本发明涉及电烤炉技术领域,特别是一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉。
背景技术
常见开放式烧烤用的电烤炉都为热源下置或侧置结构,使用时将待烧烤的食物搁在烤台上,通过烤台下方或侧面的热源如电加热器通电升温后热辐射烤熟食物,其中下置电加热器的电烤炉烧烤时,食物烧烤熬出的油滴下落掉到电加热器的发热元件上产生呛人的油烟,而且烤面位于食物底部,不便观察,极易烤焦。现有侧置电加热器的电烤炉虽然减少了油滴掉落在发热元件上产生的油烟,而且也能观察食物烤面,但侧面热辐射对食物边缘加热,加热面积较下置电加热器的电烤炉小很多,而且电加热器的发热元件沿周向环烤台设置,烧烤效果不及下置电加热器的电烤炉好,难以及时加热实物的中间区域易出现食物边缘部分烤焦而中间部分仍未烤熟。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有电烤炉采用电加热器下置构造引发的滴油油烟和电加热器侧置烧烤效果欠佳的技术缺陷,提供一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,所述电烤炉能在减少油烟的同时提供与热源下置式电烤炉相同的烧烤效果。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案:一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,包括电加热器和带烧烤架的烤台,其特征是所述的电加热器位于烤台上方,烤台上设有一个偏置的支撑装置与电加热器固定连接。 本发明将电加热器上置设于烤台上方,减少烧烤滴油产生的油烟,同时上置的电加热器能够提供与现有热源下置式电烤炉相同的热辐射面积,保证了烧烤效果;电加热器上置往下加热食物表面,烤面观察方便,利于及时把食物翻面烧烤。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步完善和补充,本发明采用如下技术措施:所述的电加热器包括一个加热器顶罩和其下方的反射罩以及电热管,所述反射罩呈碗型敞口朝下罩于加热器顶罩内,反射罩和加热器顶罩之间有间隙,反射罩内壁沿周向固定若干挂钩托住电热管,电热管的导电端连接电源线,加热器顶罩形状和反射罩相匹配并与支撑装置固定, 反射罩内壁表面压制成型有连续排列的反射面,挂钩顶部和反射罩内壁上均开有安装孔并通过螺栓和螺帽连接固定。反射罩和加热器顶罩之间留有间隙是为了散热;挂钩用于承托安装电热管;反射罩内侧表面向下反射电热管的热辐射,提高烧烤效果;加热器顶罩作为安装座实现反射罩和支撑装置的连接固定;反射罩内壁表面连续排列的反射面增强热反射的效果;用简单的螺栓螺帽实现挂钩和反射罩的固定连接,绝缘片可采用云母垫片起到隔热作用。
所述的加热器顶罩侧壁开有贯穿的散热槽孔,加热器顶罩和反射罩之间罩有一个金属罩,金属罩的侧壁开有与电源线匹配的穿线孔,加热器顶罩内侧顶面和金属罩外侧顶面之间设有一个与加热器顶罩内侧顶面安装部匹配的隔热座,所述的隔热座上开有通孔穿设螺钉向上固定加热器顶罩与隔热座,金属罩内侧顶面和反射罩外侧顶面之间设有一个与反射罩顶面匹配的隔热板,隔热座上开有通孔穿设螺钉向下穿过金属罩和隔热板,螺钉的底部螺纹端拧有套管固定隔热板抵住金属罩内侧顶面,所述套管的上下两端均设有螺纹孔,反射罩下方装有网罩,所述网罩的中部向上隆起抵住反射罩,网罩中部隆起处贴合一个固定板,固定板上开有安装孔拧有螺钉向上穿过反射罩拧入套管下端的螺纹孔,反射罩顶壁上开有和螺钉对应的安装孔。由于加热器顶罩多采用塑料材质加工,由于电热管工作时反射罩也处于高温,为避免加热器顶罩受热老化,增加一个金属罩隔在加热器顶罩和反射罩之间吸收反射罩产生的高温,加热器顶罩侧壁贯穿的散热孔可以引入空气流通以加速冷却金属罩;金属罩和加热器顶罩之间的隔热座作用是避免金属罩直接贴合加热器顶罩传热,提高加热器顶罩使用寿命;金属罩和反射罩之间的隔热板作用是使得两者之间保持一定的间隙,提高金属罩的散热效果。
所述的加热器顶罩侧面设有一体成型的中空安装座,安装座的中空腔和加热器顶罩内腔连通并设温控器,电源线接入温控器,温控器内装有一个保险丝,温控器上接出导线和电热管的导电端相连,安装座外壁设有与温控器相连的开关旋钮,安装座底面敞口贴合固定一挡板,挡板由横板和两侧的竖板连接组成,横板上贴合一个尺寸匹配的温控隔热板,横板和温控隔热板上开有位置重叠的安装孔并穿设螺钉与安装座固定。增加温控器的作用是能够实时调节电热管的发热功率,实现不同的烧烤温度应对各种食物;挡板的作用是配合安装座对温控器隔离保护,隔热板的作用是防止电热管工作产生的高温影响,确保温控器正常工作;保险丝的作用是在达到设定温度后断开温控器的电源,起到温度限定保护,避免调节不当烧坏温控器。此外,隔热座和金属罩之间设有垫片套在螺钉上。垫片可采用云母制作,作用是隔热并细微调整挂钩在反射罩内的安装高度。
所述的烤台包括底座和烤盘,所述底座为塑料材质且中间设有金属板,金属板上开有一长条形孔,长条形孔中设有一能滑动的金属支撑件,烤盘支撑在金属支撑件上。在支撑烤盘处设置金属制件,耐高温性好,避免发生变形等影响正常使用的情况发生;金属板周边为塑料底座,起到一定的绝热效果,避免使用者触及烫伤,同时避免了热量的损失,所述烤盘不仅可以用于热源上置式电烤炉,也可以作为配套烤台用于其它烧烤炉。
所述的金属支撑件为中空件,烤盘底面中间处设有一定位凸起嵌设在中空的金属支撑件内,所述金属支撑件高于金属板。烤盘通过定位凸起插入金属支撑件周向定位并支撑在金属支撑件的顶面上,使得烤盘与金属板存在间隙,避免烤盘热量大量传导至金属板散发而浪费。
所述的长条形孔贯穿底座且内壁开有长条形凹槽,金属支撑件外壁设有上环形凸起和下环形凸起,下环形凸起处于长条形凹槽内。金属支撑件可沿长条形凹槽滑动,并且还可旋转,满足烤盘移动和旋转的使用需求,当烤制好时可滑动烤盘退出烘烤区,也可让使用者围坐在一起烧烤时,通过转动烤盘选择食物等。
所述的支撑装置包括通过一支撑杆相互活动连接的升降机构和摆臂机构,所述支撑杆一端可升降地插置在升降机构中,另一端可转动地插置在摆臂机构中,所述升降机构和摆臂机构上均设有连接部,所述升降机构的连接部偏置安装在烤台上,摆臂机构的连接部与电加热器固定连接。升降机构和摆臂机构分别通过连接部对应连接烤台、和电加热器(即热源),使得热源通过支撑装置连接在烤台上方,通过升降机构实现热源与烤台间的距离可调,使得烤炉可以根据待烤食物的尺寸确定热源合适的高度以及合适的热量辐射范围,有效提高热源的利用效率;通过摆臂机构实现热源可根据需要而偏离烤台上方,使操作者方便取放烤熟的食物,确保操作者在取放食物时不被烫伤。
所述的摆臂机构包括一与支撑杆端部连接的轴芯以及端部套置在所述轴芯上的摆管,所述摆管内设有一与轴芯匹配的行程开关,所述行程开关的触发件抵触在所述转轴的侧壁上,所述转轴侧壁与触发件的接触路径上设有一触发槽,行程开关的输出端通过电源线连接电加热器,行程开关的输入端通过电源线连接外接电源。行程开关与触发槽配合,使得热源的开关与其所在位置相关联,当电加热器移动至烤架中部上方的烤制工位时,行程开关被转轴上的触发槽触发并接通电路,使热源发热,当热源移离烤制工位时,行程开关与触发槽脱离并自动切断电路,有效避免因热源辐射偏离烤制区域而造成安全隐患;摆杆通过轴芯与支撑杆连接。
所述的升降机构包括一端密封管座以及一与支撑杆端部连接的卡扣,所述卡扣插置在所述管座内能升降活动。升降机构通过卡扣与支撑杆连接,并配合摆臂机构使得热源悬置在烤架上方,热源与烤架间的距离可以根据食物尺寸以及需要的热量辐射范围而调节,使得热源高度满足食物烤制需要。
有益效果
本发明通过将电加热器上置设于烤台上方,大大减少了烧烤滴油产生油烟,同时上置的电加热器能够提供与现有下置结构电加热器电烤炉相同的热辐射面积,保证了和现有下置加热的电烤炉具有一样良好的烧烤效果,烤面方便观察食物不易烤焦。此外,电加热器内部为多层构造,具有良好的散热效果,有助于提高电加热器整体的使用期限,电加热器内还装有温控器,可以实时调节发热功率,满足不同烧烤需要;新结构的烤盘耐高温性好,又有一定的绝热效果,有效避免使用者触及烫伤同时避免了热量的损失,所述烤盘不仅可以用于热源上置式电烤炉,也可以作为配套烤台用于其它烧烤炉;升降机构实现热源与烤台间的距离可调,使得烤炉可以根据待烤食物的尺寸确定热源高度以及热量辐射范围,有效提高热源的利用效率;摆臂机构实现热源可根据需要而偏离烤台上方,使操作者方便取放烤熟的食物,确保操作者在取放食物时不被烫伤。

如图1所示,一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,包括电加热器1和带烧烤架的烤台2,其中电加热器1位于烤台2上方,烤台2上设有一个偏置的支撑装置3与电加热器1固定连接。

使用时,将待烧烤食物放在烤台的烧烤架上,由于电加热器上置设于烤台上方,减少了烧烤滴油产生的油烟;同时上置的电加热器能够提供与现有热源下置式电烤炉相同的热辐射面积,保证了和现有热源下置式电烤炉相同的烧烤效果;烧烤时食物的上表面为烤面,便于观察,食物不易烤焦。
如图3~6所示,烤台2包括底座33和烤盘34,所述底座33为塑料材质且中间设有金属板35,金属板35上开有一长条形孔36,长条形孔36贯穿底座33且内壁开有长条形凹槽,长条形孔36中设有一能滑动的金属支撑件37,所述金属支撑件37为中空件,金属支撑件37外壁设有上环形凸起39和下环形凸起40,下环形凸起40处于长条形凹槽内,烤盘34底面中间处设有一定位凸起38嵌设在中空的金属支撑件37内,金属支撑件37高于金属板35,烤盘34支撑在金属支撑件37上。
使用时,由于支撑烤盘处设置金属制件,耐高温性好,避免发生变形等影响正常使用的情况发生;金属板周边为塑料底座,起到一定的绝热效果,避免使用者触及烫伤,同时避免了热量的损失,所述烤盘不仅可以用于热源上置式电烤炉,也可以作为配套烤台用于其它烧烤炉;烤盘通过定位凸起插入金属支撑件周向定位并支撑在金属支撑件的顶面上,烤盘与金属板存在间隙,避免烤盘热量大量传导至金属板散发而浪费;金属支撑件可沿长条形凹槽滑动,并且还可旋转,满足烤盘移动和旋转的使用需求,当烤制好时可滑动烤盘退出烘烤区,也可让使用者围坐在一起烧烤时,通过转动烤盘选择食物等。
如图7和10所示的一种支撑装置,所述支撑装置包括通过一支撑杆41相互活动连接的升降机构42和摆臂机构43,所述支撑杆41一端可升降地插置在所述升降机构42中,另一端可转动地插置在所述摆臂机构43中,所述升降机构42和摆臂机构43上均设有连接部44,所述升降机构42的连接部44偏置连接于烤台2中的底座33一边,摆臂机构43的连接部44插入加热器顶罩4边缘延伸形成一个套管部60并用螺栓固定;所述摆臂机构43包括一与支撑杆41端部连接的轴芯45以及端部套置在所述轴芯45上的摆管46,所述摆管46内设有一与轴芯45匹配的行程开关47,所述行程开关47的触发件48抵触在所述转轴的侧壁上,所述转轴侧壁与触发件48的接触路径上设有一触发槽49,行程开关47的输出端通过电源线连接温控器24的输入端,行程开关47的输入端通过电源线连接外接电源;所述升降机构42包括一端密封的管座50以及一与支撑杆41端部连接的卡扣51,所述卡扣51可升降地插置在管座50内;所述轴芯45外壁和摆管46内壁分别设有导向槽环52和导向凸环53;所述卡扣51与管座50密封端间卡置有弹簧59;所述管座50内部设有与卡扣51轮廓匹配的限位板57;所述支撑杆41呈多边形的管状,卡扣51和轴芯45上均设有与所述支撑杆41端部匹配的插接部(如图8所示);所述摆管46和管座50的外侧壁上均设有对应的指拨块58。
在实际操作中,摆杆和管座50可以采用分体式结构,方便安装和拆卸。当操作者需要烤制尺寸较大的食物或需要改变热源的辐射区域时,可以通过分别控制位于管座50和摆管46上的指拨块58实现热源升降。当食物烤熟后,操作者通过控制指拨块58将热源移离烤架上方,没有了热源的阻碍,方便取放食物,在此过程中,摆管46相对轴芯45转动,行程开关47和触发槽49产生相对位移而被触发(如图11和12所示),使得热源开关与其所在位置对应。
在实际操作中,升降机构42和摆臂机构43上的连接部44均包括若干固定孔,并通过紧固件择一连接在热源和烤架上,结构简单、方便拆卸,适合规模化生产。优选方案,升降机构42与烤架连接,摆臂机构43与热源连接,既减轻了摆臂机构43的负担,还增加了升降机构42的动作稳定性。也可以根据实际需要将升降机构42连接在热源上,将摆臂机构43连接在烤架上,并适当调整管座50和摆管46的形状,以满足热源加设在烤架上并在两者间流出放置食物的预留空间。
在实际操作中,所述卡扣51侧壁设有带复位弹性片54的卡位件55,所述管座50内壁上设有与所述卡位件55匹配的竖向齿条56(如图13所示),通过改变卡位件55与齿条56间的卡置关系实现卡扣51在管座50内移动、定位(如图9所示)。使用中,当需要调节热源高度时,操作者通过指拨块58分别作用在管座50和摆管46上,与摆管46连接的支撑杆41受力并带动与其另一端连接的卡扣51一起移动,受竖向作用力的卡位件55因齿条56相邻齿牙的限位作用而向管座50内侧收缩并挤压弹性片54,此时,由于卡位件55的内移导致其从原先卡置的齿牙间隙中脱离,当卡位件55完全摆脱齿牙的束缚时,卡扣51会随着支撑杆41一起移动;当卡位件55移动至与沿途的任一齿牙间隙时,受挤压而形变的弹性片54会复位并推动卡位件55卡置于对应的齿牙间隙中,随着支撑杆41的移动,卡位件55与沿途齿牙间隙间不断重复卡置、脱离动作,当热源被移动到合适位置后,失去竖向作用力的卡位件55将卡置限位在对应的齿牙间隙中,实现升降机构42的定位作用。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,其特征是所述的金属支撑件(37)为中空件,烤盘(34)底面中间处设有一定位凸起(38)嵌设在中空的金属支撑件(37)内,所述金属支撑件(37)高于金属板(35)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,其特征是所述的长条形孔(36)贯穿底座(33)且内壁开有长条形凹槽,金属支撑件(37)外壁设有上环形凸起(39)和下环形凸起(40),下环形凸起(40)处于长条形凹槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,其特征是所述的支撑装置包括通过一支撑杆(41)相互活动连接的升降机构(42)和摆臂机构(43),所述支撑杆(41)一端可升降地插置在升降机构(42)中,另一端可转动地插置在摆臂机构(43)中,所述升降机构(42)和摆臂机构(43)上均设有连接部(44),所述升降机构(42)的连接部(44)偏置安装在烤台(2)上,摆臂机构(43)的连接部(44)与电加热器(1)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,其特征是所述的摆臂机构(43)包括一与支撑杆(41)端部连接的轴芯(45)以及端部套置在所述轴芯(45)上的摆管(46),所述摆管(46)内设有一与轴芯(45)匹配的行程开关(47),所述行程开关(47)的触发件(48)抵触在所述转轴的侧壁上,所述转轴侧壁与触发件(48)的接触路径上设有一触发槽(49),行程开关(47)的输出端通过电源线连接电加热器(1),行程开关(47)的输入端通过电源线连接外接电源。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9中任一项所述的一种热源上置活动调节的电烤炉,其特征是所述的升降机构(42)包括一端密封管座(50)以及一与支撑杆(41)端部连接的卡扣(51),所述卡扣(51)插置在所述管座(50)内能升降活动。
