在最后一道磨米机 3之后, 色选机 6之前, 设置有刷麸器 12, 刷麸器 12用 于对燕麦进行刷麸工序处理。 燕麦在最后一道磨米机 3之后, 进入色选机 6之 前, 通过刷麸器 12对在轻磨细分过程中形成的燕麦米粒上粘连的麸质进行物理 刷离, 以保证燕麦米粒表面清洁, 确保色选效果。
在刷麸器 12之后设置有振动筛 4和风选装置 5,振动筛 4配备不同的筛板, 用来对脱壳去皮、 去芒的燕麦籽粒进行粒度分级, 风选装置 5通过离心风机及 集尘排料系统, 去除并收集轻浮麸质, 通过风选最大限度保留洁净燕麦具有食 用价值的麸皮层。
在风选装置 5的后端依次设置有色选机 6、 分级筛 7、 颗粒分离机 8、 流量 称 9、 成品仓 11、 包装机 10。 燕麦粒通过色选机 6的色选, 分级筛 7及颗粒分 离机 8的筛选及颗粒分离之后, 经过流量称 9称量之后进入成品仓 11, 然后通 过成品仓 11后的包装机 10对燕麦进行包装。 其中在包装工序前后, 增设光电 检测装置, 定时定点抽样化验原料中的农药、 化肥残留、 重金属元素含量等指 标, 如有超标, 对该批次产品进行追溯。 另外还加大了抽检频次, 确保成品质 量符合国家食品安全标准要求。
图 2为本发明提供的燕麦处理方法的流程图。 如图 2所示, 燕麦处理方法 包括以下歩骤:
S00: 对表面经过处理后的燕麦进一歩按照粒度进行分级。
S10: 通过传送机 1将不同等级的燕麦送入第一组除芒机 1中进行第一次除 芒, 之后再进入第二组除芒机 1 中进行第二次除芒, 作为本发明的优选方案, 也可以分别送入多组除芒机 2进行两次以上的除芒。
S20: 把除芒后的燕麦送入磨米机 3, 依次经过 4组磨米机 3, 分别在 4组 磨米机 3中进行加工处理, 作为本发明的优选方案, 也可以分别在多组磨米机 3 中进行两次以上的加工。
由于不同等级的燕麦分别送入不同的除芒机 2、磨米机 3进行加工, 并对每 个除芒机 2、 磨米机 3定流量、 定负荷, 所以大大降低了燕麦在加工过程中受到 的挤压力及碰撞力, 降低了燕麦受到挤压及碰撞时所发生的断裂破碎率, 提高 了成品整米出率与质量。
燕麦从磨米机 3出来之后进入刷麸器 12进行刷麸工序处理, 刷麸器 12对 在轻磨细分过程中形成的燕麦米粒上粘连的麸质进行物理刷离, 以保证燕麦米 粒表面清洁, 确保色选效果。在刷麸器 12后面设置有振动筛 4和循环风选器 5, 振动筛 4配备不同的筛板, 用来对脱壳去皮、 去芒的燕麦籽粒进行粒度分级, 循环风选器 5通过离心风机及集尘排料系统, 去除轻浮麸质, 实现风选。
燕麦在进行包装前后, 分别通过光电检测装置进行质量检测, 定时定点抽 样化验原料中的农药、 化肥残留、 重金属元素含量等指标, 如有超标, 对该批 次产品进行追溯。 另外还加大了抽检频次, 确保成品质量符合国家食品安全标 准要求。
另外, 在本发明的制造方法中, 加大了食品安全控制, 每一批次经过初歩 检测的原料燕麦, 进入磨米工序之前, 首先通过增强清理工艺与设备效能, 加 强原料表面清理效果。
本发明燕麦处理装置及方法还适合对裸燕麦进行加工, 特别是重量在 10万 吨级以上的裸燕麦, 加工效果特别的明显。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。 这些描述只是为了解释本 发明的原理, 而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。 基于此处的 解释, 本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具 体实施方式, 这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 设置有两组以上的除芒机 (2 ) 及其两组 以上的磨米机 (3 ), 各组除芒机 (2)并联或串联, 各组磨米机 (3 ) 并联或串联。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 设置有 3至 4组除芒 机 (2)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 每组包含有 4台并联 起来的除芒机 (2 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 设置有 3 至 4组磨米机 (3 )。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 在最后一 道磨米机 (3 ) 之后设置有刷麸器(12), 用于对燕麦进行刷麸工序处理。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 在刷麸器(12)之后设 置有振动筛 (4)和风选装置 (5), 振动筛 (4)用于对燕麦进行粒度分级, 风选装置(5) 用于去除并收集轻浮麸质。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的燕麦处理装置, 其特征在于: 在磨米工 艺生产线的最后设置有包装机(10), 在包装机(10)前后, 增设光电检测装置, 对包 装前后的燕麦质量进行检测。
8、 一种燕麦处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
S00: 对表面经过处理后的燕麦进一步按照粒度进行分级;
S10: 将不同等级的燕麦分别送入多组除芒机 (2 ) 进行两次以上的除芒; S20: 把除芒后的燕麦分别送入多组磨米机 (3 ) 进行三次以上的磨米加工。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的燕麦处理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括以下步骤: 对从磨米机(3 ) 出来的燕麦进行刷麸工序处理。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的燕麦处理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括以下歩骤:
