一种骨架半挂车,其车架大梁(1)的中间部位设置有一根横置的组合式的轻载横梁(2),轻载横梁(2)的两端分别设置有用于固定两台集装箱两个相邻角柱的组合锁具,组合锁具包括一对升降锁(5)、翻转锁(6)或固定锁,或者前述任意两个锁具的组合。组合锁具的两个锁具分别设置在轻载横梁(2)端部的前后,或者通过锁具短梁(3)设置在轻载横梁(2)端部的外侧。由此减少了横梁数量,减轻了骨架半挂车重量,简化了车架结构。

Description

一种骨架半挂车 技术领域
本发明属于交通运输设备技术领域,涉及骨架半挂车,尤其涉及骨架半挂车的用于固 定集装箱角柱的横梁结构。 背景技术
骨架半挂车是集装箱运输中经常使用的一种运输工具,常规的骨架半挂车,可用来运 输一台 40英尺的集装箱, 或运输一台 20英尺的集装箱, 还可同时运输两台 20英尺的集 装箱。
目前市场上出现的骨架半挂车,其横梁两端各安装一个锁具, 当骨架半挂车同时装载 两台集装箱时, 车架中间部位布置有两个单独的横梁, 且这两个横梁距离很近。 当骨架半 挂车用来运输集装箱时,整台集装箱底部的两纵梁与骨架半挂车的两纵梁相接触,此时骨 架半挂车的两纵梁为主要受力件,而横梁两端的锁具仅仅起到定位作用,承载相对小得多。
现有技术的这种结构较复杂, 零件数量多, 不够紧凑; 材料利用率低, 重量较重, 没 有进行优化, 不美观。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对上述现有骨架半挂车技术存在的不足,提供一种骨 架半挂车的组合式轻载横梁结构,将车架大梁中间部位的两根横梁合并为一根组合式的轻 载横梁, 横梁的两个端部各连接两个锁具, 实现两台集装箱两个相邻角柱的固定。
本发明针对上述问题而提出的技术方案是: 一种骨架半挂车, 包括纵置的车架大梁; 其特征在于:所述车架大梁的中间部位设置有一根横置的组合式的轻载横梁;所述轻载横 梁的两端分别设置有用于固定两台集装箱两个相邻角柱的组合锁具。
其中, 所述轻载横梁的下部与车架大梁的腹板之间设置有横梁加强筋。
其中, 所述组合锁具包括一对升降锁、翻转锁或固定锁, 或者前述任意两个锁具的组 合。
其中, 所述组合锁具的两个锁具分别设置在轻载横梁端部的前后。或者, 所述组合锁 具的两个锁具通过锁具短梁设置在轻载横梁端部的外侧。 进一步, 所述锁具短梁和轻载横梁之间设置有短梁加强筋。
与现有技术的骨架半挂车相比, 采用本发明技术方案的优点如下。
1. 把两根横梁合并为一根, 减少横梁数量, 减轻了骨架半挂车重量。
2. 简化了车架结构, 简单可靠, 紧凑美观。 附图说明

为了进一步说明本发明的原理和结构,现结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说 明。
本发明一种骨架半挂车,能够有效解决现有技术的骨架半挂车存在的不足,把现有技 术的车架中间部位的两根距离很近的横梁,合并为一根组合式的轻载横梁,轻载横梁的两 个端部各连接两个锁具, 可以同时实现两台集装箱两个相邻角柱的固定。
图 1为本发明一种骨架半挂车实施例一的局部立体示意图。图中包括纵置的车架大梁 1, 车架大梁 1的中间部位设置有一根横置的组合式的轻载横梁 2。 该轻载横梁 2的下部 外侧与车架大梁 1的腹板 11外侧之间, 分别设置有两平行的横梁加强筋 21。 轻载横梁 2 的两端分别设置有用于固定两台集装箱的两个相邻角柱的组合锁具。
图 2为图 1的轻载横梁 2端部设置组合锁具部位的放大图。图中组合锁具为一个升降 锁 5和一个翻转锁 6的组合, 均为非工作状态。 组合锁具也可以采用一对升降锁 5、 一对 翻转锁 6或一对固定锁, 或者任意两种锁具的组合。
实施例一的组合锁具的结构请参阅图 2、 图 3 , 两个锁具分别设置在轻载横梁 1端部 的前、后。通过实施本发明一种骨架半挂车的组合式轻载横梁结构, 能够有效解决现有技 术存在的不足。把车架中间部位的两根轻载梁合并为一根轻载横梁 2, 横梁的端部各连接 两个锁具, 实现两台集装箱相邻的两个角柱的固定。
本发明一种骨架半挂车实施例二的组合锁具的结构请参阅图 4,两个锁具通过锁具短 梁 3设置在轻载横梁 2端部的外侧。锁具短梁 3和轻载横梁 2之间设置有短梁加强筋 31。 图 4中,两个锁具分别与锁具短梁 3的外侧连接,锁具短梁 3的内侧再与轻载横梁 2连接。 由于轻载横梁 2也为单根梁与车架大梁 1的中间部位连接,轻载横梁 2的两端各连接两个 锁具。 此种安装方式也为组合式结构, 也是本发明的保护范围。
本发明涉及用于多功能骨架半挂车的横梁结构, 此组合式的轻载横梁 2的两个端部, 各安装一对前、后布置的锁具, 可以同时实现两台集装箱相邻的两个角柱的固定。通过采 用这种组合式的单一横梁设计, 优化了车架结构, 减少横梁数量, 减轻了骨架半挂车的重 本发明的重要特征一是横梁采用单一组合式的轻载横梁结构;二是轻载横梁 2的两端 各连接两个锁具; 三是轻载横梁 2两端的锁具可以是固定锁、 升降锁或是翻转锁。
本发明的核心部件是轻载横梁 2, 轻载横梁 2直接与车架大梁 1焊接。 另外在大梁腹 板 11处焊接横梁加强筋 21起加强作用。 升降锁 5、 翻转锁 6或固定锁等的组合锁具分别 与轻载横梁 2的端部连接, 构成本发明的核心结构。
现有技术的骨架半挂车,车架中间部位两根横梁端部的两个锁具在工作状态时距离很 近。通过优化设计和局部加强, 在满足刚度和强度的条件下,把车架大梁中间部位的两根 横梁合并为一根组合式的轻载横梁, 这两个锁具组合后与该根轻载横梁 2的端部连接。
从图 2到图 3是组合锁具从非工作状态,转换到工作状态的过程。升降锁 5的升降锁 芯 51往上移动, 并与升降锁座 52固定。 当集装箱落到合适位置后, 升降把手 53旋转一 定角度, 固定一台集装箱的角件。 翻转锁 6往上旋转一定角度, 到翻转锁芯 61垂直状态 后, 固定翻转锁座 62。 当集装箱落到合适位置后, 翻转把手旋转一定角度, 固定另一台 集装箱的角件。
需要说明的是,升降锁 5和翻转锁 6不一定与轻载横梁 5采用焊接方式,可以是螺栓 连接。 组合锁具也不一定是翻转锁 6, 可以是升降锁 5或其它固定锁具。 任何采用一根组 合式的轻载横梁 2, 并在轻载横梁 2的端部各连接两个锁具, 都是我们的保护范围。
根据上述分析, 需要说明的是, 翻转锁 6翻转方向可以为前后方向, 也可以为左右方 向。 另外, 以上图示表示出的横梁端部两个锁具的高度不同, 其因安装在鹅颈半挂车上需 要高度差。如果安装在直梁半挂车上, 这两个锁具的水平高度是一致的。其本质结构都为 组合式的轻载横梁结构, 都是本专利的保护范围。
通过实施本发明一种骨架半挂车的组合式轻载横梁结构,能够有效解决现有技术存在 的不足, 把车架中间部位两根轻载梁合并为一根, 横梁端部各连接两把锁, 实现两台集装 箱相邻的两个角柱的固定。 结构简单, 零件数量少, 重量轻, 紧凑美观。

4. 依据权利要求 3所述的骨架半挂车, 其特征在于: 所述组合锁具的两个锁具分别 设置在轻载横梁端部的前后。
