- the tire is placed and conveyed in a predetermined direction so that the axis of the tire is in the vertical axis posture, and the tire is positioned at a predetermined position of the conveyance means.
- Positioning means rotating means for rotating the tire around its axis at the positioning position, and application means for applying a lubricant to a bead portion of the rotating tire.
- This application means has an application roller for applying lubricant to the bead portion of the tire. When applying, the application roller is raised and inserted into the center hole of the tire, and then the application roller is pressed along the horizontal direction. Thereby, it is possible to apply the lubricant to the bead portion of the tire rotated by the rotating means.
- the lubricator device described in Patent Document 2 is configured so that the application roller raised by the operation of the lifting air cylinder is pressed against the bead portion of the tire. Apply lubricant to the bead area.
- the lubrication liquid is applied only on the inner diameter end surface (the part indicated by reference numeral 11 in FIG. 10) of the bead portion shown in FIG. 10, lubrication with the lubrication liquid becomes insufficient, and the uniformity after application is reduced.
- the location where the lubrication liquid is applied is wide.
- the application roller is inserted into the space formed in the center of the tire in a direction parallel to the direction in which the rotation axis of the tire extends. It is configured to move horizontally to the outside of the tire and press the application roller against the bead portion. Therefore, the application of the lubrication liquid by the application roller only reaches the inner diameter end surface (reference numeral 11 in FIG. 10) of the bead portion.

- the base end side (fixed side) portion 41 a is fixed to the lubricator body 15, and the tip end side (movable) side portion 41 b is a lower link member of the lower link portion 40.
- the link swing cylinder 41 is expanded and contracted, the lower link member 40 rotates about the horizontal axes S3 and S4, and the lower link portion 40 can be swung.
- the upper roller brush part 13 and the lower roller brush part 14 are moved using the brush moving part 16 composed of the upper link part 39, the lower link part 40, the link swing cylinder 41 and the gear 47 described above. Will be described, in other words, a tire T lubrication method.
- the lubricator device 1 when lubrication is not performed, the lubricator device 1 is accommodated below the conveying surface H on the free roller conveyor 3.
- the air cylinder 37 described above is not extended, and the lubricator main body 15 is lowered to the lowered position.
- the bristles of the brush body 17 of the upper roller brush portion 13 move in a curved line obliquely downward as indicated by an arcuate arrow, that is, the bead portion 10
- the inner end surface 11 of the upper bead portion 10 is covered with the side end surface 12 of the upper bead portion 10 by approaching the inner end surface 11 while descending with respect to the inner end surface 11.
- the lubrication liquid can be applied not only to the side end surface 12 of the upper bead portion 10.
- the bristle of the brush body 14 of the lower roller brush portion 14 covers the side end surface 12 of the lower bead portion 10 from below, and the diameter of the lower bead portion 10 is reduced.
- the lubrication liquid can be applied not only to the inner end surface 11 but also to the side end surface 12 of the lower bead portion 10.
- FIG. 6B as a reference example of the present invention, when the brush body 17 is moved horizontally and brought close to the radially inner end surface 11 of the bead portion 10, Is in contact with only the radially inner end surface 11 and hardly in contact with the side end surface 12 of the bead portion 10 constituting the upper surface of the bead portion 10. Therefore, in this reference example, it is understood that the lubrication liquid cannot be sufficiently applied to the side end face 12 of the bead portion 10.
- the brush body 17 of the upper roller brush portion 13 is moved downward and brought closer to the radially inner end surface 11 of the bead portion 10. Since the operation is performed, it is possible for the bristle of the brush body 17 to reliably contact both the inner diameter end surface 11 of the bead portion 10 and the side end surface 12 of the bead portion 10 to apply the lubrication liquid. It is understood.
- the lubricator device 1 returns to the initial state shown in FIG. 7 and the lubricator device 1 is detached from the tire T. Is possible.
- the upper and lower roller brush portions 13 and 14 are brought close to the tire T side, the upper and lower rollers are moved by moving the upper roller brush portion 13 downward and the lower roller brush portion 14 upward.
- the bead portion 10 of the tire T is sandwiched between the brush portions 13 and 14. That is, the upper roller brush portion 13 moves downward so as to wind the side end surface 12 of the upper bead portion 10, and not only the inner diameter end surface 11 of the upper bead portion 10 but also the side end surface 12 of the upper bead portion 10.
- the lubrication liquid can be applied to the film.
- the lubrication liquid is surely applied to the radially inner end surface 11 of the bead portion 10 of the tire T and the side end surface 12 of the bead portion 10. Since a sufficient lubrication action by applying the lubrication liquid can be obtained, the tire test can be performed with high accuracy and good reproducibility in a sufficiently lubricated state.
- the tire lubricator device of the present embodiment is in contact with the upper bead portion of the tire that rotates about the vertical axis and contacts the upper roller brush portion that applies the lubrication liquid, and the lower bead portion of the tire.
- a lower roller brush portion for applying a lubrication liquid, a lubricator body, the upper roller brush portion and the lower roller brush portion connected to the lubricator body, and the upper roller brush portion and the lower roller brush portion.
- a brush moving part that moves the upper roller brush part close to the tire while moving the upper roller brush part downward, and the lower roller brush part. It has a link mechanism which makes it adjoin to the said tire, moving it upwards.
- the brush moving portion supports the upper roller brush portion so that the upper roller brush portion translates in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction simultaneously with respect to the lubricator body while maintaining the predetermined posture of the upper roller brush portion.
- the upper link portion has a plurality of link members that connect the upper roller brush portion to the lubricator body, and each of the plurality of link members is attached to the lubricator body.
