The one end portion 21 of the slide 2 placed on the first placement plate 108 is released from the first placement plate 108 and floats from the first placement plate 108.
- the user can easily remove the slide 2 by inserting a finger between the one end portion 21 of the slide 2 and the first placement plate 108 and pinching the upper and lower surfaces of the slide 2.
- the slide tray 1 can be stacked and stored in the slide transport device 5, and the slide 2 stored in the slide tray 1 can be easily taken out by the slide transport device 5. For this reason, the trouble of manually transferring the slide 2 stored in the slide tray 1 with good visibility to the dedicated cassette is eliminated.
- the grip unit 530 of the slide transport device 5 inserts the lower jaw 532 between the one end 21 of the slide 2 and the first placement plate 108, The upper jaw 531 and the lower jaw 532 can be easily gripped and taken out.
- the second mounting plate 109 is inclined, so that the other end of the slide 2 comes into contact with the second outer frame 105 of the slide storage unit 100.
- the other end portions of the one or more slides are aligned in the Y direction at a position where they abut against the second outer frame 105.
- one end 21 of one or more slides 2 is also aligned in the Y direction.
- the protruding lengths in the X direction of one or more slides 2 are equal.
- the grip part 530 of the slide conveyance apparatus 5 grips one or more slides 2, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the grip part 530 in the X direction each time. Thereby, the grip part 530 can grip one or more slides 2 easily and reliably.
- FIG. 19 is a perspective view partially showing a slide tray according to the first modification.
- the first placement plate 108 and the second placement plate 109 of the slide storage unit 100 are separated and at least partially connected by one or more ribs 110.
- the rib 110 is bent, the first mounting plate 108 and the second mounting plate 109 are relatively bent.
- the slide tray 1A according to the modified example 1 the rib 110 that partially connects the first placement plate 108 and the second placement plate 109 is not provided, and the first placement plate 108A. And the second mounting plate 109A are completely separated.
- the second placement plate 109A is inclined in the same manner as in the above embodiment.
- the position of the first mounting plate 108A does not change between the non-inclined state and the inclined state. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide the first boss 122 and the long hole 210 in which the inclination of the first mounting plate 108 is induced in the above-described embodiment in the frame 200A of the present modification.
- the flip-up unit 300 is provided as a mechanism for manually switching between the inclined state and the non-inclined state of the slide storage unit 100.
- another mechanism is provided as a mechanism for manually switching between the inclined state and the non-inclined state.
- FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing a slide tray 1B according to the second modification.
- FIG. 21 is an exploded perspective view showing a slide tray 1B according to the second modification.
- the slide tray 1B includes a pair of slide levers 600, 600, a lower frame 700, an upper frame 200B, and one or more slide storage portions 100B, 100B. In the following description, it is assumed that the two slide storage portions 100B and 100B are provided on the slide tray 1B.
- the pair of slide levers 600 and 600 have the same shape. Therefore, hereinafter, one slide lever 600 will be described.
- the slide lever 600 includes a base 610, two engaging portions 620 and 620, and a lever portion 630.
- the base body 610 is long in the X direction, and is accommodated in the frame outer frame 202B of the upper frame 200B along the third side 215B of the upper frame 200B.
- Two engaging portions 620 and 620 and a lever portion 630 are fixed to the base 610.
- the positional relationship between the two engaging portions 620 and 620 fixed to the base 610 and the lever portion 630 is as follows.
- the engaging part 620 includes a sliding part 621 and an engaging piece 622.
- the sliding portion 621 of the one engaging portion 620 contacts the second frame portion 116B of the one slide storage portion 100B in a face-to-face manner.
- the sliding portion 621 of the other engaging portion 620 contacts the second frame portion 116B of the other slide storage portion 100B in a face-to-face manner.
- the engagement piece 622 protrudes from the sliding portion 621 at least in the Y direction. The distance between the centers of the two engagement pieces 622 is equal to the distance between the centers of the one or more slide storage portions 100B and 100B.
- the lever portion 630 has a lever base portion 631 and a knob 632.
- the lever base 631 protrudes from the base body 610 in the Z direction and is long in the X direction.
- the knob 632 is provided on the upper surface 633 of the lever base 631 and protrudes in the Z direction.
- One or more stopper protrusions 634 and 634 are provided on the lower surface of the lever base 631.
- the one or more stopper protrusions 634 and 634 pass through through holes (not shown) provided in the base 610 and protrude from the lower surface of the base 610 in the Z direction. In this example, two stopper protrusions 634 and 634 are provided.
- the lower frame 700 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper frame 200B.
- Slide levers are installed on a pair of frame portions 710 and 710 extending in the X direction of the lower frame 700. Since the pair of frame portions 710 and 710 have the same shape, one frame portion 710 will be described below.
- One or more elongated holes 711 and 711 penetrating in the Z direction are provided on the bottom surface of the frame portion 710.
- the number of the long holes 711 is equal to the number of the stopper protrusions 634 of the slide lever 600. In this example, two long holes 711 and 711 are provided.
- the two long holes 711 and 711 have the same length in the X direction.
- the distance between the centers of the two long holes 711 and 711 is equal to the distance between the centers of the two stopper protrusions 634 and 634.
- the two stopper protrusions 634 and 634 are inserted into the two long holes 711 and 711, respectively.
- the two stopper protrusions 634 and 634 are slidable in the X direction in the two elongated holes 711 and 711, respectively. Both ends of the two long holes 711 and 711 in the X direction restrict movement of the two stopper protrusions 634 and 634 in the X direction, respectively. Thereby, the slide lever 600 can reciprocate a predetermined distance in the X direction.
- a pair of third through holes 250 and 250 are provided on the upper surface 212B of the frame outer frame 202B. Since the pair of third through holes 250 and 250 have the same configuration, only one third through hole 250 will be described below.
- the third through hole 250 passes through the frame outer frame 202B in the Z direction.
- the third through hole 250 is provided along the third side 215B and is long in the X direction.
- the length of the third through hole 250 in the X direction is equal to or longer than the length of the long holes 711 of the lower frame 700 in the X direction.
- the knob 632 of the slide lever 600 installed in the lower frame 700 protrudes from the third through hole 250 in the Z direction.
- the length of the lever base 631 of the slide lever 600 in the X direction is longer than the length of the third through hole 250 in the X direction. For this reason, a part of the upper surface 203 of the slide lever base 631 comes into contact with the frame outer frame 202B, and the entire lever base 631 is restricted from being detached from the third through hole 250 in the Z direction. The user can reciprocate the knob 632 protruding from the third through hole 250 in the X direction.
- a third notch 150 is provided at a position near the fourth end 123B of the second frame portion 116B of the first outer frame 104B of the slide storage portion 100B. More specifically, the 3rd notch 150 is provided in the position which does not interfere with the 2nd boss
- the third notch 150 is formed in a tapered shape such that the distance from the upper surface of the mounting plate 101B gradually increases (the notch becomes deeper) as the distance from the first storage portion 106B in the X direction increases. . More specifically, the third notch 150 is formed as follows.
- FIG. 22 is a perspective view showing the shape of the third notch 150 and the positional relationship between the third notch 150 and the engagement piece 622. It is assumed that the stopper protrusion 634 of the slide lever 600 comes into contact with the first end 712 of the elongated hole 711 of the lower frame 700 (the end in the X direction far from the first storage unit 106, see FIG. 21). At this time, the engagement piece 622 of the slide lever 600 is a portion of the third cutout 150 where the cutout depth is deep (specifically, the cutout depth is equal to or greater than the Z-direction height of the engagement piece 622). 151. For this reason, the engaging piece 622 is completely accommodated in the third notch 150.
- FIG. 23 is a perspective view showing the shape of the third notch 150 and another positional relationship between the third notch 150 and the engagement piece 622.
- the stopper protrusion 634 comes into contact with the second end 713 of the elongated hole 711 (the end in the X direction at a position close to the first storage portion 106, see FIG. 21).
- the engagement piece 622 has a shallower notch depth of the third notch 150 in the Z direction than the engagement piece 622 (specifically, the notch depth is smaller than the Z direction of the engagement piece 622). Opposite the region 152 (which is shorter than the height). For this reason, the engagement piece 622 cannot at least partially enter the third notch 150 and pushes up the third notch 150.
- FIG. 24 is a schematic diagram showing the two storage portions 100B and 100B and the slide levers 600 and 600 in a non-inclined state.
- FIG. 25 is a schematic diagram showing the two storage units 100B and 100B and the slide levers 600 and 600 in an inclined state.
- the stopper protrusion 634 of the slide lever 600 abuts on the first end 712 (see FIG. 21) of the elongated hole 711 of the lower frame 700.
- the slide lever knob 632 approaches or contacts the first end 251 of the third through hole 250 of the upper frame 200B (the end in the X direction far from the first storage unit 106).
- the engaging piece 622 of the slide lever 600 is completely stored in the third notch 150.
- the stopper projection 634 moves in the long hole 711 in the X direction.
- the engaging piece 622 moves in the third notch 150 in a direction in which the notch depth becomes shallower. At this time, the tip of the engagement piece 622 pushes up the second placement plate 109B in the Z direction while sliding on the third notch 150.
- the slide lever 600 When the second mounting plate 109B is pushed up, the rib 110B is bent, and the first mounting plate 108B and the second mounting plate 109B are relatively bent so that an angle is formed on the lower surface side. To do.
- the stopper protrusion 634 contacts the second end 713 (see FIG. 21) of the elongated hole 711, the slide lever 600 is restricted from moving further in the X direction. Thereby, the slide storage part 100B is positioned in an inclined state.
- this technique can also take the following structures.
