- the operation of the air conditioner 20 is controlled.
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 acquires an annual target input by the user (step S11). For example, when the user inputs an annual target such as “1500 kwh”, the reference schedule creation unit 161 may acquire the value as an annual target. Further, the reference schedule creation unit 161 may set a value obtained by subtracting a predetermined margin (for example, 10%) from a value input by the user as an annual target. In addition, when the user inputs “previous year ⁇ 10%”, the reference schedule creation unit 161 may acquire a value obtained by subtracting 10% from the actual value of the annual power consumption of the previous year as an annual target.
- a predetermined margin for example, 10%

- the reference schedule creation unit 161 specifies the operating condition of the air conditioner 20 with the highest comfort (step S121).
- the operation condition of the air conditioner 20 with the highest comfort is the case where the air conditioner 20 is operated at a set temperature of 22 ° C. for the heating operation and 24 ° C. for the cooling operation.
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 refers to the average air temperature data 112 and the electric energy calculation reference table 114, and each day of the year when the air conditioner 20 is operated under the specified operation condition (set temperature). Is calculated (step S122).
- the predicted electric power consumption is obtained by assuming that the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature of each day of the year coincide with the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature indicated by the average temperature data 112.
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 calculates the total predicted power consumption for one year when the air conditioner 20 is operated under the specified operation condition by summing the calculated predicted power consumption for each day ( Step S123).
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 determines whether or not the obtained total predicted power consumption for one year is equal to or less than the annual target acquired in Step S11 (Step S124).
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 redesignates (changes) the operating conditions so that the predicted power consumption is reduced (step S125). For example, the reference schedule creation unit 161 performs setting changes such as lowering the previously set heating set temperature by 1 ° C. or raising the set cooling temperature by 1 ° C. on a day that meets a predetermined condition.
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 refers to a table that gives priority to each set of the outside air temperature and the set temperature of the air conditioner 20 as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B and is defined in this table.
- the days for redesignating the operating conditions may be selected in the order of priority. It should be noted that this priority order is preferably given in consideration of user comfort.
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 obtains the predicted power consumption on the day when the operating condition is redesignated (changed) (step S ⁇ b> 126), and uses the result to calculate the total predicted power usage for one year. The amount is obtained again (step S127). Then, the reference schedule creation unit 161 determines again whether or not the total predicted electric power consumption is equal to or less than the annual target value (step S124), and repeats the above processing until it becomes equal to or less than the annual target value.
- step S124 If the total predicted power consumption is less than or equal to the annual target value (step S124; Yes), a daily schedule that can achieve the target has been created, and the daily power consumption calculation process ends.
- the reference schedule creation unit 161 creates daily schedule data 115 in which the power consumption obtained in step S122 is used as the available power.
- the information is stored in the information storage unit 11 (step S13). This completes the reference schedule creation process.
- the operation schedule of the air conditioner 20 that can achieve the set annual target is created by the reference schedule creation process.
- the schedule created here is created based on the past average temperature data 112 and the like, and the weather forecast data for the current fiscal year has not yet been reflected.
- the schedule creation unit 16 executes a schedule update process.
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 of the schedule creation unit 16 updates the schedule of the air conditioner 20 for the latest three months based on the weather forecast data (three months) 141 stored in the weather forecast data storage unit 14.
- Schedule update processing (last 3 months) is executed (step S21).
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 refers to the daily schedule data 115 and obtains the usable electric energy for the latest three months (step S211).
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 compares the total amount of power used from the month in which the fiscal year starts (April) to the month before the current month with the total amount of usable power, and the total actual value is used. If the amount of available power is exceeded, the excess is subtracted from the total value obtained in step S211. In addition, when the total available electric energy exceeds the total actual value, the seasonal schedule update unit 162 adds the excess to the total value obtained in step S211 (step S212). The value obtained in step S212 becomes the target value of the usable electric energy of the air conditioner 20 for the latest three months.
- step S211 and step S212 the process of step S211 and step S212 is demonstrated.
- This figure is the figure which showed the relationship between the amount of electric power which can be used and the actual value from the beginning of the fiscal year (April) to each month.
- what is necessary is just to acquire the electric energy which can be used for each month from the daily schedule data 115, and a performance value from the performance data 113.
- the total available electric energy for the latest three months ie, June to August
- the total usable electric energy is 30 kwh
- the total actual value is 50 kwh. Therefore, in this case, since the total actual value exceeds 20 kwh from the total usable electric energy, 500 kwh obtained by subtracting the excess 20 kwh becomes the target value of the electric energy used by the air conditioner 20 in the latest three months.
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 corrects the average temperature of each day for the latest three months defined by the average temperature data 112 based on the weather forecast data (three months) 141 ( Step S213).
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 has a ratio of “low”, “normal”, and “high” in the temperature forecast for each month ( %) To obtain a correction value based on a predetermined rule, and correct the average temperature of each day for the last three months.
- a table as shown in FIG. 13 is stored in which the ratios of “low”, “normal”, and “high” in the temperature forecast of the weather forecast data (three months) 141 are associated with the correction values.
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 corrects the temperature of each day of August defined by the average temperature data 112 to a value obtained by subtracting 2 ° C.
- correction value difference + difference of difference / 2
- the “difference” in the above equation represents the difference in temperature compared to normal.
- the “difference” is calculated by multiplying the value obtained by subtracting the “low” value from the “high” value in the weather forecast by 0.025. However, the “difference” does not exceed the range of ⁇ 0.2 to +0.2. Also, the “difference of the difference” in the above expression represents how much the value of the “difference” is shifted. “Difference of difference” is calculated by the following equation.
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 uses the corrected average temperature data 112, and the daily available power amount that can achieve the target of the used power amount for the last three months obtained in step S ⁇ b> 212. Is obtained (step S214).
- This process may be performed by the same method as the daily power consumption calculation process shown in FIG. That is, the seasonal schedule update unit 162 first designates the operating condition of the air conditioner 20 having the highest comfort, refers to the corrected average temperature data 112 and the power consumption calculation reference table 114, and determines the latest 3 Find the total amount of electricity used for a month.
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 re-designates the operating condition so that the used electric energy is reduced if the obtained total used electric energy is not less than or equal to the target obtained in step S212, What is necessary is just to obtain
- the seasonal schedule update unit 162 reflects the daily available electric energy obtained in step S214 in the daily schedule data 115 (step S215). That is, this process updates the schedule for the most recent three months to the one reflecting the weather forecast data (three months) 141 in the annual schedule. This completes the schedule update process (the last three months).
- step S ⁇ b> 21 the monthly schedule update unit 163 determines the air conditioners for the most recent month based on the weather forecast data (1 month) 142.
- a schedule update process for updating 20 schedules (last one month) is executed (step S22).
- the monthly schedule update unit 163 refers to the daily schedule data 115 and obtains the amount of power that can be used in the most recent one month (step S221). The value obtained in this process becomes the target value of the power consumption of the air conditioner 20 for the most recent month.
- the monthly schedule update unit 163 corrects the average temperature of each day defined in the average temperature data 112 based on the weather forecast data (one month) 142 (step S222).
- the weather forecast data (one month) 142 shows the temperature forecasts in the ratio (%) of “low”, “normal”, and “high”, the schedule update process ( What is necessary is just to correct
- the monthly schedule update unit 163 obtains the daily usable electric energy that can achieve the target of the consumed electric energy for the most recent one month obtained in Step S221 from the corrected average temperature data 112 (Step S221). S223).
- This process may be performed by the same method as the daily power consumption calculation process shown in FIG.
- the monthly schedule update unit 163 reflects the daily available power amount obtained in step S223 in the daily schedule data 115 (step S224). That is, by this process, the schedule for the most recent one month in the annual schedule is updated to reflect the weather forecast data (one month) 142. This completes the schedule update process (last one month).
- step S ⁇ b> 22 the weekly schedule update unit 164 subsequently determines the air conditioner 20 for the latest one week based on the weather forecast data (one week) 143.
- the schedule update process (the latest one week) for updating the schedule is executed (step S23).
- the weekly schedule update unit 164 refers to the daily schedule data 115 and obtains the amount of power that can be used in the most recent week as a target (step S231). The value obtained in this process becomes the target value of the power consumption of the air conditioner 20 for the most recent one week.
- the weekly schedule update unit 164 corrects the average temperature of each day defined by the average temperature data 112 based on the weather forecast data (one week) 143 (step S232). As shown in FIG. 6C, in the weather forecast data (one week) 143, the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature of each day are indicated. Therefore, if the temperature of the average temperature data 112 is updated to the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature, Good.
- the weekly schedule update unit 164 obtains the daily usable electric energy that can achieve the target of the electric power consumption for the most recent one week obtained in step S231 from the corrected average temperature data 112 (step S233). ). This process may be performed in the same manner as the daily power consumption calculation process shown in FIG.
- the weekly schedule update unit 164 reflects the daily available electric energy obtained in step S233 in the daily schedule data 115 (step S234). That is, by this process, the schedule for the most recent one week in the annual schedule is updated to reflect the weather forecast data (one week) 143. This completes the schedule update process (the most recent week).
- step S23 when the schedule update process (most recent one week) (step S23) is completed, the schedule update unit 165 of the day continues operation of the air conditioner 20 on the day based on the weather forecast data (today) 144.
- a schedule update process (today) for updating the schedule is executed (step S24).
- the current day schedule update unit 165 refers to the daily schedule data 115 and acquires the available power amount for the current day (step S241). The value acquired by this process becomes the target value of the power consumption of the air conditioner 20 on that day.
- the current day schedule update unit 165 distributes the available electric energy acquired in step S241 to each time zone based on the daily temperature transition prediction indicated by the weather forecast data (current day) 144 (step S242). .
- the current day schedule update unit 165 may assign a weight to each time slot according to the predicted temperature and distribute the available power amount at a rate according to the weight.
- the current day schedule update unit 165 reflects the available power amount for each time zone obtained in step S242 in the current day schedule data 116 (step S243). That is, by this process, the schedule for the current day is updated to reflect the weather forecast data (the current day) 144 among the annual schedules. This completes the schedule update process (on the day).
- the operation schedule of the air conditioner 20 that can achieve the energy saving target is automatically set using a plurality of weather forecasts having different forecast periods. Create it automatically. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately create an operation schedule of the air conditioner 20 from the weather forecast. Moreover, the air conditioning management apparatus 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention can appropriately control the air conditioner 20 based on the created schedule.

Abstract
