  • Apparatuses For Bulk Treatment Of Fruits And Vegetables And Apparatuses For Preparing Feeds (AREA)

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires, conçu pour être posé sur un plan de travail aux fins d'une opération de broyage et comprenant un élément d'actionnement et un élément de base qui présente un élément de coupe, l'élément de base et l'élément d'actionnement étant articulés de telle façon que l'élément d'actionnement puisse pivoter d'une position de contact avec l'élément de coupe à une position de fermeture puis de la position de fermeture à nouveau à la position de contact afin d'exercer une pression sur les denrées alimentaires à broyer. Le dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires est caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins un dispositif d'entraînement, notamment un mécanisme d'entraînement par ressort, destiné à assister ou provoquer le mouvement de rotation de la position de fermeture à la position de contact et/ou de la position de contact à la position de fermeture.
