液晶显示器(LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无辐 射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背 光型液晶显示器, 其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组 ( backlight module ) 。 液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子, 通 过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向, 将背光模组的光线折射出 来产生画面。
通常液晶显示装置由上基板(CF , Color Filter ) 、 下基板 (TFT , Thin Film Transistor) , 夹于上基板与下基板之间的液晶 ( LC , Liquid Crystal ) 及密封胶框 ( Sealant ) 组成, 其成型工艺一般包括: 前段阵列 ( Array ) 制程 (薄膜、 黄光、 蚀刻及剥膜) 、 中段成盒 (Cell ) 制程 ( TFT基板与 CF基板贴合)及后段模组组装制程 (驱动 IC与印刷电路板 压合) 。 其中, 前段 Array制程主要是形成 TFT基板, 以便于控制液晶分 子的运动; 中段 Cell制程主要是在 TFT基板与 CF基板之间添加液晶; 后 段模组组装制程主要是驱动 IC 压合与印刷电路板的整合, 进而驱动液晶 分子转动, 显示图像。
在前段 Array制程时, 需要先对玻璃基板进行不良检测, 现有的 TFT- LCD行业对玻璃基板的检查方法一般为灯光目视检查方法, 请参阅图 1 , 为现有通过反射方式检测玻璃基板不良的示意图, 其通过照射灯 100 出的 光线照射于玻璃基板 300上发生发射, 再通过检测人员 500 目视以检测玻 璃基板 300 的亮度不均匀、 刮伤、 脏污等缺陷; 请参阅图 2, 为现有通过 透射方式检测玻璃基板不良的示意图, 其通过照射灯 100'发出的光线照射 到玻璃基板 300'并透过玻璃基板 300' , 再通过检测人员 500'目测透光玻璃 基板 300'的光线的均匀度来检测玻璃基板 300'的亮度不均匀、 刮伤、 脏污 等缺陷。
然而, 由于液晶显示器的玻璃基板表面具极高透射率 (约 90%以上) 及良好的表面平整度, 这就使得, 使用上述两种检测方法检查时, 只能检 出较明显的宏观不良, 不能有效检查玻璃上的潜在不良。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 其能 有效检测出液晶显示器的玻璃基板宏观不良及潜在不良, 继而保证液晶显 示器的质量。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测装置, 其结构简单, 易操作, 且能有效检测出液晶显示器的玻璃基板的潜在不 良。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方 法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 1、 提供检测装置, 该检测装置包括本体、 安装于本体上的操作 台、 安装于本体上且位于操作台上方的照射灯及安装于本体上且位于操作 台上方的蒸汽喷头, 所述操作台具有一承载面, 该承载面与水平面之间具 有一夹角;
步骤 2、 将待检测玻璃基板放置于承载面上;
步骤 3、 打开照射灯, 并通过蒸汽喷头向待检测玻璃基板上喷洒蒸 汽, 同时, 对附有蒸汽的玻璃基板进行目测检测。
所述检测装置还包括设于本体上的存储装置及设于本体上的加热装 置, 所述存储装置用于存储水, 所述加热装置用于加热存储于存储装置中 的水, 使其转化为蒸汽, 所述存储于存储装置中的水为纯水。
所述步骤 3 中, 目测检测是通过附有蒸汽的玻璃基板反射的照射灯发 出的光线对玻璃基板进行检测。
所述蒸汽喷头通过软管连接于存储装置上。

请参阅图 3 至图 5 , 本发明提供一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方 法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 1、 提供检测装置, 该检测装置包括本体 20、 安装于本体 20上 的操作台 40、 安装于本体 20上且位于操作台 40上方的照射灯 60及安装 于本体 20上且位于操作台 40上方的蒸汽喷头 80。

所述操作台 40具有一承载面 42 , 该承载面 42与水平面之间具有一夹 角 θ。 进而使得检测玻璃基板 200 与水平面之间也具有一夹角 Θ, 使得检 测人员能够更好的对检测玻璃基板 200进行目测。
综上所述, 本发明液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法及检测装置, 通 过在玻璃基板上喷洒蒸汽, 使得玻璃基板的表面的镜面反射降低, 而漫反 射增强, 进而会有更多光线被反射到检查人员的视线范围内, 提高检查人 员的检出能力, 增加了检查人员的可检出范围, 有效检测出液晶显示器的 玻璃基板宏观不良及潜在不良, 继而保证液晶显示器的质量。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 1、 提供检测装置, 该检测装置包括本体、 安装于本体上的操作 台、 安装于本体上且位于操作台上方的照射灯及安装于本体上且位于操作 台上方的蒸汽喷头, 所述操作台具有一承载面, 该承载面与水平面之间具 有一夹角;
步骤 2、 将待检测玻璃基板放置于承载面上;
步骤 3、 打开照射灯, 并通过蒸汽喷头向待检测玻璃基板上喷洒蒸 汽, 同时, 对附有蒸汽的玻璃基板进行目测检测。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 其中, 所述检测装置还包括设于本体上的存储装置及设于本体上的加热装置, 所 述存储装置用于存储水, 所述加热装置用于加热存储于存储装置中的水, 使其转化为蒸汽, 所述存储于存储装置中的水为纯水。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 其中, 所述步骤 3 中, 目测检测是通过附有蒸汽的玻璃基板反射的照射灯发出的 光线对玻璃基板进行检测。
4、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 其中, 所述蒸汽喷头通过软管连接于存储装置上。
5、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 其中, 所述检测装置还包括设于本体上并电性连接于加热装置的电控装置。
6、 一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 1、 提供检测装置, 该检测装置包括本体、 安装于本体上的操作 台、 安装于本体上且位于操作台上方的照射灯及安装于本体上且位于操作 台上方的蒸汽喷头, 所述操作台具有一承载面, 该承载面与水平面之间具 有一夹角;
步骤 2、 将待检测玻璃基板放置于承载面上;
步骤 3、 打开照射灯, 并通过蒸汽喷头向待检测玻璃基板上喷洒蒸 汽, 同时, 对附有蒸汽的玻璃基板进行目测检测;
其中, 所述检测装置还包括设于本体上的存储装置及设于本体上的加 热装置, 所述存储装置用于存储水, 所述加热装置用于加热存储于存储装 置中的水, 使其转化为蒸汽, 所述存储于存储装置中的水为纯水;
其中, 所述步骤 3 中, 目测检测是通过附有蒸汽的玻璃基板反射的照 射灯发出的光线对玻璃基板进行检测;
其中, 所述蒸汽喷头通过软管连接于存储装置上;
其中, 所述检测装置还包括设于本体上并电性连接于加热装置的电控 装置。
7、 一种液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测装置, 包括: 本体、 安装于本 体上的操作台、 安装于本体上且位于操作台上方的照射灯及安装于本体上 且位于操作台上方的蒸汽喷头, 所述操作台具有一承载面, 该承载面与水 平面之间具有一夹角。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测装置, 其中, 所述检测装置还包括设于本体上的存储装置及设于本体上的加热装置, 所 述存储装置用于存储水, 所述加热装置用于加热存储于存储装置中的水, 使其转化为蒸汽。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测装置, 其中, 所述存储于存储装置中的水为纯水。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测装置, 其中, 所述蒸汽喷头通过软管连接于存储装置上。
11、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶显示器中玻璃基板的检测装置, 其中, 所述检测装置还包括设于本体上并电性连接于加热装置的电控装置。
