本発明の第1実施形態の使い捨ておむつ1A(以下、おむつ1Aともいう)は、図1に示すように、肌対向面側に配された表面シート21、非肌対向面側に配された裏面シート22、及び表面シート21と裏面シート22との間に配された吸収体23を有する縦長の吸収性本体2と、吸収性本体2の本体長手方向に沿う両側部2S,2Sに取り付けられた伸縮性のサイドパネル3とを備え、サイドパネル3の本体幅方向の外側の先端部3aに設けられたファスニングテープ4の止着部41を吸収性本体2の非肌対向面に係合して装着するようになされている。
おむつ1は、図1に示すように、吸収性本体2の長手方向に延びる中央線CLに対して左右対称に形成されている。そのため、サイドパネル3,3の構成、サイドシート24の積層状態及びそれらと吸収性本体2との接合態様については、主に図1の左側を例に説明するが、右側についても左右対称となる以外は同様である。
おむつ1Aの本体長手方向は、腹側部Aから股下部Cを介して背側部Bに亘る図中のY方向であり、吸収性本体2の長手方向と同方向である。おむつ1Aの本体幅方向は、Y方向に直交する図中のX方向であり、吸収性本体2の幅方向と同方向である。以下の説明においては、おむつの本体長手方向又は該おむつの構成部材のおむつ本体長手方向に対応する方向を単にY方向、おむつの本体幅方向又は該おむつの構成部材のおむつ本体幅方向に対応する方向を単にX方向ともいう。また、おむつやおむつの構成部材における肌対向面(内面)は、装着時に、装着者の肌側に向けられる面であり、おむつやおむつの構成部材における非肌対向面(外面)は、装着時に、装着者の肌とは反対側に向けられる面である。
サイドパネル3の吸収性本体2への固定について詳述すると、サイドパネル3の吸収性本体2側の端部3dが、サイドシート24と裏面シート22とに挟まれて、即ち、サイドシート24の非肌当接面側と裏面シート22の肌当接面側の間で、両シートに挟まれて吸収性本体2に固定されている。
非接着領域38も同様に、X方向に延びる複数本(より好ましくは3本以上)の弾性部材33総てと交差して、サイドパネル3のY方向の全長に亘ってY方向に延びている。
上述したように、各中間固定部37の幅は、両接着剤層35,36の何れよりも幅が小さく、0.3mm以上1.5mm以下であることが好ましく、0.5mm以上1.2mm以下であることが更に好ましい。
また、各非接着領域38の幅は、2mm以上6mm以下であることが好ましく、3mm以上5mm以下であることが更に好ましい。
本発明の使い捨ておむつは、吸収性本体2の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部2S1が、平面視して、サイドパネル3のギャザー領域GT上にあり、第1実施形態のおむつ1Aに関しては、サイドシート24のY方向に沿うX方向外方側縁部24S1が、平面視して、サイドパネル3の中空の襞からなるギャザー領域GT上に配されている。このように、おむつ1Aにおいては、吸収性本体2の外方側縁部2S1がサイドシート24の外方側縁部24S1である。尚、吸収性本体2の外方側縁部2S1とは、吸収性本体2の長手方向に沿う側部2Sの内のX方向外方に位置する部分を意味する。
以下、具体的に説明すると、上述したように、おむつ1Aは、図1に示すように、背側部Bにおいて、吸収性本体2の両側部2S,2Sそれぞれに、伸縮性のサイドパネル3,3が配されている。また、サイドパネル3は、その端部3dが、サイドシート24と裏面シート22とに挟まれて吸収性本体2に固定されている。また、サイドシート24は、おむつ1Aにおいては、図1及び図3に示すように、吸収性本体2の表面シート21肌当接面側であって、吸収性本体2の裏面シート22における表面シート21からX方向外方に延出した部分の内面(図3中P側)上及びサイドパネル3の内面(図3中P側)上に、吸収性本体2の全長に亘って配された固定部27を介して、吸収性本体2の全長に亘って配されている。おむつ1Aは、背側部Bにおけるサイドパネル3が配された領域において、サイドシート24が、図3に示すように、サイドパネル3を構成するシート31に、固定部27を介して固定され、裏面シート22における表面シート21の側縁からX方向外方に延出した部分に本体長手方向に連続する接着剤(接続用接着剤層62)を介して固定されて形成されている。このように、吸収性本体2の両側部2S,2Sに固定されたサイドパネル3においては、平面視して、サイドシート24のX方向外方側縁部24S1が、サイドパネル3の中空の襞からなるギャザー領域GTと重なって配されており、ギャザー領域GTの一部を非接合状態のサイドシート24のX方向外方側縁部24S1で覆っている。
吸収性本体2を構成する表面シート21、裏面シート22、吸収体23としては、それぞれ、従来、使い捨ておむつ、生理用ナプキン等の吸収性物品に用いられるもの等を、特に制限なく用いることができる。例えば、表面シート21としては、親水性且つ液透過性の不織布や立体開孔フィルム等を用いることができる。裏面シート22としては、防漏シート22aが、液不透過性又は液難透過性(撥水性を含む)の樹脂フィルム、外層不織布22bが、各種製法による不織布(例えば、エアスルー不織布、スパンボンド不織布、スパンレース不織布、ニードルパンチ不織布等)からなるものを用いることができる。また、吸収体23としては、パルプ繊維等の繊維の集合体(不織布であっても良い)又はこれに吸水性ポリマーの粒子を保持させてなる吸収性コアを、透水性の薄紙や不織布からなるコアラップシートで被覆したもの等を用いることができる。立体ギャザー及びレッグギャザーを構成するサイドシート24としては、フィルム、不織布、織物又はこれらの積層シート等を用いることができる。
使い捨ておむつにおけるサイドパネルの製造方法の好ましい例について、おむつ1Aにおけるサイドパネル3を製造する場合を例に挙げて説明する。
そして、接着剤塗工後の両帯状シート31’,32’を、両者間に、伸長状態の弾性部材33が挟まれるように合流させ、一体化手段73としての一対のニップロール74で、それらを上下から加圧して一体化させる。そして、側方に延出する弾性部材33を、切断刃を備えたカッター等の切断手段77により切断することにより、伸縮性シート3’が得られる。
そして、得られた伸縮性シート3’を、任意の切断手段により、個々のサイドパネル3の長さに順次切断する。このようにして、サイドパネル3を効率よく連続生産することができる。
具体的には、例えば上記のサイドパネル3の連続体(伸縮性シート3’)を用いて以下の(1)~(11)の手順でおむつ1Aを効率的に製造可能である。
(1)止着部41を有するファスニングテープ4の連続ウェブにテープ接続用接着剤層63を形成するための接着剤が塗工された連続ウェブを個々のファスニングテープ4の長さに順次カットして、上記のようにして得られた伸縮性シート3’に間欠的に取り付ける。(2)ファスニングテープ4を折り返して伸縮シート3’に仮止めする。(3)伸縮シート3’を個々のサイドパネル3の長さに順次カットする。(4)別工程で防漏シート22aと外層不織布22bとを外層接着剤層61を介して一体化させ裏面シート22を形成する。(5)接続用接着剤層62を形成するための(本体接続用の)接着剤を裏面シート22における外方側の側部に連続的に塗工する。(6)ファスニングテープ4の取り付けられたサイドパネル3を接続用接着剤層62を介して裏面シート連続体に固定する。(7)表面シート連続体上に接着剤層64を部分的に塗工する。(8)サイドシート24を得るため、別工程で連続シートの両側部を折り返す。折り返した一方の折り返し頂部には弾性部材25を伸長状態で接着剤にて固定し、他方の折り返し頂部には弾性部材26を伸長状態で接着剤にて固定する。次に、ヒートシール等により、弾性部材25が配された領域及び弾性部材26が配された領域を除く領域に融着部を設けて一体化する。(9)サイドパネル3の固定された裏面シート連続体と該裏面シート連続体上の表面シート連続体との間に流れ方向に間欠的に吸収体23を配し、更にその積層体の連続体の側部上にサイドシート24を配し、接続用接着剤層62及び接着剤層64を介して積層体の連続体の側部上にサイドシート24を固定する。(10)サイドシート24を固定した積層体の連続体においてヒートシール等による固定部27を形成してサイドシート24を更に固定して一体化させたおむつ1Aの連続体を形成する。(11)おむつ1Aの連続体を製品1個毎にカットしておむつ1Aを連続的に製造する。
おむつ1Aは、図2及び図3に示すように、吸収性本体2のY方向に沿うX方向外方側縁部2S1が、サイドパネル3の中空の襞からなるギャザー領域GT上に配されている。その為、伸縮性のサイドパネル3を伸長させ、該ファスニングテープ4の止着部41を腹側部A側のランディングシート5に係合させることにより、吸収性本体2の側部2Sの装着圧が高くなったおむつ1Aの装着中の状態においても、外方側縁部2S1がサイドパネル3の弾性部材33の本体側接着剤層35の領域の肌当接面側を覆い、サイドパネル3の弾性部材33の本体側接着剤層35の襞の跡が装着者の肌に付いたり、サイドパネル3のシート31が装着者の肌に貼り付いたりし難く、装着性が向上する。特に、おむつ1Aにおいては、吸収性本体2のX方向外方側縁部2S1が、サイドシート24のX方向外方側縁部24S1に該当し、外方側縁部24S1が、サイドパネル3の中空の襞からなるギャザー領域GT上に配されているので、上記効果が一層奏される。
また、おむつ1Bにおいては、おむつ1Aと同様に、図6及び図7に示すように、サイドパネル3の端部3dが、サイドシート24と裏面シート22とに挟まれて吸収性本体2に固定されており、吸収性本体2の外方側縁部2S1がサイドシート24の外方側縁部24S1に該当する。
上述したように、各中間固定部37の幅は、両接着剤層35,36の何れよりも幅が小さく、おむつ1Bにおいては、0.3mm以上1.5mm以下であることが好ましく、0.5mm以上1.2mm以下であることが更に好ましい。
おむつ1Bにおいて、本体側中間領域30bに配されたX方向に隣り合う中間固定部37どうしの間隔(各非接着領域38の幅)は、2mm以上4mm以下であることが好ましく、2.5mm以上3.8mm以下であることが更に好ましい。
また、おむつ1Bにおいて、先端側中間領域30bに配されたX方向に隣り合う中間固定部37どうしの間隔(各非接着領域38の幅)は、3mm以上6mm以下であることが好ましく、3.5mm以上5.5mm以下であることが更に好ましい。
本発明の第2実施形態のおむつ1Bに関し、吸収性本体2の外方側縁部2S1に該当するサイドシート24のY方向に沿うX方向外方側縁部24S1は、サイドパネル3の中空の襞からなるギャザー領域GTの低ギャザー領域GTb上に配されている。言い換えれば、吸収性本体2の両側部2S,2Sに固定されたサイドパネル3においては、おむつ1Bにおいては、サイドシート24のX方向外方側縁部24S1が、サイドパネル3の中空の襞からなるギャザー領域GTの内の低ギャザー領域GTbと重なって配されており、低ギャザー領域GTbの一部を非接合状態のサイドシート24のX方向外方側縁部24S1で覆っている。
また、おむつ1Bにおいて、サイドパネル3を収縮させた自然状態におけるサイドパネル3のギャザー領域GTの全面積(S1)に対する、サイドシート24とギャザー領域GTとの重なる領域Tの面積(S2)の比(S2/S1)は、サイドパネル3の本体側接着剤層35の領域における伸縮性を考慮した上での肌への跡付きの防止あるいは肌へのサイドパネルシートの貼り付き防止の観点から、1/8以上であることが好ましく、1/5以上であることが更に好ましく、そして、2/3以下であることが好ましく、1/2以下であることが更に好ましく、より具体的には、1/8以上2/3以下であることが好ましく、1/5以上1/2以下であることが更に好ましい。尚、サイドパネル3のギャザー領域GTの全面積(S1)とは、サイドパネル3を収縮させた自然状態におけるサイドパネル3のギャザー領域GTを平面視した際の面積を意味し、低ギャザー領域GTbの面積(S3)とは、サイドパネル3を収縮させた自然状態におけるサイドパネル3の低ギャザー領域GTbを平面視した際の面積を意味し、重なる領域Tの面積(S2)とは、サイドシート24とサイドパネル3を収縮させた自然状態におけるギャザー領域GTとの重なる領域T(図7参照)を平面視した際の面積を意味する。
おむつ1Bの効果については、おむつ1Aの効果と異なる点について説明する。特に説明しない点は、おむつ1Aの効果と同様であり、おむつ1Aの効果の説明が適宜適用される。
また、上述の第1~第2実施形態のおむつ1A~1Bにおいては、図3及び図7に示すように、サイドパネル3のサイドパネル3の本体側接着剤層35は、裏面シート22との接続用接着剤層62とおむつ厚み方向において重なっているが、サイドシート24との固定部27と重なっていてもよく、また、接続用接着剤層62と固定部27の両方と重なっていてもよい。このように本体側接着剤層35がその領域内で吸収性本体と接合されている事でその領域は本体側接着剤層62が事実上非伸縮となる。これにより、サイドパネル3を伸長させた際に本体側接着剤層62がサイドシート24のX方向外方側縁部24S1からより外側にはみ出すことがない。
肌対向面側に配された表面シート、非肌対向面側に配された裏面シート、及び該表面シートと該裏面シートとの間に配された吸収体を有する縦長の吸収性本体と、該吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う両側部に取り付けられた伸縮性のサイドパネルとを備え、該サイドパネルの本体幅方向の外側の先端部に設けられたファスニングテープの止着部を前記吸収性本体の非肌対向面に係合して装着するようになされている使い捨ておむつであって、
前記吸収性本体は、該吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う両側部に配されたサイドシートを有しており、
前記サイドパネルは、2枚のサイドパネルシート、該2枚のサイドパネルシート間に固定された本体幅方向に延びる複数本の弾性部材、該複数本の弾性部材の前記吸収性本体側の端部側を固定する本体長手方向に延びる本体側接着剤層、該弾性部材の前記サイドパネルの先端部側の端部側を固定する本体長手方向に延びる先端側接着剤層を有し、伸長状態の前記弾性部材を前記2枚のサイドパネルシートの間に前記本体側接着剤層及び前記先端側接着剤層によって固定して形成されており、
前記サイドパネルには、自然状態において、前記複数本の弾性部材の収縮力によって、前記本体側接着剤層と前記先端側接着剤層との間に、該弾性部材が前記サイドパネルシートに固定されていない中空の襞からなるギャザー領域が形成されており、
前記サイドパネルは、前記本体側接着剤層と前記先端側接着剤層との間に配され前記2枚のサイドパネルシートを固定する本体長手方向に延びる複数本の中間固定部を有し、
前記襞は、本体幅方向に隣り合う前記中間固定部どうしの間に形成され、前記複数の弾性部材と交差する方向に延びており、
前記吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、平面視して、前記サイドパネルの前記ギャザー領域上にある使い捨ておむつ。
本体幅方向に隣り合う前記中間固定部どうしの間隔は、前記本体側接着剤層側の方が前記先端側接着剤層側の方よりも短く、
自然状態において、前記サイドパネルに形成される前記ギャザー領域は、前記本体側接着剤層側の前記襞の高さが相対的に低い低ギャザー領域と、前記先端側接着剤層側の前記襞の高さが相対的に高い高ギャザー領域とに区分され、
前記吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が前記サイドシートの外方側縁部であり、該サイドシートの外方側縁部が、平面視して、前記サイドパネルの前記低ギャザー領域上にある前記<1>に記載の使い捨ておむつ。

前記ギャザー領域が、低ギャザー領域と高ギャザー領域とを有し、前記襞の高さは、高ギャザー領域で0.5mm以上、好ましくは1mm以上であり、また、3mm以下、好ましくは9mm以下である前記<1>又は<2>記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<4>
前記低ギャザー領域における前記襞の高さは、0.1mm以上8mm以下である前記<2>又は<3>記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<5>
前記高ギャザー領域と前記低ギャザー領域の襞の高さの差の絶対値Δhは、0.5mm以上、好ましくは1.0mm以上であり、また、5mm以下、好ましくは3mm以下である前記<2>~<4>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<6>
前記吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、平面視して、前記サイドパネルの前記ギャザー領域上に部分的に接着されている前記<1>~<5>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<7>
前記本体側接着剤層又は前記先端側接着剤層の幅は、1.5mm以上15mm以下であり、好ましくは3mm以上12mm以下である前記<1>~<6>何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<8>
前記各中間固定部の幅は、前記本体側接着剤層及び前記先端側接着剤層の何れよりも幅が小さく、0.3mm以上1.5mm以下であり、好ましくは、0.5mm以上1.2mm以下である前記<1>~<7>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<9>
前記本体側接着剤層及び前記先端側接着剤層における襞の凹凸の前記サイドパネルの厚み方向の高さは、該本体側接着剤層と該先端側接着剤層との間の領域である中間領域における襞の凹凸の同方向の高さよりも小さくなっている前記<1>~<8>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
前記サイドパネルを収縮させた自然状態における該サイドパネルの前記ギャザー領域の全面積(S1)に対する、前記サイドシートとギャザー領域との重なる領域の面積(S2)の比(S2/S1)は、1/8以上であり、好ましくは1/5以上であり、また、2/3以下、好ましくは1/2以下である前記<1>~<9>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<11>
前記サイドパネルシートとして、不織布、織物、フィルム又はこれらの積層シート等を用いる前記<1>~<10>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<12>
前記吸収性本体の長手方向に沿う外方側部は、前記サイドシートの長手方向に沿う外方側部である前記<1>~<11>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<13>
前記サイドパネルの前記吸収性本体側の端部が、前記サイドシートと前記裏面シートに挟まれて前記吸収性本体に固定されており、該吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、前記サイドシートの長手方向に沿う外方側縁部である前記<1>~<12>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<14>
前記サイドパネルの前記吸収性本体側の端部が、前記裏面シートの非肌当接面側にて前記吸収性本体と固定されており、該吸収性本体の長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、前記裏面シートの長手方向に沿う外方側縁部である前記<1>~<12>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<15>
前記サイドシートは、1枚の液難透過性のシートからなり、該シートの長手方向に沿う両側部が該シートの非肌対向面側に折り返されて2層に形成されている前記<1>~<14>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<16>
前記サイドパネルの本体幅方向外側の先端部に前記ファスニングテープが設けられており、該ファスニングテープは、テープ基材シートと、該テープ基材シートの本体幅(X)方向の外方側に複数個の係合突起を有する前記止着部を有し、展開状態において矩形状であり、該ファスニングテープの平面視形状と等しく形成された該テープ基材シートの本体幅(X)方向の外方側に、該止着部を固定して形成されている前記<1>~<15>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<17>
前記吸収性本体は、縦長の矩形状を有しており、装着時に装着者の腹側に位置する腹側部、装着者の背側に位置する背側部、及び装着者の股間部に位置する股下部に区分される前記<1>~<16>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<18>
前記裏面シートは、液不透過性又は液難透過性の防漏シートと、該防漏シートの非肌対向面側に外層接着剤層を介して接合された外層不織布とを有する複合シートである前記<1>~<17>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<19>
立体ギャザー及びレッグギャザーが形成された、前記<1>~<18>の何れか1記載の使い捨ておむつ。
Claims (20)
- 肌対向面側に配された表面シート、非肌対向面側に配された裏面シート、及び該表面シートと該裏面シートとの間に配された吸収体を有する縦長の吸収性本体と、該吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う両側部に取り付けられた伸縮性のサイドパネルとを備え、該サイドパネルの本体幅方向の外側の先端部に設けられたファスニングテープの止着部を前記吸収性本体の非肌対向面に係合して装着するようになされている使い捨ておむつであって、
前記吸収性本体は、該吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う両側部に配されたサイドシートを有しており、
前記サイドパネルは、2枚のサイドパネルシート、該2枚のサイドパネルシート間に固定された本体幅方向に延びる複数本の弾性部材、該複数本の弾性部材の前記吸収性本体側の端部側を固定する本体長手方向に延びる本体側接着剤層、該弾性部材の前記サイドパネルの先端部側の端部側を固定する本体長手方向に延びる先端側接着剤層を有し、伸長状態の前記弾性部材を前記2枚のサイドパネルシートの間に前記本体側接着剤層及び前記先端側接着剤層によって固定して形成されており、
前記サイドパネルには、自然状態において、前記複数本の弾性部材の収縮力によって、前記本体側接着剤層と前記先端側接着剤層との間に、該弾性部材が前記サイドパネルシートに固定されていない中空の襞からなるギャザー領域が形成されており、
前記サイドパネルは、前記本体側接着剤層と前記先端側接着剤層との間に配され前記2枚のサイドパネルシートを固定する本体長手方向に延びる複数本の中間固定部を有し、
前記襞は、本体幅方向に隣り合う前記中間固定部どうしの間に形成され、前記複数の弾性部材と交差する方向に延びており、
前記吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、平面視して、前記サイドパネルの前記ギャザー領域上にある使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記ギャザー領域が、低ギャザー領域と高ギャザー領域とを有し、前記襞の高さは、高ギャザー領域で0.5mm以上3mm以下である請求項1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 本体幅方向に隣り合う前記中間固定部どうしの間隔は、前記本体側接着剤層側の方が前記先端側接着剤層側の方よりも短く、
自然状態において、前記サイドパネルに形成される前記ギャザー領域は、前記本体側接着剤層側の前記襞の高さが相対的に低い低ギャザー領域と、前記先端側接着剤層側の前記襞の高さが相対的に高い高ギャザー領域とに区分され、
前記吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が前記サイドシートの外方側縁部であり、該サイドシートの外方側縁部が、平面視して、前記サイドパネルの前記低ギャザー領域上にある請求項1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記襞の高さは、前記高ギャザー領域で0.5mm以上3mm以下である請求項2又は3に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記低ギャザー領域における前記襞の高さは、0.1mm以上8mm以下である請求項2~4の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記高ギャザー領域と前記低ギャザー領域の襞の高さの差の絶対値は、0.5mm以上5mm以下である請求項2~5の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、平面視して、前記サイドパネルの前記ギャザー領域上に部分的に接着されている請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記本体側接着剤層又は前記先端側接着剤層の幅は、1.5mm以上15mm以下である請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記各中間固定部の幅は、前記本体側接着剤層及び前記先端側接着剤層の何れよりも幅が小さく、0.3mm以上1.5mm以下である請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記本体側接着剤層及び前記先端側接着剤層における襞の凹凸の前記サイドパネルの厚み方向の高さは、該本体側接着剤層と該先端側接着剤層との間の領域である中間領域における襞の凹凸の同方向の高さよりも小さくなっている請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記サイドパネルを収縮させた自然状態における該サイドパネルの前記ギャザー領域の全面積(S1)に対する、前記サイドシートとギャザー領域との重なる領域の面積(S2)の比(S2/S1)は、1/8以上2/3以下である請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記サイドパネルシートとして、不織布、織物、フィルム又はこれらの積層シートを用いる請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記吸収性本体の長手方向に沿う外方側部は、前記サイドシートの長手方向に沿う外方側部である請求項1~12の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記サイドパネルの前記吸収性本体側の端部が、前記サイドシートと前記裏面シートに挟まれて前記吸収性本体に固定されており、該吸収性本体の本体長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、前記サイドシートの長手方向に沿う外方側縁部である請求項1~13の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記サイドパネルの前記吸収性本体側の端部が、前記裏面シートの非肌当接面側にて前記吸収性本体と固定されており、該吸収性本体の長手方向に沿う外方側縁部が、前記裏面シートの長手方向に沿う外方側縁部である請求項1~13の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記サイドシートは、1枚の液難透過性のシートからなり、該シートの長手方向に沿う両側部が該シートの非肌対向面側に折り返されて2層に形成されている請求項1~15の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記サイドパネルの本体幅方向外側の先端部に前記ファスニングテープが設けられており、該ファスニングテープは、テープ基材シートと、該テープ基材シートの本体幅方向の外方側に複数個の係合突起を有する前記止着部を有し、展開状態において矩形状であり、該ファスニングテープの平面視形状と等しく形成された該テープ基材シートの本体幅方向の外方側に、該止着部を固定して形成されている請求項1~16の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記吸収性本体は、縦長の矩形状を有しており、装着時に装着者の腹側に位置する腹側部、装着者の背側に位置する背側部、及び装着者の股間部に位置する股下部に区分される請求項1~17の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記裏面シートは、液不透過性又は液難透過性の防漏シートと、該防漏シートの非肌対向面側に外層接着剤層を介して接合された外層不織布とを有する複合シートである請求項1~18の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 立体ギャザー及びレッグギャザーが形成された請求項1~19の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
