现有技术中环保行业的设备常用的耐火涂料,包括人工涂刷或设备喷涂型形成,其膜层较薄,所涂刷的产品多为水溶性混合液体,由于这种涂层采用人工涂刷后与被保护物表面亲和力小、分子之间空隙较大,强度较低,反复升温降温后会出现脱落现象。而且人工涂刷成膜厚度不均匀,如果涂刷成膜越厚,开裂越严重,则脱落越严重,附着力越小;而开裂和龟裂严重,则会导致热辐射侵入不能良好地保护防护物体,达不到预期的效果,起不到优良的防火防腐蚀的作用;而且,这种涂层表面租糙仍然挂硝、挂有大量附着物,清理该附着物时容易破坏该保护层。
在公开号为CN105885629A的专利文件中,公开了一种用于高温环保设备的耐火涂层及其制备方法,由硅粉、铜粉、铬粉、氧化铝粉、氧化锆粉、碳化硅粉、硅烷偶联剂、冰晶石粉、环氧树脂乳液和聚丙烯纤维素制备而成。将硅粉、铜粉、铬粉、氧化铝粉、氧化锆粉、碳化硅粉、冰晶石粉混合研磨,过筛,以氮气作为保护气体锻烧,空冷至室温,再次研磨过筛,加入环氧树脂乳液中,搅拌均匀,缓慢加入硅烷偶联剂、聚丙烯纤维素,搅拌混合,利用喷涂设备将混合涂层乳液均匀喷涂至环保设备的外表面和内表面,喷涂三层,冷却至室温,清洗表面,检验尺寸即可。该发明耐火涂层适合于耐高温的环保设备,透气性好,具有良好的润湿性和粘附性,耐高温、涂挂性佳、易干燥、耐火度高等特点;但该发明的性能仍能进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层及其制备方法,制备简单,力学性能优异,具有优异耐火性能。
本发明提供了一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层,包括以下重量份的原料:
苯丙乳液40-44份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液20-22份、石棉纤维6-8份、陶瓷纤维12-16份、淀粉9-13份、磷酸二氢铵6-8份、双氰铵3-5份、尿素1-3份、云母粉10-14份、三氧化二锑5-7份、氧化锌1-4份、硼化钛3-7份、羧甲基纤维素1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、抗菌防腐剂1-2份、水适量。
作为优选,石棉纤维的长度为0.1-0.3mm,直径为0.03-0.07mm;陶瓷纤维的长度为0.05-0.1mm,直径为0.01-0.04mm。
作为优选,云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛的目数为600目。
作为优选,淀粉为绿豆淀粉、木薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、红薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、麦类淀粉、菱角淀粉、藕淀粉、玉米淀粉的一种或二种以上的混合物。
作为优选,消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷的一种或二种以上的混合物。
作为优选,抗菌防腐剂为次氯酸盐、氯胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、l, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、卡松的一种或二种以上的混合物。
本发明还提供了一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将石棉纤维、陶瓷纤维、淀粉、磷酸二氢铵、双氰铵、尿素、云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛、羧甲基纤维素加入到高搅拌机内,控制温度为90-100℃,搅拌均匀;
三、将苯丙乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、消泡剂、抗菌防腐剂、水加入到搅拌机内中,搅拌均匀即可。
其中,
步骤二和步骤三中的搅拌机的搅拌速度分别为200r/min和400r/min。
本发明提供的一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层及其制备方法,制备简单,力学性能优异,具有优异耐火性能,具体有益效果如下:
(1)、苯丙乳液耐水、耐碱、耐洗擦性能好、耐油、耐热、耐老化,聚醋酸乙烯乳液附着能力强,固化速度快,苯丙乳液和聚醋酸乙烯乳液的配合能有效地保证耐火涂层的附着力、耐老化、耐水和耐热能力;
(2)、石棉纤维耐热、不燃、耐水、耐酸、耐化学腐蚀;陶瓷纤维重量轻、耐高温、热稳定性好、导热率低、比热小及耐机械震动;陶瓷纤维和石棉纤维的添加能增强耐火涂层的物理强度和耐高温防火能力;
(3)、淀粉为成碳剂,在高温及火焰的作用下能迅速碳化,并有增粘的效果,磷酸二氢铵为脱水成碳催化剂,促进脱水碳化;双氰铵和尿素为小发泡剂,能在涂层受热时分解成大量灭火性气体;云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌和硼化钛为填料能增强耐火涂层的力学强度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐高温阻燃能力;
(4)、羧甲基纤维素具有增稠、成膜、黏接、水分保持、胶体保护、乳化及悬浮等作用;消泡剂能防止制备时气泡的产生;抗菌防腐剂提高涂层的抗菌防腐的能力,从而提高使用寿命;
(5)、本发明各种原料对应比例的混合,能有效地保证耐火涂层的力学强度、耐磨能力、附着能力、耐腐蚀、耐水和耐高温防火能力,耐火涂层的使用寿命长;制备方法能有效地将各原料之间充分混合。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1
本实施例的一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层,包括以下重量份的原料:
苯丙乳液40份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液20份、石棉纤维6份、陶瓷纤维12份、淀粉9份、磷酸二氢铵6份、双氰铵3份、尿素1份、云母粉10份、三氧化二锑5份、氧化锌1份、硼化钛3份、羧甲基纤维素1份、消泡剂2份、抗菌防腐剂1份、水适量。
本实施例中,石棉纤维的长度为0.1mm,直径为0.03mm;陶瓷纤维的长度为0.05mm,直径为0.01mm。
本实施例中,云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛的目数为600目。
本实施例中,淀粉为绿豆淀粉、木薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、红薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、麦类淀粉、菱角淀粉、藕淀粉、玉米淀粉的混合物。
本实施例中,消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷的混合物。
本实施例中,抗菌防腐剂为次氯酸盐、氯胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、l, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、卡松的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

二、将石棉纤维、陶瓷纤维、淀粉、磷酸二氢铵、双氰铵、尿素、云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛、羧甲基纤维素加入到高搅拌机内,控制温度为90℃,搅拌均匀;
三、将苯丙乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、消泡剂、抗菌防腐剂、水加入到搅拌机内中,搅拌均匀即可。
其中,
步骤二和步骤三中的搅拌机的搅拌速度分别为200r/min和400r/min。
实施例2
本实施例的一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层,包括以下重量份的原料:
苯丙乳液42份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液21份、石棉纤维7份、陶瓷纤维14份、淀粉11份、磷酸二氢铵7份、双氰铵4份、尿素2份、云母粉12份、三氧化二锑6份、氧化锌3份、硼化钛5份、羧甲基纤维素2份、消泡剂3份、抗菌防腐剂1.5份、水适量。
本实施例中,石棉纤维的长度为0.2mm,直径为0.05mm;陶瓷纤维的长度为0.08mm,直径为0.03mm。
本实施例中,云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛的目数为600目。
本实施例中,淀粉为绿豆淀粉、木薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、红薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、麦类淀粉、菱角淀粉、藕淀粉、玉米淀粉的混合物。
本实施例中,消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷的混合物。
本实施例中,抗菌防腐剂为次氯酸盐、氯胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、l, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、卡松的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将石棉纤维、陶瓷纤维、淀粉、磷酸二氢铵、双氰铵、尿素、云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛、羧甲基纤维素加入到高搅拌机内,控制温度为95℃,搅拌均匀;
三、将苯丙乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、消泡剂、抗菌防腐剂、水加入到搅拌机内中,搅拌均匀即可。
其中,
步骤二和步骤三中的搅拌机的搅拌速度分别为200r/min和400r/min。
实施例3
本实施例的一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层,包括以下重量份的原料:
苯丙乳液44份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液22份、石棉纤维8份、陶瓷纤维16份、淀粉13份、磷酸二氢铵8份、双氰铵5份、尿素3份、云母粉14份、三氧化二锑7份、氧化锌4份、硼化钛7份、羧甲基纤维素3份、消泡剂4份、抗菌防腐剂2份、水适量。
本实施例中,石棉纤维的长度为0.3mm,直径为0.07mm;陶瓷纤维的长度为0.1mm,直径为0.04mm。
本实施例中,云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛的目数为600目。
本实施例中,淀粉为绿豆淀粉、木薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、红薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、麦类淀粉、菱角淀粉、藕淀粉、玉米淀粉的混合物。
本实施例中,消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷的混合物。
本实施例中,抗菌防腐剂为次氯酸盐、氯胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、l, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、卡松的混合物。
本实施例还提供了一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将石棉纤维、陶瓷纤维、淀粉、磷酸二氢铵、双氰铵、尿素、云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛、羧甲基纤维素加入到高搅拌机内,控制温度为100℃,搅拌均匀;
三、将苯丙乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、消泡剂、抗菌防腐剂、水加入到搅拌机内中,搅拌均匀即可。
其中,
步骤二和步骤三中的搅拌机的搅拌速度分别为200r/min和400r/min。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于环保设备的耐火涂层,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
苯丙乳液40-44份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液20-22份、石棉纤维6-8份、陶瓷纤维12-16份、淀粉9-13份、磷酸二氢铵6-8份、双氰铵3-5份、尿素1-3份、云母粉10-14份、三氧化二锑5-7份、氧化锌1-4份、硼化钛3-7份、羧甲基纤维素1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、抗菌防腐剂1-2份、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层,其特征在于:石棉纤维的长度为0.1-0.3mm,直径为0.03-0.07mm;陶瓷纤维的长度为0.05-0.1mm,直径为0.01-0.04mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层,其特征在于:云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛的目数为600目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层,其特征在于:淀粉为绿豆淀粉、木薯淀粉、甘薯淀粉、红薯淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、麦类淀粉、菱角淀粉、藕淀粉、玉米淀粉的一种或二种以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层,其特征在于:消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷的一种或二种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层,其特征在于:抗菌防腐剂为次氯酸盐、氯胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯、2, 2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、l, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、卡松的一种或二种以上的混合物。
7.一种权利要求1-6任意一项所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将石棉纤维、陶瓷纤维、淀粉、磷酸二氢铵、双氰铵、尿素、云母粉、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、硼化钛、羧甲基纤维素加入到高搅拌机内,控制温度为90-100℃,搅拌均匀;
三、将苯丙乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、消泡剂、抗菌防腐剂、水加入到搅拌机内中,搅拌均匀即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于环保设备的耐火涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二和步骤三中的搅拌机的搅拌速度分别为200r/min和400r/min。
