Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,包括一可弯曲的基板,该基板可作弧形弯曲,用于承载太阳能组件;一太阳能组件,由若干可沿作弧形弯曲的高效太阳能电池片串联形成板状太阳能组件,太阳能组件固定于基板上;一透明度保护层,固定覆盖于太阳能组件表面,用于保护太阳能组件。本实用新型可按最大60度的角度弧形弯曲,光电效率更达到目前最高的22%,而且由于可弯曲,本实用新型可灵活的应用于电动高尔夫车、巡逻车、观光车等车顶,以及游艇、弧形屋顶甚至背包帐篷等领域,突破了平面太阳能电池板的应用局限。

一种可弯曲高效太阳能电池板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池板,尤其涉及一种可沿弧形弯曲的高效太阳能电池板。 
背景技术
太阳能作为一种取之不尽,用之不竭的清洁新能源,已经广泛应用于工业、农民、科研、教育等领域。太阳能发电是目前最广泛的太阳能应用之一,而太阳能电池板便是太阳能发电的核心组成部分。现有技术的太阳能电池板,通常包括平面基板、太阳能电池板和透明玻璃板,太阳能电池板固定于基板与透明玻璃板之间。这种结构的太阳电池板,只能平面安装,使太阳电池板的应用有很大的局限性。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可沿弧形弯曲、具有更大的光能转换面积,可灵活应用于弧形车顶、弧形屋顶、游艇、背包、帐篷等带弧面的领域,而且由于选用了更高效的可弯曲太阳能电池片,使本实用新型的太阳电池板光电转换效率更高。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案: 
一种可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,包括
一可弯曲的基板,该基板可作弧形弯曲,用于承载太阳能组件;
一太阳能组件,由若干可沿作弧形弯曲的高效太阳能电池片串联形成板状太阳能组件,太阳能组件固定于基板上;
一透明保护层,固定覆盖于太阳能组件表面,用于保护太阳能组件。
所述的基板与太阳能组件之间设有固定胶层,使太阳能组件可热固于基板上。 
所述的太阳组件与透明保护层之间设有一透明固定胶层,使透明保护层可热固于太阳能组件上。 
所述的基板为聚氟乙烯复合膜(TPT)板材,透明保护层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)薄膜。 
所述的固定胶层为乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂共聚物(EVA)固定胶层。 
所述的透明固定胶层为乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂共聚物(EVA)透明固定胶层。 
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型可按最大60度的角度弧形弯曲,光电效率更达到目前最高的22%,而且由于可弯曲,本实用新型可灵活的应用于电动高尔夫车、巡逻车、观光车等车顶,以及游艇、弧形屋顶甚至背包帐篷等领域,突破了平面太阳能电池板的应用局限。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。 
如图1所示,一种可弯曲的高效太阳能电池板,包括可弯曲的基板5、可弯曲的高效太阳能电池组件3和透明保护层1,可弯曲的基板5可作弧形弯曲,最大弯曲角度为60度,在可弯曲的基板5上承载高效太阳能组件3,透明保护层覆盖于高效太阳能组件3上。在可弯曲的基板5与太阳能组件3之间设有固定胶层4,使太阳能组件3可热固于基板5上,同时,太阳组件3与透明保护层1之间设有一透明固定胶层2,使透明保护层1可热固于太阳能组件3上。 
作为优先方案,本实用新型的可弯曲的高效太阳能电池组件选用美国Sunpower公司生产的太阳能电池片,该电池片光电转换效率可达22%,使用该公司的太阳能电池片串联起来构成本实用新型的太阳能电池组件。同时,基板5为TPT(聚氟乙烯复合膜)板材,具有良好的弯曲性能;透明保护层1为PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)薄膜,透光率极高;固定胶层2和固定胶层4均为EVA(乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂的共聚物)固定胶层。 
以上只是本实用新型的一个实施例,而任何人员有可能在不脱离本实用新型的保护范围内对设计作出更改或者变动,但这些应当理解为仍属于本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (6)

1.一种可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,其特征在于:包括
一可弯曲的基板,该基板可作弧形弯曲,用于承载太阳能组件;
一太阳能组件,由若干可沿作弧形弯曲的高效太阳能电池片串联形成板状太阳能组件,太阳能组件固定于基板上;
一透明保护层,固定覆盖于太阳能组件表面,用于保护太阳能组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,其特征是所述的基板与太阳能组件之间设有固定胶层,使太阳能组件可热固于基板上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,其特征是所述的太阳组件与透明保护层之间设有一透明固定胶层,使透明保护层可热固于太阳能组件上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,其特征是所述的基板为聚氟乙烯复合膜板材,透明保护层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板,其特征是所述的固定胶层为乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂共聚物固定胶层。
6.根据权利要求3所述的可弯曲高效太阳能太阳板,其特征是所述的透明固定胶层为乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂共聚物透明固定胶层。
