技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输装备结构, 特别涉及一种铁路货车侧墙和铁路货车 车厢。
背景技术
铁路货车车厢的车体主要由底架、 前后端墙以及左右两侧的侧墙组成, 其中一个重要的结构参数即为铁路货车车厢容积, 其直接关系到车辆装载货 物的多少。 设计者在车辆结构设计时, 都会追求车厢断面积的最大化, 以提 高车厢容积; 而由于受到车辆限界的限制, 车辆的长度和宽度等尺寸不能随 意扩展, 使得侧墙结构成为影响车厢容积的关键因素。
目前的铁路货车侧墙为由侧板和侧柱组焊而成的板柱式结构, 且侧柱通 常为直壁结构的外侧柱形式。 图 1为现有技术铁路货车侧墙的主视结构示意 图, 图 2为现有技术铁路货车侧墙的侧视结构示意图。 如图 1和图 2所示, 该铁路货车侧墙主要包括侧板 11和侧柱 12, 侧板 11通常由多块侧墙板组焊 而成,其可以为 5mm厚左右的钢板。多个侧柱 12在侧板 11的外侧间隔设置, 且每两个侧柱 12之间为一块侧墙板。 此外, 在侧板 11和侧柱 12的上方还焊 接有上侧梁 13 , 在侧板 11的中间部位纵向设置有横梁 14。
发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 如图 2所示, 上述目前的外 侧柱式的侧墙结构, 在侧板 11的外表面和侧柱 12的外表面之间形成一宽度 空间 A, 该 A的宽度通常为 100mm左右, 其未成为车厢容积来运输货物, 造成了车厢容积的浪费。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种铁路货车侧墙和铁路货车车厢, 用以解 决现有技术中侧板外表面和侧柱外表面之间的宽度空间浪费的缺陷, 实现充 分有效利用上述宽度空间, 提高车厢容积。
本发明实施例提供一种铁路货车侧墙, 包括焊接连接的上侧板、 下侧板、 内侧柱和外侧柱; 所述内侧柱位于所述上侧板和下侧板的内侧, 所述外侧柱 设置于所述铁路货车侧墙的上部, 并位于所述上侧板的外侧。 该结构可以在 不改变车辆外形尺寸的基石出上, 充分利用侧板外表面和侧柱外表面之间的宽 度空间, 有效提高车辆容积。
在此基础上, 所述上侧板可以为折板式结构。 该折板结构的应用可以提 高侧墙上部的横向刚度和侧板平面度, 使得可以不再设置侧板横梁, 从而降 低了车辆自重。
在此基础上, 所述上侧板可以为上侧梁与上侧板一体式结构。 该结构可 以消除了上侧梁与侧板间的焊缝, 提高车辆的可靠性。
在此基础上, 所述内侧柱可以在所述铁路货车侧墙的下部截面积较大, 在所述铁路货车侧墙的上部截面积较小。 该结构可以提高侧柱的抗弯强度。
在此基础上, 所述上侧板可以为通长结构, 在所述铁路货车侧墙的上部 为一整块侧墙板。
在此基础上, 所述下侧板可以为压型结构, 且通过连接板与所述内侧柱 相连接。 该压型结构的设置也可以实现在侧板上不加横梁的前提下, 提高侧 墙下部的横向刚度和侧板平面度。
本发明实施例提供一种铁路货车车厢, 包括底架和位于所述铁路货车车 厢前后端的端墙, 还包括上述的铁路货车侧墙, 所述铁路货车侧墙位于所述 铁路货车车厢的左右两侧。
本发明实施例的铁路货车侧墙和铁路货车车厢, 通过采用内侧柱式的侧 墙结构, 在不改变车辆外形尺寸的基础上, 可以充分利用侧板外表面和侧柱 外表面之间的宽度空间, 有效提高了车辆的容积和列车的运能。 附图说明

本发明实施例的主要技术方案为, 将现有技术中外侧柱式的侧墙结构改 为内侧柱式的侧墙结构, 该内侧柱式的侧墙包括焊接连接的上侧板、 下侧板、 内侧柱和外侧柱, 其中, 内侧柱位于所述上侧板和下侧板的内侧, 所述外侧 柱位于所述上侧板的外侧。 该结构可以在不改变车辆外形尺寸的基础上, 充 分有效利用图 2中所示的 A部分宽度空间, 有效提高车辆容积。 下面通过附 图和具体实施例, 对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细描述。
图 3为本发明铁路货车侧墙实施例的结构示意图, 图 4为图 3中的铁路 货车侧墙上部结构示意图, 图 5为图 3中的铁路货车侧墙下部结构示意图。 下面结合图 3〜图 5 , 对本发明实施例的铁路货车侧墙结构进行说明: 该侧墙 包括上侧板 21、 下侧板 22、 外侧柱 23和内侧柱 24。
其中, 上侧板 21位于侧墙的上部, 下侧板 22位于侧墙的下部, 二者可 以焊接连接。 该上侧板 21和下侧板 22不同于现有技术中的侧板结构。 上侧 板 21可以采用图 4所示的折板结构,该折板结构的应用可以提高侧墙上部的 横向刚度和上侧板 21的平面度, 使得可以不再设置图 1 中所示的横梁 14, 从而降低了车辆自重。
此外, 图 4所示的上侧板 21结构的应用可以相当于上侧梁与上侧板一体 式的结构, 使得不再如图 1所示的单独另外设置上侧梁 13 , 消除了图 1所示 结构中的上侧梁 13与侧板 11间的焊缝, 提高了车辆的可靠性。
在侧墙的上部, 上侧板 21位于外侧柱 23和内侧柱 24的中间, 上侧板 21将外侧柱 23和内侧柱 24分开, 并与之组焊成一体。 该外侧柱 23只设置 于侧墙的上部, 在侧墙的下部只设置有内侧柱 24, 且内侧柱 24位于下侧板 22的内侧。 由图 5可以看出, 在铁路货车侧墙的下部, 内侧柱 24较宽, 即 截面积较大; 在铁路货车侧墙的上部, 内侧柱 24较窄, 即截面积较小, 该结 构可以提高侧柱的抗弯强度。 其中, 内侧柱 24和外侧柱 23包括通常所指的 侧柱和枕柱。
在此基础上, 上侧板 21可以设置为通长结构, 即在该侧墙的上部, 上侧 板 21是一整块侧墙板, 而不是如图 1所示的现有技术中, 侧板 11是由多块 侧墙板组焊而成的结构。
在侧墙的下部, 下侧板 22可以设为压型结构, 该压型结构的设置也可以 实现在侧板上不加横梁的前提下,提高侧墙下部的横向刚度和下侧板 22的平 面度, 同时可以增加下侧板 22的抗弯刚度。
具体的, 该下侧板 22可以是多片拼接的结构, 例如, 可以每两个内侧柱 24之间设置一块下侧板 22。 此时, 在车辆长度方向上, 该下侧板 22压成的 口型结构可以增强其抗弯刚度; 但是, 在与车辆长度方向垂直的方向则可能 形成受力较为薄弱的区域, 因此, 下侧板 22可以通过连接板 25与其两侧的 内侧柱 24相连接, 该连接板 25此时可以起到补强的作用。
此外, 该下侧板 22也可以由一整张板压型而成, 即可以压成图 5中所示 的截面为几字形的板, 该几字形的压型结构也可以增加下侧板 22 的抗弯强 度; 但是此时由于下侧板为一整块的整体, 不会在局部形成受力薄弱区域, 因此, 此时可以不需要设置连接板进行补强; 而可以在内侧柱中开设缺口, 该缺口做为连接口 , 以和上述的整体式下侧板 22进行连接。
本实施例的铁路货车侧墙, 通过采用内侧柱式的侧墙结构, 在不改变车 辆外形尺寸的基础上, 可以充分利用侧板外表面和侧柱外表面之间的宽度空 间, 有效提高了车辆的容积和列车的运能; 并且通过采用折板式的上侧板和 压型结构的下侧板, 提高了侧墙的横向刚度和侧板的平面度, 减轻了车辆自 重, 提高了车辆可靠性, 降低了车辆的维修成本, 因此, 该铁路货车侧墙结 构的使用会给社会带来相当大的经济效益和社会效益。
此外, 在上述铁路货车侧墙实施例的基础上, 本发明实施例还提供了一 种包括上述结构的铁路货车侧墙的铁路货车车厢, 该铁路货车车厢还包括底 架和前后端墙, 侧墙位于该铁路货车车厢的左右两侧。
由于采用了上述实施例的铁路货车侧墙, 该铁路货车车厢相对于现有技 术的车厢, 也显著提高了车辆容积和列车运能, 且减轻了车辆自重, 提高了 车辆可靠性, 降低了车辆的维修成本。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
