Abstract
一种全自动自熟面条机,包括缸桶(1)、电机(2)和微电脑控制系统(3),电机的轴(21)与缸桶(1)内的拌刀旋转轴(4)连接,旋转轴上设有上层拌刀(5)和下层拌刀(6),下层拌刀刀面与缸桶底面形成一夹角(R),缸桶桶壁上设有中转进料口(7),中转进料口连接挤制腔(8),挤制腔内设有螺杆(9),操作简单,可以开发多种用途的对应设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种全自动制料联动装置。
背景技术
目前人们在完成物料的搅拌、 送料、 挤出、 成型一体化过程中, 往往工 艺繁多, 程序复杂, 控制系统庞大。 特别是对干粉状或粘稠状物品的加工过 程, 很多时候都需要人工的参与才能完成。 比如: 面条的加工和生产就是一 个很复杂的过程。 最原始的方法是由人工手动完成, 其程序是: 1、 拌面(水 面比例) ; 2、 搅面; 3、 揉面; 4、 饧面 (醒面) ; 5、 用擀面杖(和案板共 用)擀好面片; 6、 最后用刀切成面条, 以上六个步骤才能完成面条的加工。 加工十分复杂。 现在虽然有了可以代替人工生产面条的机械, 但大部分是整 体加工过程中的一部分机械化的工业化生产。 如: 搅面机、 和面机、压面机、 切面机等, 都是单一的功能性机械, 不能满足人们对整体生产的联动要求, 也不能满足面条的个性化要求, 而操作也必须是经过专业的技术员工才能完 成, 虽然有些小型面条机希望满足人们的个性化要求, 但也只是大型面条机 的小型版, 操作十分繁瑣, 更多的面条器械也只是解决了面条的成型问题, 从面粉投入到面条产出所包含的拌面、 搅面、 揉面并制成面团以及醒面等仍 然要手工完成。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足, 提供了一种全自动制料联动装置。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现: 一种全自动制料联动装 置, 其特征在于: 包括缸桶、 电机和微电脑控制系统, 电机的轴与缸桶内的 拌刀旋转轴连接, 旋转轴上设有上层拌刀和下层拌刀, 下层拌刀刀面与缸桶
底面形成一夹角, 缸桶桶壁上设有中转进料口, 中转进料口连接挤制腔, 挤 制腔内设有螺杆。
本发明的工作步骤:
A、 物料混合: 按物料组分比例分别加入缸桶, 首先电机正向转动, 带 动上层拌刀和下层拌刀旋转将物料搅拌混合, 下层拌刀刀面与缸桶底面形成 一定切削角度, 根据切削原理使缸桶底层的物料翻动到上层, 上层的拌刀釆 取平削方式,将翻上来的物料与上层的物料充分混合,经过一段时间的运转, 物料达到要求的混合状态;
B、 混料送料: 完成混合状态后, 微电脑控制系统根据程序让电机反转, 混合好的物料由拌刀的反向旋转被向下推动, 由于这时下层拌刀切削方向的 反转变成反角度, 向下推动物料, 物料通过中转进料口被推入挤制腔;
C、 物料挤压: 物料进入挤制腔被螺杆卷走, 根据卷绕推动摩擦力原理 推动向前, 同时在推动过程中被卷绕、 揉和, 物料搅拌更加均勾, 混合更加 完好(干性物料将会被强力推入磨棍部位研磨) ;
D、 成品定型: 推向前面的物料通过设定的模具成型为需要的式样(干 性物料会通过设定的 眼) 完成全过程。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:
1、 操作简单。 操作者只需要按比例将物料加入缸桶中, 并把缸桶盖紧, 开动按钮就可以完成搅拌一一送料一一揉压一一挤出一一成型的全过程;
2、 省时省力。 操作者只需要完成两个主要步骤: (1 )加入物料; (2 ) 换好需要的模具(干性物料会用设定的筛眼) ; (3 ) 启动按钮; 省去其他 繁瑣过程;
3、 满足人们个性化需求。 模具(干性物料会用设定的筛眼)是操作者 按需要选择, 物料的组成比例可以按个人的需求配备;
4、 可以开发多种用途的对应设备。 A、 更换不同的拌刀与转速可以在缸 桶完成不同的物料搅拌(或切碎) , 比如蔬菜的切碎、 肉块的破碎、 面团的 搅拌, 中药的破碎等, 生产出不同的对应设备; B、 更换不同的螺杆(或磨 棍)与转速可以完成不同的物料的推出 (或揉和、 磨制), 比如灌肠的灌制、
面条的挤出, 中药的研磨等, 生产出不同的对应设备。 c、 可以开发的设备 如: 面条机、 和面机、 绞肉机、 灌肠机、 豆浆机、 豆腐机、 制馅机、 拌酱机、 磨粉机等等。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述:
如图 1所示, 一种全自动制料联动装置, 其特征在于: 包括缸桶 1、 电 机 2和微电脑控制系统 3 , 电机的轴 21与缸桶内的拌刀旋转轴 4连接, 旋转 轴 4上设有上层拌刀 5和下层拌刀 6, 下层拌刀 6的刀面与缸桶 1底面形成 一夹角 R, 缸桶 1桶壁上设有中转进料口 7, 中转进料口 7连接挤制腔 8, 挤 制腔 8内设有螺杆 9。
本发明的工作步骤:
A、 物料混合: 按物料组分比例分别加入缸桶 1 , 首先电机 2正向转动, 带动上层拌刀 5和下层拌刀 6旋转将物料搅拌混合, 下层拌刀 6的刀面与缸 桶 1底面形成一定切削角度(如图 2所示 ) , 根据切削原理使缸桶 1底层的 物料翻动到上层(如图 3所示) , 上层拌刀 5釆取平削方式, 将翻上来的物 料与上层的物料充分混合,经过一段时间的运转,物料达到要求的混合状态;
B、 混料送料: 完成混合状态后, 微电脑控制系统 3根据程序让电机 1 反转, 混合好的物料由下层拌刀 6的反向旋转被向下推动, 由于这时下层拌 刀 6切削方向的反转变成反角度, 向下推动物料(如图 4所示) , 物料通过 中转进料口 Ί被推入挤制腔 8;
C、 挤压成型: 如图 5所示, 物料进入挤制腔 8被螺杆 9卷走, 根据卷 绕推动摩擦力原理推动向前, 同时在推动过程中被卷绕、 揉和, 物料搅拌更 加均匀, 混合更加完好 (干性物料将会被强力推入磨棍部位研磨) ;
D、 成品定型: 推向前面的物料通过设定的模具成型为需要的式样(干 性物料会通过设定的 眼) 完成全过程。
最后应说明的是: 上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例, 而 并非对实施方式的限定, 对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说, 在上述说明的 基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动, 这里无需也无法对所有的实 施方式予以穷举, 而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的 保护范围之中。
工业实用性
本发明的所有部件均可以通过机械加工方式制造, 因此, 其具有产业上 的可利用性。
