されていない。これにより、使用者は、接着剤が塗布されていない前歯部分を把持してラベル部材３０を引っ張ることで、容易にラベル部材３０を包装体本体１０から剥がせる。
　第３実施形態のウェットティッシュ包装体１によれば、第１実施形態と同様の効果を奏する。
　以上、本発明の好ましい各実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、上述した実施形態に制限されるものではなく、適宜変更が可能である。
　例えば、第１実施形態～第３実施形態では、ラベル部材３０の開閉により、表情の変化、動物の位置の変化、及び動物の動作を表したが、これに限らない。即ち、ラベル部材の開閉により、他の図柄の変化を表わしてもよい。

Claims (4)

  1. 　開口部を有する包装体本体と、該包装体本体に積層されて収容される複数のウェットティッシュと、前記開口部を開閉可能に覆うラベル部材と、を備えるウェットティッシュ包装体であって、
    　前記ラベル部材の外面に付された第１表示と、
    　前記ラベル部材の内面に付された第２表示と、
    　前記包装体本体の外面に付された第３表示と、を更に備え、
    　前記ラベル部材により前記開口部を覆った状態において、前記第１表示及び／又は前記第３表示により第１の図柄が形成され、
    　前記開口部を露出させるように前記ラベル部材を剥がした状態において、前記第２表示及び／又は前記第３表示により第２の図柄が形成されるウェットティッシュ包装体。
  2. 　前記第１の図柄及び前記第２の図柄は、互いに関連性のある図柄により構成される請求項１に記載のウェットティッシュ包装体。
  3. 　前記第２の図柄は、前記開口部の形状を含んで構成される請求項１又は２に記載のウェットティッシュ包装体。
  4. 　前記ラベル部材は、
    　　シート状の第１基材及び該第１基材の一方の面に接合されるシート状の第２基材を含み、該ラベル部材の外周部を構成する第１剛性領域と、
    　　前記第１剛性領域の内側に位置し、前記第１基材により構成される第２剛性領域と、を備える請求項１～３のいずれかに記載のウェットティッシュ包装体。
