Description

一种可弯曲髙效太阳能电池板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池板, 尤其涉及一种可沿弧形弯曲的高效太 阳能电池板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种取之不尽, 用之不竭的清洁新能源, 已经广泛应用于工业、 农民、 科研、 教育等领域。太阳能发电是目前最广泛的太阳能应用之一, 而太阳 能电池板便是太阳能发电的核心组成部分。现有技术的太阳能电池板,通常包括 平面基板、太阳能电池板和透明玻璃板,太阳能电池板固定于基板与透明玻璃板 之间。这种结构的太阳电池板, 只能平面安装, 使太阳电池板的应用有很大的局 限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种可沿弧形弯曲、 具有 更大的光能转换面积, 可灵活应用于弧形车顶、 弧形屋顶、 游艇、 背包、 帐篷等 带弧面的领域,而且由于选用了更高效的可弯曲太阳能电池片,使本实用新型的 太阳电池板光电转换效率更高。
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种可弯曲高效太阳能太阳板, 包括
一可弯曲的基板, 该基板可作弧形弯曲, 用于承载太阳能组件;
一太阳能组件,由若干可沿作弧形弯曲的高效太阳能电池片串联形成板状太 阳能组件, 太阳能组件固定于基板上;
一透明保护层, 固定覆盖于太阳能组件表面, 用于保护太阳能组件。 所述的基板与太阳能组件之间设有固定胶层, 使太阳能组件可热固于基板 上。
所述的太阳组件与透明保护层之间设有一透明固定胶层,使透明保护层可热 固于太阳能组件上。
所述的基板为 TPT (聚氟乙烯复合膜) 板材, 透明保护层为 PET (聚对苯二 甲酸乙二酯) 薄膜。
所述的固定胶层为 EVA (乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂的共聚物) 固定胶层。
所述的透明固定胶层为 EVA (乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂的共聚物) 透明固定胶层。 由于采用了上述方案, 本实用新型可按最大 60度的角度弧形弯曲, 光电效 率更达到目前最高的 22%, 而且由于可弯曲, 本实用新型可灵活的应用于电动高 尔夫车、 巡逻车、 观光车等车顶, 以及游艇、 弧形屋顶甚至背包帐篷等领域, 突 破了平面太阳能电池板的应用局限。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一歩详细的说明。
如图 1所示, 一种可弯曲的高效太阳能电池板, 包括可弯曲的基板 5、 可弯 曲的高效太阳能电池组件 3和透明保护层 1, 可弯曲的基板 5可作弧形弯曲, 最 大弯曲角度为 60度, 在可弯曲的基板 5上承载高效太阳能组件 3, 透明保护层 覆盖于高效太阳能组件 3上。在可弯曲的基板 5与太阳能组件 3之间设有固定胶 层 4, 使太阳能组件 3可热固于基板 5上, 同时, 太阳组件 3与透明保护层 1之 间设有一透明固定胶层 2, 使透明保护层 1可热固于太阳能组件 3上。 作为优先方案, 本实用新型的可弯曲的高效太阳能电池组件选用美国
Sunpower公司生产的太阳能电池片,该电池片光电转换效率可达 22%,使用该公 司的太阳能电池片串联起来构成本实用新型的太阳能电池组件。 同时, 基板 5 为 TPT (聚氟乙烯复合膜)板材, 具有良好的弯曲性能;透明保护层 1为 PET (聚 对苯二甲酸乙二酯) 薄膜, 透光率极高; 固定胶层 2和固定胶层 4均为 EVA (乙 烯与醋酸乙烯脂的共聚物) 固定胶层。
以上只是本实用新型的一个实施例,而任何人员有可能在不脱离本实用新型 的保护范围内对设计作出更改或者变动,但这些应当理解为仍属于本实用新型的 保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种可弯曲高效太阳能太阳板, 其特征在于: 包括
一可弯曲的基板, 该基板可作弧形弯曲, 用于承载太阳能组件;
一太阳能组件,由若干可沿作弧形弯曲的高效太阳能电池片串联形成板状太 阳能组件, 太阳能组件固定于基板上;
一透明保护层, 固定覆盖于太阳能组件表面, 用于保护太阳能组件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板, 其特征是所述的基板 与太阳能组件之间设有固定胶层, 使太阳能组件可热固于基板上。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板, 其特征是所述的 太阳组件与透明保护层之间设有一透明固定胶层,使透明保护层可热固于太阳能 组件上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板, 其特征是所述的基板 为 TPT (聚氟乙烯复合膜) 板材, 透明保护层为 PET (聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯) 薄 膜。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的可弯曲高效太阳能电池板, 其特征是所述的固定 胶层为 EVA (乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂的共聚物) 固定胶层。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的可弯曲高效太阳能太阳板, 其特征是所述的透明 固定胶层为 EVA (乙烯与醋酸乙烯脂的共聚物) 透明固定胶层。
