- the admission reception unit generates a foot size related to the applicant based on information received from the applicant's terminal, obtains other information, and determines a member ID.
- the admission reception unit receives the foot photo data transmitted from the applicant's terminal, and calculates the foot size based on the received photo.
- the new member takes a picture of his / her feet 98 and 99 with the built-in camera of the terminal (mobile phone or portable information terminal) while standing at a predetermined position on the measurement sheet 90.
- the photograph is taken with a digital camera, and the photographed photograph data is transmitted from the terminal to the admission reception unit.
- a reference mark 92 for specifying coordinates is printed on the measurement paper 90.
- data of a photograph taken so as to include the reference mark 92 and the toes of both feet 98 and 98 in a state in which the rear end of the toe is disposed at a predetermined position of the measurement sheet 90 is transmitted to the admission reception unit. Is done.
- the input receiving unit calculates a foot size by extracting a predetermined part of the foot and a reference mark based on the received photo data, and determining a coordinate value of the predetermined part of the foot based on the reference mark. For example, after correcting the distortion of the photograph based on the reference mark, the coordinate value of the center of the tip of the second heel is determined, and the value of the foot length from the heel to the second heel toe is calculated.
- the input reception unit receives information (for example, e-mail address, name, gender, etc.) related to the applicant entered from the applicant's terminal at the time of transmitting the foot photo data from the applicant, or before or after transmission. Or determining the member ID of the applicant, or notifying the member ID of the applicant's terminal.

- the system server of the shoe selection support system stores the received member ID and member information in association with the member information storage unit.
- the input reception unit may send the result of diagnosing the health condition of the foot (for example, the color of the nail or the degree of hallux valgus) based on the photo data of the foot to the applicant's terminal. .
- the foot size can be calculated with some accuracy from the foot photo, it will motivate new member registration to the shoe selection support system. If you use the foot type measuring device of the shoe selection support system (for example, 3D shape measuring device), you can measure the foot size more accurately than the photo, so for new members whose foot size is calculated from the photo of the foot, Use of the foot type measuring device of the shoe selection support system can be promoted.
- the foot type measuring device of the shoe selection support system for example, 3D shape measuring device
- three-dimensional data of the foot size obtained by measuring with the foot measuring device is transmitted from the terminal 16 built in or connected to the foot measuring device via the communication network 12. Sent to the server 20.
- the three-dimensional data of the foot size is sent from the terminal 15 of the shoe store to the system server 20 via the communication network 12.
- the shoe selection support system of the present invention can make use of information from others in consideration of individual differences, and can easily select shoes of an appropriate size. As a result, the target of trial wear can be appropriately narrowed down and the number of trial wears can be reduced. In addition, since there is a high possibility that an appropriate size can be selected, it is possible to reduce returns and exchanges in shoe mail order sales.
- the member specifying unit may generate member specifying data when it is necessary to display a shoe size distribution chart or a foot size distribution chart.
