Claims (10)
- 유산균 균주 또는 그 배양물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유산균은 녹차 유산균인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유산균은 락토바실러스 플란타룸인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 락토바실러스 플란타룸은 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum) APsulloc 331261(기탁번호: KCCM11179P), 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum) APsulloc 331263(기탁번호: KCCM11180P), 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum) APsulloc 331266(기탁번호: KCCM11181P) 및 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum) APsulloc 331269(기탁번호: KCCM11182P)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유효성분은 유산균의 동결건조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유효성분은 유산균 세포의 용출물(lysate)의 동결건조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유효성분은(a)유산균 세포를 배양하는 단계;(b)상기 배양된 세포를 원심분리하여 용출물(lysate)의 불용성 성분을 제거하는 단계;및(c)상기 (b)단계로 얻은 세포 용출물을 여과 후 동결건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유효성분은 케라틴 분해를 통해 각질을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 피부 트러블 방지 또는 개선용인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 피부톤 개선용인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 각질 제거용 조성물.
