Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un hème libre d'exsudat de rhinopharynx. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : procéder à un échantillonnage dans le rhinopharynx; diluer la solution d'échantillon; ajouter des réactifs de détection selon une certaine proportion; et déterminer si un hème existe en fonction du changement de couleur. La présente invention concerne en outre un boîtier de détection spécial permettant de détecter un hème libre d'exsudat de rhinopharynx, ledit boîtier de détection spécial pouvant être spécialement conçu pour contenir une cuve et des réactifs de détection utilisés dans le processus de détection. Le boîtier de détection est doté d'une structure simple, l'ensemble de l'étape de détection peut être achevée uniquement au moyen du boîtier de détection, l'espace et les réactifs sont économisés et la charge de travail de l'opérateur est réduite.
