本发明公开了一种高效水性膨胀防火涂料及其制备方法。本发明的高效水性膨胀防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚有机硅氧烷乳液10%~15%、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液20%~25%、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1%~5%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐20%~30%、双季戊四醇5%~10%、偶氮二甲酰1%~5%、蒙脱土1%~5%、纳米氢氧化铝2%~10%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、去离子水10%~20%。本发明的有益效果,本发明具有优异的防火性能和附着力、黏结力、耐水性等理化性能,以去离子水为分散介质,又不含卤素成份,具有低烟、低毒等环保特性,可用于钢结构、混凝土、木材等的防火涂料,并具有广阔的应用前景。本发明提供的制备方法简单易于工业化、无污染清洁生产。

Description

高效水性膨胀防火涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防火涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种高效水性膨胀防火涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火涂料是一种功能涂料,能有效防止或延缓火势蔓延。膨胀防火涂料在高温或火焰作用下,涂层剧烈发泡炭化,形成一个比原涂层厚几十倍乃至几百倍的难燃性海绵状炭质层,断绝火火焰对基材的直接加热,隔绝基材与空气的接触,分解出不燃性气体稀释氧化的浓度,从而达到阻燃防火目的。现有的膨胀防火涂料的发泡层虽然比较厚,但机械强度低,在气流或外力作用下容易塌陷或者脱落,而且发泡不够均匀,导致其隔热性能下降甚至失去保护作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火性能好、黏结附着力强、耐水性优异、无卤低烟和符合环保要求的高效水性膨胀防火涂料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:高效水性膨胀防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚有机硅氧烷乳液10%~15%、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液20%~25%、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1%~5%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐20%~30%、双季戊四醇5%~10%、偶氮二甲酰1%~5%、蒙脱土1%~5%、纳米氢氧化铝2%~10%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、去离子水10%~20%。
本发明的高效水性膨胀防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将蒙脱土、纳米氢氧化铝和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速1500~3000转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料;
(3)、在反应器中加入三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、双季戊四醇和去离子水,同时加入步骤(2)得到的物料,充分搅拌5~15分钟,使混合均匀后,再加入三辊研磨机中研磨2~3次,出料待用;
(4)、在反应器中加入聚有机硅氧烷乳液、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和偶氮二甲酰,经混合均匀后,加入步骤(3)得到的物料,再一起搅拌30~45分钟,经充分混合均匀后,即得到本发明的高效水性膨胀防火涂料。
本发明的有益效果,与现有技术相比,本发明具有优异的防火性能和附着力、黏结力、耐水性等理化性能,以去离子水为分散介质,又不含卤素成份,具有低烟、低毒等环保特性,可用于钢结构、混凝土、木材等的防火涂料,并具有广阔的应用前景。本发明提供的制备方法简单易于工业化、无污染清洁生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种高效水性膨胀防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚有机硅氧烷乳液12%、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液20%、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂5%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐20%、双季戊四醇8%、偶氮二甲酰2%、蒙脱土4%、纳米氢氧化铝8%、铝钛复合偶联剂1%、去离子水20%。
其制备方法为:(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;(2)、将蒙脱土、纳米氢氧化铝和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速1500~3000转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料;(3)、在反应器中加入三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、双季戊四醇和去离子水,同时加入步骤(2)得到的物料,充分搅拌5~15分钟,使混合均匀后,再加入三辊研磨机中研磨2~3次,出料待用;(4)、在反应器中加入聚有机硅氧烷乳液、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和偶氮二甲酰,经混合均匀后,加入步骤(3)得到的物料,再一起搅拌30~45分钟,经充分混合均匀后,即得到本发明的高效水性膨胀防火涂料。

Claims (2)

1.一种高效水性膨胀防火涂料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚有机硅氧烷乳液10%~15%、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液20%~25%、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1%~5%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐20%~30%、双季戊四醇5%~10%、偶氮二甲酰1%~5%、蒙脱土1%~5%、纳米氢氧化铝2%~10%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、去离子水10%~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效水性膨胀防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将蒙脱土、纳米氢氧化铝和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速1500~3000转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料;
(3)、在反应器中加入三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、双季戊四醇和去离子水,同时加入步骤(2)得到的物料,充分搅拌5~15分钟,使混合均匀后,再加入三辊研磨机中研磨2~3次,出料待用;
(4)、在反应器中加入聚有机硅氧烷乳液、自交联丙烯酸酯乳液、水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和偶氮二甲酰,经混合均匀后,加入步骤(3)得到的物料,再一起搅拌30~45分钟,经充分混合均匀后,即得到本发明的高效水性膨胀防火涂料。
