现有中国专利文献报道的磨粉机, 种类繁多, 立磨的多层组合型有浮碾 磨, 层叠式行星立磨, 摆辊磨说, 环磨机等。
基本原理都是通过中心轴的转动, 带动各层上的碾轮既公转又能自转, 碾轮依靠惯性离心力对环壁上下落的物料进行碾压, 逐层下落的物料通过每 层的匀料盘甩向简壁, 落入下一层碾环书, 逐层下落。 由于每层的碾轮都是依 靠中心轴的驱动, 基本恒定在一个相同的碾压力对物料做功, 由此造成上一 层比表面积大的物料过于粉碎逐层下落的细料产生过磨, 下一层只能将上一 层落下的粗颗粒, 磨削到能磨削的细度, 多层组合的下面几层只能起到对物 料整形的作用, 一般来说, 在常规的破碎磨圹中。 碎圹的能耗较小, 而磨圹 的能耗大的多, 据统计碎圹仅为磨圹能耗的 12%-25%。碎圹的效率高于磨圹, 符合磨圹所消耗的功率与磨圹产品中新生成的表面积成正比例关系的原理。

1: 一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 在机架 (1 ) 上固定机壳 (2), 在机 架 (1 ) 上有主轴安装架 (4), 主轴 (3) 装在主轴安装架 (4) 中, 在主轴 (3) 的下端装有大皮带轮 (5 ), 大皮带轮 (5 ) 的辐条 (6) 为下螺旋辐条; 在机架 ( 1 ) 内机壳 (2) 的下端装有下料斗 (8), 在大皮带轮 (5) 内环外缘上侧面有 接料斗 (7), 接料斗 (7) 套在下料斗 (8) 下端外侧面; 在机壳 (2) 的上端装 有拱形的进料斗 (11 ); 在机壳 (2) 内的主轴 (3) 上装有星形支架 (9), 星形 支架 (9) 上端用压板 (10) 固定在主轴 (3) 上, 在星形支架 (9) 装有锤轮磨 粉装置和理料摆轮装置; 所述的锤轮磨粉装置,包括摆臂 (18), 摆臂 (18) 通 过摆臂轴 (15) 装在星形支架 (9) 上, 摆臂 (18) 的一端装有平衡锤 (23), 摆臂 (18) 的另一端装有锤轮轴 (16), 在锤轮轴 (16) 上装有锤轮 (17), 在 与锤轮 (17) 相对应的机壳 (2 ) 的内壁装有碾环 (12 ), 在碾环 (12 ) 的下方 装有阻流环 (19); 所述的理料摆轮装置, 包括理料摆轮 (14), 理料摆轮 (14) 与锤轮 (17) 处于同一水平面, 理料摆轮 (14) 通过理料摆轮轴 (34) 装在摆 杆(13) 的一端, 摆杆 (13) 的另一端通过摆杆轴 (38) 装在星形支架 (9) 上。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 拱形的进料 斗 (11 ) 截面形状为梯形, 安装在圆环压板 (22 ) 内壁上, 圆环压板 (22) 固 定机壳 (2 ) 上端。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机,其特征在于: 在星形支架(9) 至少装有 2层锤轮磨粉装置和理料摆轮装置。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 在锤轮轴(16) 的下端装有刮料板 (21 )。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 摆臂轴 (15) 通过摆臂轴承 (32) 装在星形支架 (9) 上, 在摆臂轴承 (32) 的上下两侧装有 轴承防尘盖 (31 ), 摆臂 (18) 通过锁紧螺母 (33) 装在摆臂轴 (15) 上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 在锤轮轴(16) 装的锤轮座 (26), 锤轮座 (26) 通过锤轮座锁紧螺母 (29) 装在锤轮轴 (16) 上, 在锤轮轴 (16) 与锤轮座 (26) 之间装有锤轮轴承 (27), 锤轮轴承 (27) 的上下两端装有锤轮轴承防尘盖 (25), 在锤轮轴承 (26) 与摆臂 (18) 之间的 锤轮轴(16)上装有衬环(28), 锤轮(17)通过锤轮压环(24)装在锤轮座(26) 上。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 在理料摆轮轴 (34) 上装有理料摆轮座 (35), 在理料摆轮轴 (34) 与理料摆轮座 (35) 之间 装有摆轮座轴承 (36), 在理料摆轮座 (35) 的上下两端装有摆轮座轴承防尘盖 板 (37), 理料摆轮 (14) 装在理料摆轮座 (35 ) 上。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 在摆轮座轴承 防尘盖板 (37) 与理料摆轮轴 (34) 之间装有理料摆轮轴滑套 (40), 在理料摆 轮轴滑套(40) 与理料摆轮轴 (34)接触面之间装有密封环 (41 ), 在摆杆(13) 与摆杆轴 (38) 接触面之间装有滑套 (39)。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 理料摆轮(14) 为橡胶轮。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种柔性立式磨机, 其特征在于: 阻流环 (19)
