- the side plate 113a and the side wall 112a are bonded with sufficient adhesive force.
- the adhesive surfaces 173 and 174 may be bonded using a double-sided tape.
- the clearance 175 also functions as a escape place (first clearance) of the adhesive 171 pushed out from the adhesive surface 173, and also functions as a escape place (second clearance) of the adhesive 172 pushed out from the adhesive surface 174. . That is, the escape place of the adhesive 171 and the escape place of the adhesive 172 are connected to each other and form the same space (clearance 175). In other words, the mobile terminal device 1 shares the clearance 175 as an adhesive escape with respect to the adhesive surfaces 173 and 174. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a separate clearance for each of the bonding surfaces 173 and 174. As a result, the mobile terminal device 1 can reduce the manufacturing process. Furthermore, since the side wall 112a is made of a resin material, the clearance can be easily formed.

- a portion where the side plate 113a is doubled by being bent, a rising portion of the housing body 111 toward the display panel 14 side Do not overlap.
- the mobile terminal device 1 can suppress an increase in width in the direction substantially perpendicular to the side wall 112a (width in the short direction of the mobile terminal device 1). .
- the height of the vertex 185 of the curved portion 183 is lower than the height of the surface (main surface 100 a) of the display panel 14.
- the vertex 185 is located on the lower side (back side) in FIG. 4 than the surface of the display panel 14.
- the side plate 113a has a bent portion 184.
- the bent portion 184 is formed by bending the second end portion 182 opposite to the first end portion 181 toward the inside of the housing 11.
- the mobile terminal device 1 can improve the strength against bending of the mobile terminal device 1 in the longitudinal direction.
- the second end 182 is located on the back side of the housing main body 111.
- the rising portion of the housing body 111 and the second end 182 of the side plate 113a do not overlap in the direction substantially orthogonal to the side wall 112a (the left-right direction in FIG. 3). That is, the portion where the side plate 113a enters the inside of the housing 11 and the housing body 111 do not overlap. - widths are the distance from the clearance to the end of the display panel (width c1, c2) and the distance from the clearance to the outer surface of the mobile terminal device (width e1, e2).
- the double-sided tape 971 bonds the display panel 14 and the side wall 912a. Therefore, in order to realize a sufficient adhesive force, the width of the adhesive surface 973 needs to be at least equal to the tape width of the double-sided tape.
- the resin material has lower strength than the metal material. Therefore, in order to protect the display panel 94 and the liquid crystal unit 93 from external force, a side wall 912a that is at least thicker than the metal material is required.
- the mobile terminal device 1 in the mobile terminal device 1 according to the present embodiment, a liquid or gel adhesive bonds the display panel 14 and the side wall 112a instead of the double-sided tape.
- variety of the adhesive surface 173 does not need to be more than the width
