Abstract
L'invention porte sur un revêtement résistant au feu dilatable à base d'eau pour une structure en acier. Le revêtement résistant au feu est constitué des composants suivants, en pourcentage en masse : 20-45 % de matrice de revêtement, 25-45 % d'agent ignifugeant nanométrique, 0,1-10 % d'agent ignifugeant synergique, 1-10 % de charge, 0,2-5 % d'agent auxiliaire et 10-30 % d'eau. Le procédé de préparation du revêtement résistant au feu comprend les étapes suivantes : premièrement la préparation de l'agent ignifugeant nanométrique ; deuxièmement l'ajout d'une émulsion d'époxyde à base d'eau, d'un agent durcisseur d'époxyde à base d'eau et d'une émulsion de silicone-acrylique autoréticulante dans la matrice de revêtement dans un tambour d'agitation et l'agitation de façon homogène ; l'ajout de l'agent ignifugeant nanométrique, de l'agent ignifugeant synergique, de la charge, de l'agent auxiliaire et d'eau et l'agitation, puis le broyage et la filtration du mélange.
