Description

升降式病床
(一) 技术领域
本发明涉及一种病床。
(二) 背景技术
现有病床的连杆与床腿杆之间采用普通铰接结构, 床腿杆收放过程中 的纵向位移无法得到补偿, 床腿杆着地端相对于病床的纵向位置就要发生 改变。 由此带来病床整体的移动。 由于病床的安放方式都是一端顶墙, 因 此在通常远离墙的床腿都被迫后退, 伴随着连续的振动。 这一现象通常给 病人带来不适。 尤其对于危重病人, 身上插满了各种管子, 病床移动带来 的牵连会引起严重的后果, 影响康复。 然而由于种种原因, 病床必须能够 按照医疗措施的具体要求进行升降。 如何在升降过程中减小床腿的位移, 保持病人姿态和位置的平稳, 一直是本技术领域的难题。
(三) 发明内容
为克服已有病床在升降过程中床腿移动的缺点, 本发明要提供一种在 升降过程中床腿相对病床的纵向位置保持不动的升降病床。
本发明所述的升降式病床, 包括床板基架, 所述的床板基架依照横向 中分面和纵向中分面对称, 所述床板基架两端有床腿杆, 所述的床腿杆的 底端铰接于与地面接触的第一滚轮装置, 其特征在于:
所述的床腿杆的上端连接有第二滚轮装置, 所述的第二滚轮装置可滑 行于所述的床板基架上的轨道中, 所述的轨道平行于所述的床板基架的纵 轴线; 所述的床腿杆上铰接有连杆;

另外, 本发明在升起过程中, 由于连杆相对于床板基架的角度的加大, 推力机构推动连杆翻转的力臂得到加长, 因此在病床升起过程中, 推力机 构的推力可以逐步减小, 电机功率可以减小。 而电机功率的减小, 可以安 装较小功率的电机, 同时延长电机寿命, 同时减低生产成本。
导轨的倾斜设计有利于床腿杆在床的最低状态时紧贴床板基架, 减小 整体厚度, 减小存储空间的占用。
本发明的优点是: 床腿着地端的纵向位置相对于病床保持不动, 有利 于升降过程中病人保持平稳, 有利于治疗和康复; 其次, 病床升起过程中 电机功率的可以减小, 有利于延长电机寿命, 减低成本; 最后在折叠状态 的厚度小, 节省存储空间。
