Claims (10)
- 可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュールであって、
複数のソーラーパネルと、
前記複数のソーラーパネルにそれぞれ対応し、且つそれぞれ前記複数のソーラーパネルの正面側を覆う複数のカバーシートと、
前記複数のソーラーパネルにそれぞれ対応し、且つ前記複数のソーラーパネルの背面側に位置する複数の可撓性バックシートと、
複数の開口であって、前記複数のソーラーパネルに対応し、且つ各前記開口のサイズが各前記カバーシートのサイズより小さく、前記ソーラーパネルのサイズより大きい複数の開口を含む可撓性ポリマ膜と、を含み、
前記可撓性ポリマ膜が前記複数の可撓性バックシートと前記複数のカバーシートの間に介し、前記複数の開口が前記複数の可撓性バックシートと前記複数のカバーシートの間の複数のソーラーパネルを、それぞれ前記複数の開口の中に嵌めいれることを特徴とする可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。 - さらに前記複数のソーラーパネルの前記正面側に配置される接続ボックスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 前記複数のソーラーパネルのそれぞれがさらに光電変換層及び正極配線と負極配線を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 前記複数のソーラーパネルの前記正極配線と前記負極配線は、前記複数のソーラーパネルの同士間の電気的接続と、前記複数ソーラーパネルのうちの少なくとも一つの前記接続ボックスとの電気的接続に用いられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- さらに、二つの開口の間のエリアの前記可撓性ポリマ膜を覆う保護膜を含み、前記保護膜が前記正極配線と前記負極配線の中の、少なくともいずれかの保護に用いられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 前記可撓性ポリマ膜と前記保護膜とが両方とも熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(thermalplastic polyolefin, TPO)であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 防水剤が前記カバーシート、前記可撓性ポリマ物、前記可撓性バックシートとソーラーパネルの間に配置され且つそれらと接触する請求項1に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 各前記可撓性バックシートのサイズが前記各開口より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 各前記可撓性バックシートの外縁エリアが接合剤で前記可撓性ポリマ膜と接合することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
- 前記接合剤は防水剤であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の可撓性ソーラーパネルモジュール。
