- the opening 2a1 may be closed by the solar cell module 1, or is closed by a window plate made of a metal other than glass, for example, and the solar cell module 1 is mounted on the window plate. Also good.
- the solar cell module 1 has a solar cell 10.
- the solar cell module 1 includes a plurality of solar cells 10 that are electrically connected by the wiring member 20.
- the present invention is not limited to this configuration.
- the solar cell module may have one solar cell.
- the solar cell may be a back junction type solar cell in which the first and second electrodes are arranged on one side, or the other side of which the first electrode is arranged on the one side. It may be a solar cell in which the second electrode is arranged on the direction side.
- the first protective member 16 is disposed on one side of the solar cell 10, and the second protective member 17 is disposed on the other side. Specifically, the first protection member 16 is disposed on the vehicle exterior side of the solar cell 10, and the second protection member 17 is disposed on the vehicle interior side. A sealing material 15 is provided between the first protection member 16 and the second protection member 17. The solar cell 10 is sealed by the sealing material 15.
- the first protective member 16 can be formed of a glass plate, a ceramic plate, a resin plate, or the like.

- the second protective member 17 has a three-layer structure.
- a metal layer 17a is included between the first resin layer 17b and the second resin layer 17c.
- the 1st resin layer 17b and the 2nd resin layer 17c can be comprised by polyester films, such as fluorine resin films, such as a polyvinyl fluoride film, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, etc., for example.
- the metal layer 17a can be made of, for example, aluminum, an aluminum alloy, or the like.
- the metal layer 17a may be provided in a planar shape or may be provided in a mesh shape. That is, the metal layer 17a may have an opening.
- the metal layer 17a may be provided outside the resin sheet.
- the metal layer 17a is connected to the ground potential.
- the second protective member 17 extends outside the other members at least at a part of the end portion of the solar cell module 1.
- a metal fitting 31 penetrating the second protective member 17 is attached. That is, the metal fitting 31 is in contact with and electrically connected to the metal layer 17a.
- the metal fitting 31 is connected to the vehicle body 2a shown in FIG. 1 by a ground wire 30 schematically shown in FIG. Thereby, the metal layer 17a is connected to the ground potential via the vehicle body 2a and the wheel 2b.
- the ground wire 30 may be directly connected to the metal layer 17a without using the metal fitting 31.
- the metal fitting 31 may be directly connected to the vehicle body 2a without using the ground wire 30. Further, as shown in FIG.
- the metal layer 17 a extends outside at least one of the first resin layer 17 b and the second resin layer 17 c in at least a part of the end portion of the solar cell module 1.
- the first and second resin layers 17b and 17c are exposed.
- the exposed portion 17a1 from the first and second resin layers 17b and 17c of the metal layer 17a may be connected to the vehicle body 2a through the ground wire 30 or directly.
- devices that radiate electromagnetic waves such as motors and electronic devices, are provided inside the moving body. For this reason, when a solar cell module is provided in a mobile body, a solar cell module will be exposed to the electromagnetic waves from the apparatus mounted in the mobile body. When the solar cell module is exposed to electromagnetic waves, noise due to the electromagnetic waves is generated in the output of the solar cell module, and the output characteristics may be uneven.
- the second protective member 17 includes the metal layer 17a, and the metal layer 17a is connected to the ground potential. For this reason, electromagnetic waves from the inside of the vehicle are shielded by the metal layer 17a, and electromagnetic waves from the inside of the vehicle are suppressed from reaching the solar cell 10. Therefore, unevenness in output characteristics due to electromagnetic waves is suppressed, and stable output characteristics are realized.
- the metal layer 17 a is disposed in the second protective member 17 has been described.
- the position of the metal layer is not particularly limited as long as it is on the vehicle inner side (second protective member side) than the solar cell.
- the metal layer and the solar cell need to be electrically insulated.
- the metal layer 17 a includes the solar cell 10 and the second protective member 17 in the sealing material 15 disposed between the first protective member 16 and the second protective member 17. It may be arranged between.
- the sealing material 15 is disposed between the metal layer 17 a and the solar cell 10. Since the sealing material 15 is comprised from resin, the metal layer 17a and the solar cell 10 are insulated. Further, the metal layer 17 a may be provided at the boundary between the second protective member 17 and the sealing material 15. Even in these cases, substantially the same effect as the first embodiment can be obtained.
