图 12 为本发明所提供的薄片类介质堆叠装置堆叠不同尺寸介质时的 输出示意图。
具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明, 以下结合图示介绍本发明的一个优选实施例。 参阅图 1本发明所提供的薄片类介质堆叠装置的使用状态示意图, 该 薄片类介质用于自助金融设备中, 该自助金融设备包括用于将存入整叠纸 币进行逐一分离的薄片类介质分离部 1、 用于对逐张通过并进行检测的薄 片类介质检测部 2、用于对逐张纸币进行传输的薄片类介质传输通道 3、用 于存放存入纸币的薄片类介质存贮装置 5以及用于对逐张送出的纸币进行 堆叠整理的薄片类介质堆叠装置 4。 其中纸币通过薄片类介质分离部 1被 逐一分离并输送进薄片类介质检测部 2 , 被确认为可接受的纸币将通过薄 片类介质传输通道 3输送到薄片类介质存贮装置 5中, 而被确认为不可接 受的纸币将通过薄片类介质传输通道 3输送到薄片类介质堆叠装置 4中。
参阅图 2至图 4进一步说明本发明所提供的薄片类介质堆叠装置 4, 其置于薄片类介质传输通道 3—末端用于承载和整理薄片类介质 (本实施 例中为纸币), 包括: 一承载板 41 , 用于接纳承载由传输通道 3送入的薄 片类介质; 一阻挡机构 42, 与传输通道 3末端出口相对的用于阻止薄片类 介质继续向前运动, 该阻挡机构 42包括一与承载板 41搭接形成收纳薄片 类介质容纳室的积存部挡板 421, 所述积存部挡板 421 由两条弹性枢接在 一安装轴上的阻挡条, 其中阻挡条之间具有供人手取拿堆叠的薄片类介质 的间隙, 该安装轴固定于与承载板 41相对设置的顶板 43的下表面, 即与 承载板相对的一个表面上, 且积存部挡板 421由一个扭簧实现与安装轴的 弹性枢接;所述承载板 41远离传输通道 3的一端具有一向所述积存部挡板 421弯曲延伸的弧形段 411, 该弧形段 411与该积存部挡板 421互相搭接, 所述弧形段 411 的弧度半径 R大于最窄薄片类介质宽度的 3/4; 所述阻挡 机构 42还包括一由传输通道 3末端向弧形段 411倾斜延伸设置的弹性压片 422 (本实施例中弹性压片为三个), 用于将由传输通道 3末端送入的薄片 类介质导向承载板进行堆叠整理, 该弹性压片 422 由具有受力变形的塑 料、 橡胶或者薄片金属材料制成, 其与薄片类介质由传输通道 3末端送出 时的夹角 α在 25° 到 45° 之间, 本实施例的安装夹角为 35° , 所述弹性 压片的末端贴近弧形段表面, 即该弹性压片的末端须在积存部下板圓弧坡 度的弧长与弦长形成的封闭区域内; 而且弹性压片的最大抗变形力满足如 下关系:
F = mv2/2S( ι+ μ 2);
其中, m为薄片类介质的质量, V为薄片类介质送出时的速度, S为 薄片类介质在承载板上的滑动距离, 为弹性压片的动摩擦因数, μ 2为 承载板的动摩擦因数。
参阅图 4和图 5,传输通道 3包括上通道板 31、 下通道板 32以及末端 为薄片类介质提供动力的主动传输轮 33、 从动传输轮 34, 以及与主动轮同 轴的叶轮 35。 当薄片类介质 ρ通过输出通道 3被运输到薄片类介质堆叠装 置 4时, 当薄片类介质 ρ尾端脱离传输轮 33和 34的夹持后, 薄片类介质 ρ由于惯性会在沿着弹性压片 422的方向继续向前运动, 同时给弹性压片 422以作用力, 使弹性压片产生变形, 如图 5所示。 当薄片类介质 ρ与承 载板 41接触后, 薄片类介质 ρ将沿着承载板 41的弧形段 411圓弧坡度向 前滑动, 直到撞在积存部挡板 421上, 如图 6所示, 在这个过程中, 弹性 压片 422由于塑性变形会给薄片类介质 ρ一个反作用力, 使薄片类介质 ρ 尽可能早地接触承载板 41, 而薄片类介质 ρ在承载板 41上滑动时因摩擦 阻力而逐渐减速, 同时因薄片类介质 ρ的前端逐渐升高而使薄片类介质整 体被弹性压片 422以更大的力压在承载板 41上,从而增大摩擦阻力。 当薄 片类介质 ρ撞到积存部挡板 421时, 运动速度已被大大减小且方向已由斜 向下转变为斜向上。 积存部挡板 421 因受薄片类介质撞击而作用给薄片类 介质一个斜向下的反作用力 F, 而本身因具有緩冲结构 (扭簧) 而消弱撞 击力的冲击。薄片类介质 ρ受到积存部挡板 421的反作用力后斜向下运动, 同时受到承载板 41的摩擦阻力和弹性压片 422的压力,最终停止在积存部 下板 41上。 当然为了是积存部挡板 421具有更好的緩冲作用, 该积存部挡 板 421还可以由具有緩冲作用材料制成或其与薄片类介质碰撞的表明上附 着一层具有緩冲作用的材料层。 另外, 为了有效减低薄片类介质的速度, 并且能有效防止薄片类介质堆叠后由于自身重力原因滑落,承接板 41的弧 形段 411具有摩擦系数较大的表面, 比如增加表明的粗糙度。
下面结合图 4至图 10说明本发明所提供的薄片类介质堆叠装置对介质 的堆叠过程, 薄片类介质 p通过输出通道 3被运输到薄片类介质堆叠装置 4中, 当薄片类介质 p的尾端脱离传输轮 33和 34的夹持后, 薄片类介质 p 由于惯性会在沿着弹性压片 422的方向继续向前运动, 其尾端由于被叶轮 35的拍打,使其尽快接触积承载板 41。 同时薄片类介质 p作用给弹性压片 422作用力而使其产生形变。
如图 7所示, 当薄片类介质 p本身刚度较大时, 在被运输到薄片类介 质堆叠装置 4时, 由于其本身变形较小, 相应的弹性压片 422则有较大变 形, 从而使薄片类介质 p受到较大的压力, 使其尽快接触承载板 42 , 并在 其上滑动。 此时, 薄片类介质 p在滑动过程中前端随着承载板 41的弧形段 411的圓弧坡度逐渐升高, 运动方向由刚接触承载板 41时的斜向下变为斜 向上, 而当薄片类介质 p前端撞到积存部挡板 421时, 其所受反作用力方 向为斜向下, 如图 8所示。 此时, 薄片类介质 p受到弹性压片 422的压力 以及积存部挡板 421的反作用分力 F, 当该压力与积存部挡板 421反作用 力 F的垂直方向分力 F2的合力作用所得的承载板对薄片类介质的摩擦阻 力大于反作用力 F的水平分力 F1时, 薄片类介质停在承载板 41上。
如图 9, 当继续输出薄片类介质的过程中, 由于之前的薄片类介 形 成的坡度较承载板 41的圆弧坡度更加陡,使后续被送入的薄片类介质受到 的弹性压片 422的压力也逐渐增大, 而积存部挡板 421的反作用力 F却逐 渐减小, 薄片类介质受到的反作用力水平方向分力 F1逐渐減小, 薄片类介 质更容易停在承载板 41的末端。
如图 10所示, 当薄片类介质的刚度较大而其表面又较为光滑(比如塑 料材质薄片类介质)时, 薄片类介质停在承载板 41的末端后, 在继续输出 薄片类介质的过程中,后续输出的薄片类介质在承载板 41上堆叠时由于弹 性压片 422压力的增大而使薄片类介质前端与承载板 41的弧形段圓弧坡度 产生相对滑动, 从而增大了后续输出薄片类介质的阻力, 使其撞击积存部 挡板 421的力以及积存部挡板 421的反作用力都将减小, 最终停在承载板 41的末端。 这种情况下, 当承载板 41的弧形段圓弧坡度表面较为光滑时, 其效果与薄片类介质的刚度较大而其表面又较为光滑时效果相同。
如图 11所示, 当薄片类介质本身刚度较小时, 在被运输到薄片类介质 堆叠装置 4时, 由于本身较容易变形, 相应的弹性压片 422则变形较小, 其前端距离承载板 41相对较近,薄片类介质沿着弹性压片 422方向运动将 会更早地接触到承载板 41, 相应的其在承载板 41上的滑动距离较长, 得 到较多减速。 由于薄片类介质的刚度较小, 其更容易贴着承载板 41的圓弧 坡度向前滑动, 当薄片类介质撞到积存部挡板 421时, 其撞击角度较刚度 大的薄片类介质时要小, 这时, 薄片类介质所受到的积存部挡板 421的反 作用力 F水平方向分力 F1将变小, 垂直方向分力 F2将变大, 使其更容易 停在承载板 41的末端。在继续输出薄片的过程中, 由于之前的薄片贴平承 载板 41的圓弧坡度, 相当于将承载板 41的圆弧坡度加厚、 加高, 使后续 被输出的薄片类介质受到的弹性压片 422的压力也逐渐增大, 而积存部挡 板 421的反作用力却逐渐减小, 薄片类介质受到的反作用力水平方向分力 逐渐減小, 薄片类介质更容易停在承载板 41的末端。
当被输出的薄片类介质尺寸不同时, 其运动情况如上述过程类似, 其 堆叠效果如图 12 所示。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出的是, 上述优选实施方式 不应视为对本发明的限制, 本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范 围为准。 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明的精神和 范围内, 还可以故出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的 保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种薄片类介质堆叠装置,其置于薄片类介质传输通道末端用于 承载和整理薄片类介质, 其包括: 一承载板, 用于接纳承载由传输通道送 入的薄片类介廣; 一阻挡机构, 与传输通道末端出口相对的用于阻止薄片 类介质继续向前运动的阻挡机构, 该阻挡机构包括一与承载板搭接形成收 纳薄片类介质容纳室的积存部挡板; 其特征在于, 所述承载板远离传输通 道的一端具有一向所述积存部挡板弯曲延伸的弧形段, 该弧形段与该积存 部挡板互相搭接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置, 其特征在于, 所述弧 形段的弧度半径大于最窄薄片类介质宽度的 3/4。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置, 其特征在于, 所述承 载板至少弧形段具有摩擦系数较大的表面。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置,其特征在于, 所述阻挡机构还包括一由传输通道末端向弧形段倾斜延伸设置的弹性压 片, 用于将由传输通道末端送入的薄片类介质导向承载板进行堆叠整理。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹 性压片的末端贴近弧形段表面。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹 性压片与薄片类介质由传输通道末端送出时的夹角在 25。 到 45° 之间。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹 性压片的变形力满足如下条件, 最大抗变形力 F = mv2/2S( μ !+ μ 2); 其中, m为薄片类介质的质量, V为薄片类介质送出时的速度, S为薄 片类介质在承载板上的滑动距离, 为弹性压片的动摩擦因数, μ 2为承 载板的动摩擦因数。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的薄片类介质堆叠装置, 其特征在于, 所述积 存部挡板由两条弹性枢接在一安装轴上的阻挡条, 其中阻挡条之间具有供 人手取拿堆叠的薄片类介质的间隙。
