Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1), qui est réalisé de manière à être posé sur une surface de travail en vue d'une opération de broyage, comprenant une partie d'actionnement (6) ainsi qu'une partie de base (2) qui présente une partie de coupe (3), la partie de base (2) et la partie d'actionnement (6) étant reliées de manière articulée de telle sorte que la partie d'actionnement (6) puisse pivoter depuis une position d'introduction vers la partie de coupe (3) dans une position de fermeture et ensuite de la position de fermeture à nouveau dans la position d'introduction pour pousser des denrées alimentaires à broyer, la liaison articulée étant réalisée de telle sorte que la partie d'actionnement (6) puisse être desserrée au moins dans une position de pivotement déterminée, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) présente au moins un dispositif d'entraînement (12), en particulier un entraînement à ressort pour supporter ou provoquer le mouvement de pivotement depuis la position de fermeture dans la position d'introduction et/ou depuis la position d'introduction dans la position de fermeture.
  2. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif d'entraînement (2) peut être, au choix, mis en marche ou arrêté et/ou en ce que la force d'assistance du dispositif d'entraînement (12) peut être ajustée et/ou en ce que
    b. le dispositif d'entraînement (12) peut être, au choix, mis en marche ou arrêté au moyen d'un dispositif d'accouplement commutable et/ou en ce que
    c. plusieurs, en particulier exactement deux, dispositifs d'entraînement (12) et plusieurs, en particulier exactement deux, dispositifs d'accouplement, sont prévus et en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'entraînement (12) peut être, au choix, mis en marche ou arrêté au moyen d'un dispositif d'accouplement et/ou en ce que
    d. plusieurs, en particulier exactement deux, dispositifs d'entraînement (12) sont prévus, lesquels peuvent être mis en marche ou arrêtés indépendamment les uns des autres.
  3. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement présente un élément d'accouplement (23) qui peut être transféré soit dans une position d'accouplement soit dans une position de désaccouplement, un accouplement mécanique, en particulier par engagement par correspondance de formes et/ou solidaire en rotation, d'un ressort du dispositif d'entraînement (12) avec la partie de base (2) ou avec la partie d'actionnement (6) étant établi par l'élément d'accouplement (23) dans la position d'accouplement et l'accouplement mécanique étant desserré dans la position de désaccouplement.
  4. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    a. l'élément d'accouplement (23) vient en prise dans la position d'accouplement dans un évidement (19) de la partie de base (2) ou de la partie d'actionnement (6) et/ou en ce que
    b. l'élément d'accouplement (23), dans la position d'accouplement, ne peut pas tourner par rapport à l'évidement (19) de la partie de base (2) ou de la partie d'actionnement (6) dans lequel il s'engage, et/ou en ce que
    c. l'élément d'accouplement (23) présente une section transversale non ronde, en particulier polygonale, et, dans la position d'accouplement, s'engage dans un évidement (19) correspondant, non rond, en particulier polygonal, de la partie de base (2) ou de la partie d'actionnement (6) et/ou en ce que
    d. l'élément d'accouplement (23) est réalisé sous forme de coulisseau (18) notamment déplaçable de manière linéaire et/ou en ce que
    e. l'élément d'accouplement (23) est réalisé sous forme de coulisseau (18) qui est disposé de manière à pouvoir être inséré dans un évidement (19) de la partie de base (2) ou de la partie d'actionnement (6), notamment par engagement par correspondance de formes, pour obtenir la position d'accouplement et/ou en ce que
    f. l'élément d'accouplement (23) est réalisé sous forme de coulisseau (18) qui peut être ressorti d'un évidement (19) de la partie de base (2) ou de la partie d'actionnement (6) pour obtenir la position de désaccouplement.
  5. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (19) est disposé dans une partie de la liaison articulée, en particulier dans une tête d'articulation (14) ou un logement de tête d'articulation (15).
  6. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon les revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    a. l'élément d'accouplement (23) est disposé dans une partie de la liaison articulée, en particulier dans une tête d'articulation (14) ou dans un logement de tête d'articulation (15), en particulier de manière déplaçable, et/ou en ce que
    b. l'élément d'accouplement (23) forme une partie de la liaison articulée, en particulier une tête d'articulation (14), et/ou en ce que
    c. l'élément d'accouplement (23) est disposé sur l'axe de pivotement (11) de la liaison articulée et/ou en ce que
    d. l'élément d'accouplement (23) est guidé de manière déplaçable le long de l'axe de pivotement (11) de la liaison articulée.
  7. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la liaison articulée est réalisée de telle sorte que la partie d'actionnement puisse être desserrée au moins dans une position de pivotement déterminée, en particulier dans la position d'insertion, depuis la partie de base, exclusivement par un écartement l'une de l'autre de la partie d'actionnement et de la partie de base et/ou en ce que
    b. la liaison articulée est réalisée de telle sorte que la partie d'actionnement (6), au moins dans une position de pivotement déterminée, en particulier dans la position d'insertion, puisse être desserrée de la partie de base (2), en particulier exclusivement par écartement l'une de l'autre de la partie d'actionnement (6) et de la partie de base (2), indépendamment du fait que le dispositif d'entraînement (12) est mis en marche ou est arrêté et/ou en ce que
    c. la liaison articulée est réalisée de telle sorte que la partie d'actionnement (6), au moins dans une position de pivotement déterminée, en particulier dans la position d'insertion, puisse être desserrée de la partie de base (2), en particulier exclusivement par écartement l'une de l'autre de la partie d'actionnement (6) et de la partie de base (2), indépendamment du fait que l'élément d'accouplement (23) se trouve dans la position d'accouplement ou dans la position de désaccouplement.
  8. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le logement de tête d'articulation (15) présente une ouverture radiale (16) à travers laquelle la tête d'articulation (14) peut être retirée dans la direction radiale hors du logement de tête d'articulation (15) ou peut être insérée dans celui-ci.
  9. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement présente une ouverture supplémentaire, en particulier orientée radialement, à travers laquelle l'élément d'accouplement (23) peut être ressorti de l'évidement (19), afin de permettre également dans la position d'accouplement un desserrage de la partie d'actionnement (6) de la partie de base (2), au moins dans une position de pivotement déterminée de la partie d'actionnement (6) par rapport à la partie de base (2).
  10. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif d'entraînement mis en marche (12) s'appuie d'une part sur la partie de base (2) et d'autre part sur la partie d'actionnement (6) et/ou en ce que
    b. le dispositif d'entraînement mis en marche (12) agit et/ou est disposé entre la partie de base (2) et la partie d'actionnement (6).
  11. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la liaison articulée est formée par au moins une articulation (10), en particulier une articulation à charnière, avec une tête d'articulation (14) et un logement de tête d'articulation (15) et/ou en ce que
    b. la partie de base (2) d'une part présente au moins une tête d'articulation (14) et la partie d'actionnement (6) présente d'autre part un logement de tête d'articulation correspondant (15) pour former une liaison articulée, ou en ce que la partie d'actionnement (6) d'une part présente au moins une tête d'articulation (14) et la partie de base (2) présente d'autre part un logement de tête d'articulation correspondant (15) pour former une liaison articulée.
  12. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif d'entraînement mis en marche (12) d'une part s'appuie sur la tête d'articulation (14) et d'autre part sur le logement de tête d'articulation (15) et/ou en ce que
    b. le dispositif d'entraînement (12) est disposé sur et/ou dans l'articulation (10) et/ou en ce que
    c. au moins un composant du dispositif d'entraînement (12) fait partie de l'articulation (10).
  13. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif d'entraînement (12) présente au moins un ressort, en particulier un ressort spiral ou un ressort à boudin (24) ou un ressort à branches, ou en ce que
    b. le dispositif d'entraînement (12) présente au moins un ressort, qui est tendu lors du pivotement de la partie d'actionnement (6) depuis la position d'insertion dans la position de fermeture et qui se détend pour supporter le mouvement de pivotement de la partie d'actionnement (6) depuis la position de fermeture dans la position d'insertion, ou en ce que
    c. le dispositif d'entraînement (12) présente au moins un ressort qui est tendu lors du pivotement de la partie d'actionnement (6) depuis la position de fermeture dans la position d'insertion et qui se détend pour supporter le mouvement de pivotement de la partie d'actionnement (6) depuis la position d'insertion dans la position de fermeture.
  14. Dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) est réalisé sous forme de couvercle qui peut être posé sur un récipient (9), de préférence en recouvrant complètement l'ouverture du récipient et/ou peut être fixé sur un récipient (9) et/ou en ce que
    b. la partie de base (2) est réalisée sous forme de récipient (9) pour les denrées alimentaires broyées et/ou en ce que
    c. la partie de base (2) est réalisée sous forme de support pour poser le dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) sur une surface de travail ou présente un support pour poser le dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) sur une surface de travail.
  15. Appareil de cuisine comprenant un dispositif broyeur de denrées alimentaires (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, qui est réalisé sous forme de couvercle, et comprenant un récipient (9) sur lequel est posé le dispositif, de préférence en recouvrant complètement l'ouverture du récipient, et/ou sur lequel le dispositif est fixé, de préférence de manière à pouvoir être desserré à nouveau sans outil.
