본 발명은 신규 락토바실러스 속 균주에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 신규 락토바실러스 속 균주 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
프로바이오틱스(Probiotics)란 살아있는 생균제로서 사람 및 동물에 투여된 생균이 장내의 소화관 벽에 밀집, 정착하여 유해균이 정착하지 못하게 하는 작용을 하며, 유산을 생성하여 장내의 pH를 낮추어서 유해세균이 증식하지 못하게 한다. 또한, 투여된 프로바이오틱스는 박테리오신(bacteriocin) 혹은 과산화물을 생성하여 병원균의 증식을 억제하며 영양분의 흡수를 담당하는 장융모의 활동을 도와준다. 이밖에도, 프로바이오틱스는 영양소의 흡수와 이용을 돕는 물질을 생성하고, 사료요구율을 개선시키며, 병원균이 생성하는 독성물질을 중화하는 물질을 생성하기도 한다. 프로바이오틱스는 대체로 동물 혹은 어류가 스트레스로 인한 소화관의 유용 균주 감소를 억제할 목적으로 이용되며, 항생물질을 경구투여하고 난 후 병원균보다 먼저 세균이 없는 소화관 벽에 부착하여 병원균이 정착하는 것을 방지한다. 이와 관련하여 김치는 대표적인 전통발효식품으로서 다양한 기능의 항산화, 항노화, 항비만, 항염, 항균, 항알러지, 면역증진효과 등이 알려져 있고 김치의 생체 내 효능효과는 영양성분과 발효 유산균의 대사산물에서 유래된다. 김치 유산균은 주로 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus sp.), 류코노스톡(Leuconostoc sp.), 페디코커스(Pediococcus sp.) 등이 김치의 발효와 영양분 생성에 관여하며, 김치에서 분리한 유산균을 활용하여 다양한 프로바이오틱스(probiotics)의 건강기능식품이 출시되고 있다.
한편 미백화장품 및 주름개선화장품에 대한 관심은 미백 및 주름개선 소재에 대한 수요의 증가와 효소, 유산균 등의 미생물을 이용한 화장품의 개발로 이어지고 있는데 특히 주요한 미생물로 사용되는 락토바실러스 균주는 항균 활성, 항산화 활성, 항염증 활성을 가진다고 보고된 바 있다. 이와 관련하여 대한민국 등록특허 제1503979호는 락토바실러스 펜토서스 균주 배양액을 포함하는 피부 미백용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 대해 개시하고 있다.
본 발명자들은 어병 세균 및 치아우식균을 비롯한 여러 병원성 세균에 대해 항균 활성이 높고 멜라닌의 생성을 억제하며 콜라겐의 합성을 촉진하여 다양한 식·의약용 소재로 활용가능한 신규 락토바실러스 속(Lactobacillus sp.) 균주 및 그의 용도를 개발하여 본 발명을 완성하였다.
그러나 상기 선행기술의 경우, 상기 균주에 대한 미백 효과에 관한 연구로 미백 효과와 더불어 항세균 활성에 관한 연구는 아직 알려진 바가 없다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 포함하여 여러 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 어병 세균 및 치아우식균을 비롯한 다양한 병원성 세균에 대해 항세균 활성이 높으며 멜라닌의 생성을 억제하고 콜라겐의 합성을 촉진하는 신규 락토바실러스 속(Lactobacillus sp.) 균주 및 그의 용도를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그러나 이러한 과제는 예시적인 것으로, 이에 의해 본 발명의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다.

용어의 정의:
본 문서에서 사용되는 용어 "락토바실러스 속(Lactobacillus sp.) 균주"는 당류를 발효하여 에너지를 획득하여 다량의 유산을 생성하는 세균이다. 형태적으로는 Gram 양성 무포자 간균으로 다형성을 나타내고, 크기는 0.5~0.9Х1~11 μm로 단간균에서 장간균의 여러 형태를 나타내며, Coryne형을 나타내는 균종도 있다. 균의 배열은 단재, 이연쇄, 단연쇄, 단붕상이 있고 대부분은 운동성이 없으며, 보통은 catalase 음성이다. 본 균주는 산소가 적은 환경에서 즐겨 발육하며 각종의 당에서 유산을 생성한다.

상기 화장료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 균주의 파쇄물, 균주의 배양액, 균주의 배양액의 상등액을 사용할 수 있고 각각에 대해서는 여과물 또는 비여과물을 사용할 수 있으며 각각에 대한 추출물을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 추출물은 당업계에 공지된 추출 및 분리하는 방법을 사용하여 추출물을 분리 및 수득한 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 이때 추출물을 수득하기 위해 사용할 수 있는 적절한 용매로는 당업계에서 허용되는 용매라면 어느 것을 사용해도 무방하며, 물 또는 유기용매를 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 정제수, 메탄올(methanol), 에탄올(ethanol), 프로판올(propanol), 이소프로판올(isopropanol), 부탄올(butanol) 등을 포함하는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올, 아세톤(acetone), 에테르(ether), 벤젠(benzene), 클로로포름(chloroform), 에틸아세테이트(ethyl acetate), 메틸렌클로라이드(methylene chloride), 헥산(hexane) 및 시클로헥산(cyclohexane) 등의 각종 용매를 단독으로 혹은 혼합하여사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지는 않는다. 또한 추출 방법으로는 열수추출법, 냉침추출법, 환류냉각추출법, 용매추출법, 수증기증류법, 초음파추출법, 용출법, 압착법 등의 방법 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 목적하는 추출물은 추가로 통상의 분획 공정을 수행할 수도 있으며, 통상의 정제 방법을 이용하여 정제될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은 어류가 서식 중인 수조에 투입되거나, 감염된 어류로의 경구투여 또는 환부로의 국부투여를 통해 투여될 수 있고 상기 조성물의 약학적으로 유효한 양은 감염된 어류의 종류, 월령, 증상의 정도에 따라 달라질 수 있으나, 수조에 직접 처리하는 경우 약 1 내지 2000 ppm일 수 있고, 10 내지 1000 ppm일 수 있으며, 50 내지 500 ppm일 수 있고 감염된 어류에 투여하는 경우 약 1 내지 2000 mg/kg일 수 있고, 10 내지 1000 mg/kg일 수 있으며, 50 내지 500 mg/kg일 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 포함할 수 있다. 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 포함하는 상기 조성물은 경구 또는 비경구의 여러 가지 제형일 수 있으나, 비경구를 위한 제형인 것이 바람직하다. 제제화할 경우에는 보통 사용하는 충진제, 증량제, 결합제, 습윤제, 붕해제, 계면활성제 등의 희석제 또는 부형제를 사용하여 조제된다. 경구투여를 위한 고형제제에는 정제, 환제, 산제, 과립제, 캡슐제 등이 포함되며, 이러한 고형제제는 하나 이상의 화합물에 적어도 하나 이상의 부형제 예를 들면, 전분, 탄산칼슘, 수크로오스 또는 락토오스, 젤라틴 등을 섞어 조제된다. 또한 단순한 부형제 이외에 스테아린산 마그네슘, 탈크 등과 같은 윤활제들도 사용될 수 있다. 경구투여를 위한 액상제제로는 현탁제, 내용액제, 유제, 시럽제 등이 해당되는데 흔히 사용되는 단순 희석제인 물, 리퀴드 파라핀 이외에 여러 가지 부형제, 예를 들면 습윤제, 감미제, 방향제, 보존제 등이 포함될 수 있다. 비경구 투여를 위한 제제에는 멸균된 수용액, 비수성용제, 현탁제, 유제, 동결건조제제, 좌제가 포함된다. 비수성용제, 현탁용제로는 프로필렌글리콜(propylene glycol), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 올리브 오일과 같은 식물성 기름, 에틸올레이트와 같은 주사 가능한 에스테로 등이 사용될 수 있다. 좌제의 기제로는 위텝솔(witepsol), 마크로골, 트윈(tween) 61, 카카오지, 라우린지, 글리세로젤라틴 등이 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사료첨가제는 상기 유효성분 외에도 약학적, 식품학적 또는 사료용으로 허용되는 공지의 담체 또는 안정제 등 첨가제를 가할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 비타민, 아미노산류, 미네랄 등의 각종 양분, 항산화제, 항생물질, 항균제 및 기타의 첨가제 등을 가할 수도 있으며, 그 형상으로서는 분체, 과립, 펠릿, 현탁액 등의 적당한 상태일 수 있다. 본 발명의 사료첨가제를 공급하는 경우는 어류 또는 갑각류에 대하여 단독으로 또는 사료에 혼합하여 공급할 수 있다.
본 발명의 대상이 되는 어류는 도미, 넙치, 우럭, 참돔, 민어, 숭어, 능성어 등의 해산어류 및 뱀장어, 은어, 산천어, 송어, 쏘가리 등의 육상어류인 것이 바람직하며, 도미인 것이 더욱 바람직하나, 특별히 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 따라서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신규 락토바실러스 속 균주는 어류 양식을 위한 프로바이오틱스로서 유용하게 사용가능함을 알 수 있다. 이에, 본 발명의 다른 일 관점에 따르면, 상기 신규 바실러스 균주를 포함하는 프로바이오틱스 제제가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 프로바이오틱스 제제에는 상기 유효성분 외에도 약학적, 식품학적 또는 사료용으로 허용되는 공지의 담체 또는 첨가제가 포함될 수 있다.
아울러, 본 발명의 다른 일 관점에 따르면 상기 락토바실러스 속 균주가 함유된 어류 양식용 사료를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신규 락토바실러스 속 균주는 포자형성이 가능한 그람양성균이므로, 포자 형태로 제형화되는 것이 바람직하나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 어류 및/또는 갑각류 양식용 사료는 상기 신규 락토바실러스 속 균주 외에 어분, 깻묵, 전분박, 대두박, 물벼룩과 같은 주사료와 배합되어 배합사료의 형태로 제공될 수 있다. 상기 사료의 제형 역시 특별히 한정되는 것은 아니고, 분말사료, 고형사료, 모이스트 펠릿사료, 드라이 펠릿사료, EP(Extruder Pellet) 사료, 날먹이 등 어떠한 사료라도 무방하다. 이 때, 상기 사료는 통상의 사료와 동일한 양 및 급이 간격으로 공급되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 피부 콜라겐 합성 촉진, 피부 주름 개선, 피부 염증 완화, 피부 미백 촉진, 피부 재생 촉진, 피부 탄력 향상, 피부 진정, 피부 보습 향상, 피부 유익균 증식 촉진 및 피부 유해균 증식 저해로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 피부 상태 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 용액, 현탁액, 유탁액, 페이스트, 겔, 크림, 로션, 파우더, 비누, 계면활성제-함유 클렌징, 오일, 분말 파운데이션, 유탁액 파운데이션, 왁스 파운데이션, 스프레이 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 제형을 가질 수 있고 당업계에서 통상적으로 제조되는 어떠한 제형으로도 제조될 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 용액, 현탁액, 유탁액, 페이스트, 겔, 크림, 로션, 파우더, 비누, 계면활성제-함유 클렌징, 오일, 분말 파운데이션, 유탁액 파운데이션, 왁스 파운데이션 및 스프레이 등으로 제형화 될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명의 조성물이 화장료 조성물로 사용될 때에는 화장수, 에멀젼, 크림, 에센스, 젤, 팩 및 클렌징크림으로부터 선택되는 기초 화장료; 화운데이션 등의 메이크업 화장료로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 제형으로 제조될 수 있다. 본 발명의 제형이 페이스트, 크림 또는 겔인 경우에는 담체 성분으로서 동물성유, 식물성유, 왁스, 파라핀, 전분, 트라칸트, 셀룰로오스 유도체, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 실리콘, 벤토나이트, 실리카, 탈크 또는 산화아연 등이 이용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 제형이 파우더 또는 스프레이인 경우에는 담체 성분으로서 락토스, 탈크, 실리카, 알루미늄 히드록시드, 칼슘 실리케이트 또는 폴리아미드 파우더가 이용될 수 있고, 특히 스프레이인 경우에는 추가적으로 클로로플루오로히드로카본, 프로판/부탄 또는 디메틸 에테르와 같은 추진체를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 방법은 상기 균주의 파쇄물 또는 상기 균주의 배양상등액을 유효량으로 투여 또는 도포하는 것을 포함할 수 있다. 적합한 총 1일 사용량은 올바른 의학적 판단범위 내에서 처치의에 의해 결정될 수 있으며, 1회 또는 수회로 나누어 투여할 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 목적상, 특정 환자에 대한 구체적인 치료적 유효량은 달성하고자 하는 반응의 종류와 정도, 경우에 따라 다른 제제가 사용되는지의 여부를 비롯한 구체적 조성물, 환자의 연령, 체중, 일반 건강 상태, 성별 및 식이, 투여 시간, 투여 경로 및 조성물의 분비율, 치료기간, 구체적 조성물과 함께 사용되거나 동시 사용되는 약물을 비롯한 다양한 인자와 의약 분야에 잘 알려진 유사 인자에 따라 다르게 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하, 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있는 것으로, 이하의 실시예는 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하며, 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이다.
실시예 1: 균주 선발
본 발명자들은 항균 물질 확보를 위한 균주를 선발하기 위해 Lactobacillus MRS 아가 플레이트(BD Difco, 미국)에 독도 해수 및 저질에서 채취한 시료를 도말하고 22℃에서 48시간 동안 배양하여 형태적으로 다른 67 균주를 선별하였다.
그 후 어병세균, 피부질환균, 식중독균 등 다양한 병원성 세균에 대한 항균활성을 paper disk법으로 분석하였다. 그 중에서 항균활성이 뛰어난 NIFSLG 균주를 선별하였고 16S rDNA 분석 결과 상기 선발한 균주를 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1로 명명하였다(도 1).
실시예 2: 항균활성 분석
본 발명자들은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 선발한 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주의 항균 활성을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 어류 병원성 미생물인 Edwardsiella tarda, Streptococcus iniae, Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio harveyi 및 Streptococcus parauberis를 생장에 적합한 배지에서 배양하였다. 그 후 상기 배지가 함유된 한천 배지위에 도말한 다음 0.8 cm 직경의 종이 디스크를 올리고 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주를 22℃에서 48시간 동안 배양하였다. 이어서, 원심분리를 통해 수득한 10배 농축 배양 상등액을 50 ㎕정도 떨어뜨린 후, 형성된 투명환의 크기를 측정하였다.
그 결과, 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주는 E. tarda, S. parauberis, V. harveyi 및 V. anguillarum에 대하여 강한 항균 활성을 나타내었고, 치아우식균인 S. mutans에 대해서도 항균활성을 나타내었다(도 2).
실시예 3: 피부유해균에 대한 항균활성 분석
본 발명자들은 피부유해균에 대한 항균활성 분석을 위해 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주를 1% 재접종 후 MRS 배지에서 24시간, 48 시간 배양 후에 원심분리하여 상등액을 수득하였다. 그 후, 화장품 표준평가균주인 E.coli{대장균), P. aeruginosa(녹농균), S. aureus(포도상구균)에 대한 항균효과를 24시간과 48시간 배양 후 액체배양법 및 paper disc법을 이용하여 항균활성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 상기 3가지 균에 대해 모두 활성을 나타내었고(도 3) 특히 48시간 배양했을 경우 항균활성이 뛰어남을 확인하였다(도 4 내지 6).
실시예 4: Hyaluronic acid 합성능 평가
본 발명자들은 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주의 보습 효능을 평가하였다. 구체적으로 인간 각질형성세포인 HaCaT를 이용하여 시료의 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid, HA) 총량을 확인함으로써 보습 효능을 평가하였다. 먼저, HaCaT 세포를 96-웰 배양 플레이트에 1*104 cells/well씩 분주하여 10% FBS (fetal bovine serum)을 포함한 DMEM 배지에서 24시간 동안 배양하였다. 그 후, 시료를 10% FBS가 포함되지 않은 배지에 최종 농도가 10 ㎍/ml가 되도록 희석하였고 24시간 처리 후, 상등액을 회수하여 Hyaluronan Quantikine ELISA Kit(DHYAL0, R&D systems)로 HA 함량을 측정하였다. 각 well의 HA 농도를 CCK-8 assay로 측정한 결과값(세포수)으로 보정하였다. 시료를 넣지 않은 무처리군 대비 시료를 처리한 실험군의 상대적인 HA 농도(%)로 보습 효능을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus lysate 처리는 10 ppm에서 무처리군 대비 144% HA 합성율을 나타내었다(표 1 참조). 상기 보습 효능을 평가 결과를 하기 표 1에 요약하였다.

본 발명자들은 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주에 대한 피부 유익균 증진/유해균 저해능을 평가하였다. 구체적으로 상용 TSB(Tryptic soy broth) 배지를 이용하여 멸균 액상배지 제조하였고 유익균인 피부 포도상구균(S. epidermidis) 또는 유해균인 황색 포도상구균(S. aureus) 글리세롤 보존액을 상기 멸균 액상배지에 접종하여, 전배양을 수행하였다(1-2회, 30-37℃, 6-18 h). 그 후, 상기 멸균 액상 배지에 본 발명의 균주를 적정량(1%) 첨가하였고, 상기 전배양 용액을 접종하여 평가하였다(30-37℃, 6-18 h). 이어서, 접종 직후의 흡광도와 생장정체기(stationary phase) 때의 흡광도를 측정하여, 그 값의 비율(생장률)을 통계의 변수로 사용하였다. 시료를 처리 하지 않은 대조군 대비, 시료를 처리한 실험군의 생장률을 비교하여, 시료가 균의 생장에 유의미한 효과를 주는지 판단하였다. 평가는 3-6회 이상 진행하였고, N회의 sample의 생장률의 평균값, 표준편차 등을 산출한 후, t-test 통해서 유의미성을 검증하였다.
그 결과, 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주의 처리는 유익균을 증진시키고 유해균을 저해하는 것으로 나타났다. 상기 프리바이오틱스 평가 결과를 하기 표 2에 요약하였다.

실시예 6: Nitric Oxide 생성 억제능 평가
본 발명자들은 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주에 대한 NO 생성 억제능을 조사하였다. 구체적으로 마우스 대식세포인 Raw 264.7에서 Nitric oxide(NO) 생성능을 GRIESS 법을 이용하여 항염 효능을 평가하였다. 먼저, Raw 264.7을 24-웰 배양 플레이트에 세포(2 x 105 세포/웰)를 분주하여 10% FBS(fetal bovine serum)을 포함한 DMEM 배지에서 24시간 배양한 후, FBS를 포함하지 않는 배지에서 12시간 동안 배양하였다. 이어서 본 발명의 균주를 10% FBS가 포함되지 않은 배지에 최종 농도가 0.1 ~ 250 ug/mL가 되도록 희석하여 30분간 전처리하였고 LPS(lipopolysaccharide)을 최종 농도가 500 ng/mL이 되도록 첨가 후 18시간 동안 배양하였다.
그 후, 상등액을 회수하여 GRIESS reagent를 첨가한 뒤 상온에서 15분간 반응시키고 540 nm에서 흡광도를 측정하여 상대적인 NO 생성량 및 생성 억제능을 평가하였다.
그 결과, 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus 용해물을 처리했을 때 농도 의존적으로 NO 생성을 억제하여 본 발명의 균주가 피부 염증 완화(피부 진정) 또는 항염 효능이 있음을 확인하였다(도 7). 상기 NO 생성 억제능 평가 결과를 하기 표 3에 요약하였다.

실시예 7: 멜라닌 생성 억제능 평가
본 발명자들은 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주에 대한 멜라닌 생성 억제능(미백)을 조사하였다. 구체적으로 MNT-1 멜라노마 세포는 DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium)을 기본배지로 10% FBS를 첨가하여 사용하였다. MNT-1 멜라노마 세포를 6-웰 플레이트에 1~2 x 105 cells/㎖의 농도로 파종(seeding)하고 24시간 동안 배양하였다. 이어서 본 발명의 균주를 처리하고 72시간 배양한 후, 세포를 회수하였다. 그런 다음 13,000 rpm으로 1분간 원심분리하고 상등액을 제거한 후, 펠렛(pellet)에 0.5% triton X-100 용액 300μl를 첨가하여 세포를 용해(lysis)하였다. 그 후 13,000 rpm으로 3분간 원심분리하였고 상기 펠렛과 상등액을 회수하였다. 상기 펠렛에 0.5N NaOH를 100 μl 첨가 후 밤새 배양하여 멜라닌을 녹여낸 후 ELISA 판독기를 이용하여 450 nm 흡광도를 측정하였다.
그 결과, MNT-1 멜라노마 세포에 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus 용해물을 처리했을 때 농도 의존적으로 멜라닌의 생성을 억제함에 따라 피부 미백 효능을 확인하였다(도 8). 상기 멜라닌 생성 억제 평가 결과를 하기 표 4에 요약하였다.

실시예 8: 콜라겐 합성 효능 평가
본 발명자들은 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주에 대한 콜라겐 합성 효능을 조사하였다. 구체적으로 피부 섬유아세포(fibroblasts)를 1차 배양한 후 DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium)을 기본배지로 10% FBS 를 첨가하여 사용하였다. 그 후 상기 피부 섬유아세포를 48-웰 플레이트에 2~5 x 104 cells/㎖의 농도로 파종(seeding)하고 24시간 동안 배양하였다. 이어서 성장배지를 제거하고 본 발명의 균주가 포함된 배지(FBS가 첨가되지 않음)를 첨가하고 24시간 배양한 후, 세포배양액을 취하여 ELISA 분석을 실시하였다.
그 결과, 피부 섬유아세포에 본 발명의 Lactobacillus pentosus 용해물을 처리했을 때, 농도 의존적으로 콜라겐 합성이 촉진됨에 따라 피부 주름개선 및 탄력증진 효과를 확인하였다(도 9). 상기 콜라겐 합성 효능 평가를 하기 표 5에 요약하였다.

결론적으로, 본 발명의 신규 락토바실러스 속 균주는 어병 세균 및 치아우식균을 비롯한 다양한 병원성 세균에 대해 항세균 활성을 나타내고 보습 효능이 뛰어나며 유익균을 증진시키고 유해균을 저해하는 활성이 우수하고 멜라닌의 생성을 억제하며 콜라겐의 합성을 촉진하므로 프로바이오틱스 및 사료첨가제를 포함하는 다양한 식·의약용 소재로 활용가능하다.
본 발명은 상술한 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 다른 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 기탁번호 KCCM12780P로 수탁된 신규 Lactobacillus pentosus NIFSLG-1 균주.
- 제1항에 있어서,항균 및 프로바이오틱스 활성을 갖는, 균주.
- 제1항에 있어서,Edwardsiella tarda, Streptococcus iniae, Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio harveyi, Streptococcus parauberis, Streptococcus mutans, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 및 Staphylococcus aureus로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 세균에 대해 항균활성을 갖는, 균주.
- 제1항의 균주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 프로바이오틱스 제제.
- 제1항의 균주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 유익균인 Staphylococcus epidermidis의 증식을 촉진하는, 프리바이오틱스 제제.
- 제1항의 균주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 유해균인 Staphylococcus aureus의 증식을 저해하는, 프리바이오틱스 제제.
- 제1항의 균주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 어류 양식용 사료 첨가제.
- 제7항의 사료 첨가제를 포함하는 어류 양식용 사료.
- 제1항의 균주, 상기 균주의 파쇄물 또는 상기 균주의 배양상등액을 유효성분으로 함유하는, 항균용 조성물.
- 제1항의 균주의 파쇄물 또는 상기 균주의 배양상등액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 충치 예방용 조성물.
- 제1항의 균주의 파쇄물 또는 상기 균주의 배양상등액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물은 피부 콜라겐 합성 촉진, 피부 주름 개선, 피부 염증 완화, 피부 미백 촉진, 피부 재생 촉진, 피부 탄력 향상, 피부 진정, 피부 보습 향상, 피부 유익균 증식 촉진 및 피부 유해균 증식 저해로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 피부 상태 개선 효과를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물은 용액, 현탁액, 유탁액, 페이스트, 겔, 크림, 로션, 파우더, 비누, 계면활성제-함유 클렌징, 오일, 분말 파운데이션, 유탁액 파운데이션, 왁스 파운데이션, 스프레이 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 제형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물.
