Abstract
テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振部(11)と、前記照射光を前記容器の前記第1部位に導くとともにこの容器からの反射光を集光する光学系(12)と、集光された前記反射光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信部(13)と、前記照射光が導かれる前記第1部位上での位置を2次元に走査する走査機構(14)と、前記受信部から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号、反射画像、パワースペクトル、断層画像、および周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、容器(20)内の粉末中の異物(21)を検出する演算部(15)とを備える。
Description
本発明は、粉末中の異物検出装置および異物検出方法に関し、特に、PEやPPなどの樹脂シートおよびアルミシートなどからなる容器に収納された粉末中の異物検出装置および異物検出方法に関する。
従来、連通可能な隔離手段で区画された2室を有するとともに、そのうちの1室にブドウ糖や乳糖などの賦形剤および医薬活性物質の粉末が封入され、他の1室には溶解液が封入される薬剤容器や粉末容器が知られている。
このような容器によれば、使用直前までは薬剤の粉末などと溶解液とを分離して保存でき、使用直前に外部から圧力を加えて両室を連通させることで、粉末が溶解液に溶けて薬液が得られる。
ところで、このような容器中の粉末にはまれに異物が混入することがあり得るが、使用目的からも異物が見過ごされることがあってはならないので、製造時の異物検査が不可欠となる。
従来は、例えば、容器を振動器にかけ、振動によって異物を粉末の中から浮き上がらせることで、検査員による目視検査を行っている。しかし、目視検査では相当の時間を要することや、熟練者でなければ異物を見落とすおそれがある。また、流動性の悪い粉末では、振動によっても異物が浮き上がらないこともあるので、このような目視検査は不適切である。検査員のような人が関わる検査工程は、生産の律速段階となることもあり、無人化・自動化が望まれている。
X線を用いた検査装置によれば金属製の異物は検出可能であるが、樹脂や木片などの非金属製の異物の正確な検出はなかなか困難であった。
一方、テラヘルツ領域の電磁波を用いる分析技術(例えば、非特許文献1、非特許文献2を参照)が知られており、テラヘルツ波による非破壊検査装置なども既に市販されている。
また、サブテラヘルツ電磁波を用いた粉粒体中異物検査装置およびその検査方法(例えば、特許文献1を参照)や、テラヘルツ時間領域分光法を用いて異種の薬剤・薬剤成分、薬物以外の物質を確実に検出することができる標本検査装置及び標本検査方法(例えば、特許文献2を参照)なども提案されている。
特許文献1に記載の粉粒体中異物検査装置は、サブテラヘルツ電磁波を用いた粉粒体中異物検査装置であって、波長600μmから3mm(0.5THz~100GHz)のパルス状電磁波を被検査物に照射する電磁波照射手段と、その透過したパルス状電磁波の空間分布を検出する検出手段と、そのパルス状電磁波の被検査物による伝播時間の差又は振幅の差を取得する信号処理手段と、上記の被検査物による伝播時間の差又は振幅の差を表示する情報処理手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするものである。
特許文献2に記載の標本検査装置は、テラヘルツ波の光線を発生するテラヘルツ波発生部と、前記テラヘルツ波発生部により発生されたテラヘルツ波を被検査物としての標本へと先導する光学系と、前記標本を透過または反射したテラヘルツ出力波を電気信号として検出する検出部と、前記検出部により検出された電気信号から分光スペクトルを求め、該分光スペクトルと、予め求められた前記標本に特有の成分による分光スペクトル(指紋スペクトル)とに基づいて、前記標本に異種もしくは異物が含まれているか否かを判定する判定部と、を具備するものである。

しかしながら、上述したような従来技術では、金属以外の異物、例えば、樹脂、炭化薬剤、毛髪などのすべてを必ずしも正確に検出できるとは限らなかった。また、特に、包装表面がPEやPPなどの樹脂シートで、包装裏面がアルミシートでできた薬剤容器内に封入された粉末の中の異物(とりわけ毛髪)を正確に検出可能か否かの検証やその検出のための最適条件の発見などがなされていなかった。
従来技術のこのような課題に鑑み、本発明の目的は、包装表面がPEやPPなどの樹脂シートで、包装裏面がアルミシートでできた薬剤容器内に封入された粉末の中の異物を正確に検出可能な、テラヘルツパルス波を用いた粉末中の異物検出装置および異物検出方法を提供することである。
上記目的を達成するため、本発明のテラヘルツパルス波を用いた粉末中の異物検出装置は、テラヘルツパルス波の大部分を透過させる第1部位と、テラヘルツパルス波を透過させずに反射する第2部位とを有する容器内に収納された粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出装置であって、テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振部と、この発振部から発せられた前記照射光を前記容器の前記第1部位に導くとともにこの容器から反射された反射光を集光する光学系と、この光学系によって集光された前記反射光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信部と、前記光学系によって前記照射光が導かれる前記第1部位上での位置を2次元に走査する走査機構と、前記受信部から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記容器内の前記粉末中の異物(の有無および種類など)を検出する演算部とを備えることを特徴とする。
ここで、前記第1部位は前記容器の第1面側で樹脂シートからなり、前記第2部位は前記容器の前記第1面側とは反対の第2面側でアルミシートからなってもよい。異物としては、例えば金属、樹脂のみならず毛髪も挙げられるが、これらに限られない。
このような構成の異物検出装置によれば、テラヘルツ波が前記容器の前記第1部位や封入される粉末をいずれも透過するものの、その粉末中に混入した異物での透過率は異なるため、その異物が金属や樹脂のみならずたとえ毛髪であっても、時間波形信号、テラヘルツ波反射画像、パワースペクトル、断層画像および周波数画像の1つ以上を組み合わせることでかなりの精度まで正確に検出することが可能となる。
また、本発明の異物検出装置において、前記テラヘルツパルス波の周波数は1THz以下が好ましい。
このような構成の異物検出装置によれば、前記容器に封入される粉末が医薬活性物質を含む薬剤であってもテラヘルツ波透過率が十分高いので、これらの粉末中に混入した異物の検出精度が向上する。
あるいは、本発明のテラヘルツパルス波を用いた粉末中の異物検出方法は、テラヘルツパルス波の大部分を透過させる第1部位と、テラヘルツパルス波を透過させずに反射する第2部位とを有する容器内に収納された粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出方法であって、テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振工程と、この発振工程で発せられた前記照射光を前記容器の前記第1部位に導くとともにこの容器から反射された反射光を集光し、そうして集光された前記反射光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信工程と、前記照射光が導かれる前記第1部位上での位置を2次元に走査する走査工程と、前記受信工程から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記容器内の前記粉末中の異物(の有無および種類など)を検出する演算工程とを含むことを特徴とする。

あるいは、本発明の異物検出装置は、粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出装置であって、テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振部と、この発振部から発せられた前記照射光を前記粉末に導くとともにこの粉末から反射された反射光および/またはこの粉末を透過した透過光を集光する光学系と、この光学系によって集光された前記反射光および/または前記透過光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信部と、前記光学系によって前記照射光が導かれる前記粉末上での位置を走査する走査機構と、前記受信部から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記粉末中の異物を検出する演算部とを備えることを特徴とする。
あるいは、本発明の異物検出方法は、粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出方法であって、テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振工程と、この発振工程で発せられた前記照射光を前記粉末に導くとともにこの粉末から反射された反射光および/またはこの粉末を透過した透過光を集光し、そうして集光された前記反射光および/または前記透過光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信工程と、前記照射光が導かれる前記粉末上での位置を走査する走査工程と、前記受信工程から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記粉末中の異物を検出する演算工程とを含むことを特徴とする。
このような構成の異物検出装置および異物検出方法によれば、たとえ粉末が容器内に収納されていなくても、テラヘルツ波がその粉末を透過や反射する際にその粉末中に混入した異物での透過率などが異なるため、その異物が金属や樹脂のみならずたとえ毛髪であっても、時間波形信号、反射画像、パワースペクトル、断層画像、および周波数画像の1つ以上を組み合わせることでかなりの精度まで正確に検出することが可能となる。
本発明のテラヘルツパルス波を用いた粉末中の異物検出装置および異物検出方法によれば、テラヘルツ波が前記容器の前記第1部位や封入される粉末をいずれも透過するものの、その粉末中に混入した異物での透過率は異なるため、その異物が金属や樹脂のみならずたとえ毛髪であっても、時間波形信号、テラヘルツ波反射画像、パワースペクトル、断層画像および周波数画像の1つ以上を組み合わせることでかなりの精度まで正確に検出することが可能となる。
なお、前記テラヘルツパルス波の周波数を1THz以下とした場合には、前記容器に封入される粉末が抗生物質などの医薬活性物質を含む薬剤であっても異物の検出精度が向上する。
以下、本発明の実施形態を、図面を参照して説明する。
<測定試料について>
まず、本発明によって異物検出を行う際の測定試料について説明しておく。測定試料としては、例えば、連通可能な隔離手段で区画された少なくとも2室を有するとともに、包装表面(第1面)の少なくとも一部がPEやPPなどの樹脂シート(第1部位)で、包装裏面(第2面)がアルミシート(第2部位)でできている薬剤容器20が挙げられる。
まず、本発明によって異物検出を行う際の測定試料について説明しておく。測定試料としては、例えば、連通可能な隔離手段で区画された少なくとも2室を有するとともに、包装表面(第1面)の少なくとも一部がPEやPPなどの樹脂シート(第1部位)で、包装裏面(第2面)がアルミシート(第2部位)でできている薬剤容器20が挙げられる。
この薬剤容器20には、例えば、1室にブドウ糖や乳糖、または抗生物質などの医薬活性成分を含む薬剤の粉末などが封入され、他の1室には溶解液が封入される。使用直前に外部から圧力を加えて両室を連通させることで、粉末が溶解液に溶けて薬液が得られる。
図1は、薬剤容器20の包装材や封入される粉末などのテラヘルツ波透過率の周波数特性を示すグラフである。ここでは、スルバクタムナトリウム1g(力価)およびアンピシリンナトリウム2g(力価)を組成とする薬剤の粉末が薬剤容器20に封入されたものを製剤Aといい、セフェピム塩酸塩水和物1g(力価)およびL-アルギニン0.72gを組成とする薬剤の粉末が薬剤容器20に封入されたものを製剤Bとする。
このグラフに示すように、この薬剤容器20の包装表面に用いられている樹脂シート(a)では入射波(IN)とほぼ同じ出力が得られており、測定を行ったテラヘルツ帯(~2THz)のほぼ全域にわたって高い透過性を有していることになる。
一方、薬剤容器20の包装裏面に用いられているアルミ(b)では、テラヘルツ波をほとんど透過させずに反射している。また、製剤A(c、c2)や製剤B(d)などの薬剤の粉末では、テラヘルツ帯の低周波成分(概ね1THz以下)を概ね透過させるが、周波数が高くなると透過率が次第に低下することがわかる。
これらのことから、テラヘルツ帯の低周波成分であれば、薬剤容器20の包装表面や封入される粉末をいずれも透過するので、粉末内部に混入した異物を検出できる可能性があることがわかった。
<異物検出装置10の構成>
図2は、本発明の一実施形態に係る異物検出装置10の概観図である。図3は、異物検出装置10における異物検出の原理を示す概略説明図である。図4(a)は測定試料の可視画像、図4(b)はテラヘルツ波反射画像、図4(c)は図4(b)中の実線に沿った断層画像、図4(d)は周波数画像をそれぞれ例示する画像である。図5は、時間分解マッピング画像からフーリエ変換による強度マッピング画像への変換処理の説明図である。図6は、時系列的に出力される信号(時間波形信号)を例示するグラフである。図7は、時系列的に出力される信号(時間波形信号)からフーリエ変換によって得られたパワースペクトルを例示するグラフである。

図2に示すように、この異物検出装置10は、テラヘルツパルス波を発生する発振器11と、この発振器11から発生されたテラヘルツパルス波の照射光L1を薬剤容器20などの測定試料上面に導くとともにこの測定試料から反射された反射光L2を集光する光学系12と、この光学系12によって集光された反射光L2に応じた電気信号を出力する受信器13と、光学系12によってテラヘルツパルス波の照射光L1が導かれる測定試料上面の位置を2次元に走査する走査機構14(詳細構造などは不図示)と、受信器13から出力される電気信号から得られた反射画像、断層画像および周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて薬剤容器20に封入された粉末の中の異物21の有無および種類などを検出する演算部15と、発振器11、受信器13、走査機構14および演算部15などの全体を制御する制御ユニット16とを備えている。
発振器11は、0.1~10THzの周波数を含むテラヘルツパルス波を発生するとともに、このテラヘルツパルス波の発生方向に設けられた半球レンズ11aでテラヘルツパルス波を屈折させる。
光学系12は、発振器11から発生されて半球レンズ11aによって屈折させられたテラヘルツパルス波を反射して方向を下向きに変えるハーフミラー12a、このハーフミラー12aによって方向を変えられたテラヘルツパルス波を集光した照射光L1を測定試料に導くとともにその測定試料からの反射光L2を屈折させる凸レンズ12bなどを有する。
ここで、図3に示すように、発振器11からの照射光L1は、薬剤容器20の表面20aの樹脂シートをほぼそのまま透過する(一部はわずかに反射して反射光L2の一部となる)。透過した照射光L1は、異物21の表面で一部が反射され(その反射光は後に表面20aを透過して反射光L2の一部となる)、別の一部が異物21に吸収され、残りが異物21によって回折されつつ透過する。そうして透過した残りの照射光L1は、薬剤容器20の裏面20bのアルミシートで反射され、さらに異物21を再び透過し、表面20aも透過して反射光L2の一部となる。
受信器13は、凸レンズ12bで屈折させられてハーフミラー12aを透過した反射光L2をその到来方向に設けられた半球レンズ13aで集光し、集光された反射光L2の強度に応じた電気信号を出力する。
走査機構14は、測定試料の位置を固定したままで、発振器11、光学系12および受信器13全体を測定試料が載置される平面に沿って直交するX方向およびY方向に移動させることで測定試料を2次元に走査できるように構成されている。ただし、必ずしも、発振器11、光学系12および受信器13全体を移動させなくてもよい。逆に、発振器11、光学系12および受信器13全体の各位置を固定したままで、測定試料をX方向およびY方向に移動させるように構成してもよい。
また、このような移動に代えて、光学系12の少なくとも一部の周期的駆動(例えばミラーを振るなど)によって走査を行うような構成にすれば、より高速な走査が可能となる。なお、この場合は、テレセントリック光学系を使用することが好ましい。
例えば、測定試料で薬剤などの粉末が存在する範囲を1mmまたはそれ以下の間隔で2次元に走査しながら反射光L2に応じた受信器13からの電気信号を時系列的に取得する。
演算部15は、走査機構14による2次元走査中に受信器13から時系列的に取得された電気信号(時間波形信号、例えば図6を参照)の絶対値を時間積算した値を各画素値とするテラヘルツ波反射画像(例えば図4(b)を参照)を得る。
また、テラヘルツパルス波のエコーも計測しておくことで、必要に応じて、反射画像の端部の任意の2点間を結ぶ直線に沿った断層画像(例えば図4(c)を参照)を算出することができる。
さらに、2次元走査に要する周期の間隔で時系列的に取得された時間画像、つまり、時間分解マッピング画像(時間波形:I(X,Y,t))に対してフーリエ変換を行ってパワースペクトル(例えば図7を参照)を得るとともに、強度マッピング画像も得る。この強度マッピング画像からは、任意の周波数画像(例えば図4(d)を参照)を抜き出すことが可能である。
そして、このようにして得られた時間波形信号(に対応した値)、反射画像、パワースペクトル、断層画像および周波数画像の少なくとも1つ以上を必要に応じて適宜組み合わせることによって、薬剤容器20内の粉末に含まれる異物を検出することが可能となる。
<測定画像の例>
(1)金属異物
図8(a)はこの金属異物が含まれる粉末を収納した薬剤容器および測定エリアを示す可視画像、図8(b)はテラヘルツ波反射画像、図8(c)~図8(g)は図8(b)中の各実線に沿った断層画像をそれぞれ例示する画像である。

これらの画像で示されるように、この金属異物はテラヘルツ波を反射するので、異物検出装置10によって検出可能である。
(2)樹脂異物:ポリスチレン
図9(a)はこの樹脂異物が含まれる粉末を収納した薬剤容器を示す可視画像、図9(b)はテラヘルツ波反射画像、図9(c)~図9(e)は図9(b)中の各実線に沿った断層画像をそれぞれ例示する画像である。

これらの画像で示されるように、この樹脂異物はテラヘルツ波に対する透過率が薬剤容器や粉末とは異なるので、異物検出装置10によって検出可能である。
(3)樹脂異物:シリコンゴム
図10(a)はこの樹脂異物が含まれる粉末を収納した薬剤容器を示す可視画像、図10(b)はテラヘルツ波反射画像、図10(c)~図10(e)は図10(b)中の各実線に沿った断層画像をそれぞれ例示する画像である。

(4)炭化薬剤
図11(a)はこの炭化薬剤が含まれる粉末を収納した薬剤容器を示す可視画像、図11(b)はテラヘルツ波反射画像、図11(c)および図11(d)は図11(b)中の各実線に沿った断層画像をそれぞれ例示する画像である。

これらの画像で示されるように、この炭化薬剤はテラヘルツ波に対する透過率が薬剤容器や粉末とは異なるので、異物検出装置10によって検出可能である。
(5)乳糖内の毛髪
図12(a)は毛髪の配置を示す可視画像、図12(b)はその上を厚さ3mmの乳糖で覆った状態の可視画像、図12(c)はテラヘルツ波反射画像、図12(d)は周波数画像(0.62THz)をそれぞれ例示する画像である。

図14(a)は図12(b)と同じ可視画像、図14(b)は図12(c)および図13(a)と同じテラヘルツ波反射画像、図13(c)~図13(i)はテラヘルツ波の周波数を0.1~0.8THzの範囲で変えて得られた各周波数画像をそれぞれ例示する画像である。
これらの画像で示されるように、図12(b)の可視画像では乳糖で覆われた毛髪はもちろん見えないが、図12(c)のテラヘルツ波反射画像では毛髪(矢印の先)が一定程度は視認できる。なお、破線で囲まれたところで円状に見えるものは、乳糖が球状に固まっているものだろうと考えられる。図12(d)の周波数画像は、図14(c)~図14(i)の中から毛髪が最も鮮明に見えると思われる図14(h)を選んだ結果であり、毛髪1本1本が識別可能と言える。
このように、乳糖内の毛髪はテラヘルツ波反射画像、断層画像および周波数画像に基づいて検出可能であり、この場合のテラヘルツ波の周波数の最適値は0.62THzということになる。
以上で説明した本実施形態の構成によれば、薬剤容器20内に封入された乳糖などの粉末の中の異物21が、金属や樹脂のみならずたとえ毛髪であっても、時間波形信号、テラヘルツ波反射画像、断層画像、パワースペクトルおよび周波数を適切に設定した周波数画像の1つ以上を組み合わせることでかなりの精度まで正確に検出することが可能となる。
<その他の実施形態>
上述の実施形態では、薬剤容器20内の粉末に含まれる異物の検出に適した異物検出装置10について説明したが、本発明はそのような構成に限らない。例えば、異物を含んでいる可能性がある粉末が各種薬剤容器に収容されていなくても、その粉末にテラヘルツパルス波を照射して、その粉末を透過した透過光やその粉末から反射された反射光のいずれか一方または両方を用いてもよい。
上述の実施形態では、薬剤容器20内の粉末に含まれる異物の検出に適した異物検出装置10について説明したが、本発明はそのような構成に限らない。例えば、異物を含んでいる可能性がある粉末が各種薬剤容器に収容されていなくても、その粉末にテラヘルツパルス波を照射して、その粉末を透過した透過光やその粉末から反射された反射光のいずれか一方または両方を用いてもよい。
そして、時間波形信号、テラヘルツ波反射画像、断層画像、パワースペクトルおよび周波数を適切に設定した周波数画像の1つ以上を組み合わせることで、粉末に含まれる異物を同様に検出することが可能となる。
なお、本発明は、その主旨または主要な特徴から逸脱することなく、他のいろいろな形で実施することができる。そのため、上述の実施形態はあらゆる点で単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈してはならない。本発明の範囲は特許請求の範囲によって示すものであって、明細書本文にはなんら拘束されない。さらに、特許請求の範囲の均等範囲に属する変形や変更は、全て本発明の範囲内のものである。
なお、この出願は、日本で2012年6月18日に出願された特願2012-137127号に基づく優先権を請求する。その内容はこれに言及することにより、本出願に組み込まれるものである。また、本明細書に引用された文献は、これに言及することにより、その全部が具体的に組み込まれるものである。

Claims (8)
- テラヘルツパルス波の大部分を透過させる第1部位と、テラヘルツパルス波を透過させずに反射する第2部位とを有する容器内に収納された粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出装置であって、
テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振部と、
この発振部から発せられた前記照射光を前記容器の前記第1部位に導くとともにこの容器から反射された反射光を集光する光学系と、
この光学系によって集光された前記反射光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信部と、
前記光学系によって前記照射光が導かれる前記第1部位上での位置を2次元に走査する走査機構と、
前記受信部から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記容器内の前記粉末中の異物を検出する演算部と
を備えることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の異物検出装置において、
前記第1部位は前記容器の第1面側で樹脂シートからなり、前記第2部位は前記容器の前記第1面側とは反対の第2面側でアルミシートからなることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の異物検出装置において、
前記テラヘルツパルス波の周波数は1THz以下であることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の異物検出装置において、
前記異物は毛髪であることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - テラヘルツパルス波の大部分を透過させる第1部位と、テラヘルツパルス波を透過させずに反射する第2部位とを有する容器内に収納された粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出方法であって、
テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振工程と、
この発振工程で発せられた前記照射光を前記容器の前記第1部位に導くとともにこの容器から反射された反射光を集光し、そうして集光された前記反射光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信工程と、
前記照射光が導かれる前記第1部位上での位置を2次元に走査する走査工程と、
前記受信工程から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記容器内の前記粉末中の異物を検出する演算工程と
を含むことを特徴とする異物検出方法。 - 請求項5に記載の異物検出方法において、
前記異物は毛髪であることを特徴とする異物検出方法。 - 粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出装置であって、
テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振部と、
この発振部から発せられた前記照射光を前記粉末に導くとともにこの粉末から反射された反射光および/またはこの粉末を透過した透過光を集光する光学系と、
この光学系によって集光された前記反射光および/または前記透過光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信部と、
前記光学系によって前記照射光が導かれる前記粉末上での位置を走査する走査機構と、
前記受信部から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記粉末中の異物を検出する演算部と
を備えることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 粉末中の異物を検出する異物検出方法であって、
テラヘルツパルス波を発生して照射光として発する発振工程と、
この発振工程で発せられた前記照射光を前記粉末に導くとともにこの粉末から反射された反射光および/またはこの粉末を透過した透過光を集光し、そうして集光された前記反射光および/または前記透過光に応じた信号を出力するとともにエコーも計測する受信工程と、
前記照射光が導かれる前記粉末上での位置を走査する走査工程と、
前記受信工程から時系列的に出力される時間波形信号に対応した値、前記時間波形信号を時間積算した値を各画素値とする反射画像、前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出されたパワースペクトル、前記エコーの計測結果から得られる断層画像、および前記時間波形信号をフーリエ変換によって算出された値を各画素値とする周波数画像の少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記粉末中の異物を検出する演算工程と
を含むことを特徴とする異物検出方法。
