- a photographing auxiliary tool and a photographing device for photographing irregularities on the surface of an object, for example, a satin pattern provided on the surface of the object.
- An imaging assisting tool is an imaging assisting tool that assists in photographing a predetermined area of a surface having a fine unevenness of an object and having a strong specular reflection, for example, a satin-patterned satin, and is a light source that emits light Part 1 and a shape that covers a predetermined area of the object surface, and a part of the surface that falls within a predetermined angle range from the normal direction that directly faces the predetermined area is a black background that absorbs light, and other angles
- a surface corresponding to the range includes the light source unit 1 or a cover unit 2 formed of a light source region surface that diffuses and emits light emitted from the light source unit 1.
- the cover 2 is formed, for example, in parallel with the pear ground, provided with a shooting hole for taking an image from the normal direction of the pear ground, and an upper surface where the area facing the pear ground is a black background And a side surface portion formed of a member configured to diffuse light from the light source unit 1.
- the black background region of the cover 2 is determined by the angle range ⁇ of the dark region and the angle range ⁇ of the bright region with respect to the normal line of the surface in the collation region of the object surface (for example, the peak surface of the convex portion at the center of the collation region). .
- the distribution of the surplus and diffusion surfaces is defined only by the range of angles with respect to the normal direction of the matte ground, and the shape and angle of the surfaces are arbitrary. That is, in the above paragraph 0015, the surface of the diffusing member is perpendicular to the black ground, but this is merely an example, and the shape and arrangement angle are arbitrary.
- the black ground does not have to be a flat surface, and may have an arbitrary shape as long as it covers the entire range of the angle ⁇ from the normal of the pear ground.
- the black background area of the cover 2 does not reflect the illumination light from the light source 1, the peak portion of the pear ground convex portion facing the camera mounted in the upper surface shooting hole appears black.
- FIG. 2 there is a relationship between the size of the black area of the cover 2 and the angle range ⁇ of the dark area, and as the angle range ⁇ of the black dark area increases, the black area of the cover 2 also increases.
- the angle range ⁇ becomes smaller, the black background area of the cover portion 2 also becomes smaller.
- the black background area of the cover part 2 becomes larger, the portion of the pear ground appearing black becomes larger, and when the black background area becomes smaller, the portion of the pear ground appearing black becomes smaller.
- the angle ranges ⁇ and ⁇ are adjusted so that the number of black pixels in the collation area or the luminance value separation of the pixels in the collation area in a photographed image of the pear ground is a predetermined value (for example, 25%).
- a predetermined value for example, 25%
- the size of the black background region of the cover portion 2 may be changed, and the height of the side surface of the cover portion 2 may be changed.
- various methods can be used.
- a screw mechanism that moves up and down the black background region is provided, and the height of the side surface of the cover portion 2 can be adjusted by rotating the screw mechanism. This is merely an example, and other methods can be used.
- the brightness distribution of the photographed image is optimized by adjusting the angle ranges ⁇ and ⁇ to make the black background region an appropriate size.
- a luminance value that maximizes the first derivative of the luminance change histogram is used as the threshold for binarization.
- the top part of the pear ground convex part with the normal line in the direction facing the camera appears black, and the pear ground concave part that does not face the camera appears white as light is reflected from various directions. Can be obtained, and it becomes easy to stably extract the top portion as a feature point.
- FIG. 3 shows an example of a binarized image obtained by photographing the pear ground using the present invention and a binarized image obtained by photographing the pear ground without using the present invention.
- Example 1 taken without using the present invention
- the concave portion of the collation area also appears white, and the feature point cannot be seen.
- example 2 taken without using the present invention
- the degree of separation between the concave portion and the convex portion of the photographed image is high. It is hard to change and is stable. Even if the object is not sufficiently fixed during shooting and the direction of the pear ground changes slightly, if the angle is sufficiently smaller than ⁇ , the top can always be clearly extracted as a dark area, so it is stable. A point can be extracted.
- the photographing auxiliary tool 10 includes the light source unit 1 and the cover unit 2 described above.
- the photographing assisting unit 10 is formed so as to be fitted to the pear ground side of the object to be photographed, and is formed so as to cover the pear ground.

- FIG. 5 shows an example of a state where an object is fitted to the photographing assisting tool 10.
- the object is a slide fastener.
- the pear ground of the object is photographed by the camera mounted in the photographing hole of the cover 2 in a state where the object is fitted to the photographing auxiliary tool 10. Since the black background area inside the cover 2 does not reflect the illumination light from the light source unit 1, the top portion of the pear ground convex portion facing the camera mounted in the photographing hole on the upper surface appears black.
- the pear ground concave portion that does not face the camera is reflected in white from various directions, a photographed image in which the contrast of the light and darkness is enhanced for the concave and convex portions can be obtained.
- the matching area on the satin surface is not particularly limited as long as it is an area having a satin pattern, but it is desirable to determine the matching area in advance in consideration of ease of matching.

- These reference parts have the same pattern regardless of the individual if they are the same article, and have a characteristic appearance on the appearance. And if the position and orientation of these reference parts are defined as a reference and the characteristics are stored, the matching region of the article can be automatically detected.
- the satin pattern includes, for example, not only a case where a satin pattern is formed as a design, but also a case where a satin pattern is intentionally formed in a collation area for identification or collation of articles. Furthermore, the satin pattern is not only a satin pattern that has been applied to metal or synthetic resin (plastic, etc.), but also a wrinkle pattern that is obtained by surface treatment (for example, wrinkle processing) on leather products. ) Etc. For example, in the case of a leather bag that has been subjected to graining, minute irregularities are randomly formed on the surface of the leather of the bag, and these minute irregularities can be regarded as being similar to a satin pattern.
- the photographing assisting device 10 may further include a fixing unit 4 that sandwiches and fixes an object fitted to the cover 2 from below.
- the light source unit 1 may be disposed on the upper surface of the cover unit 2.
- the side surface portion may be composed of a member that reflects the irradiation light (for example, the inside is a white background).
- the first embodiment described above is formed so that an object is fitted, it is not limited to this.
- it is good also as a shape which inserts an object to the inner wall back of a photography auxiliary tool.
- the black area of the cover 2 may be configured to be replaceable.
- the size of the black area (the angle range of the dark area ⁇ and the bright area ⁇ ) is stored in advance in the storage device, and the photographing aid is replaced according to the kind of object to be photographed. You may comprise so that the size of a black background area
- the number of black pixels in the collation area in the photographed image of the satin background has been described as, for example, 25% of the whole, but this numerical value is an example, It is possible to use an optimum value that provides the highest authentication performance through experiments.
- the predetermined optimum value can be defined for each type of article to be collated.
- the size of the black background region can be adjusted so that the product is identified by the shape and design of the reference portion of the product and becomes a value determined for the product.
