如图 1-图 5所示, 本实施例的吸热式油炸篮包括以用于盛放食 物用于炸制的油炸篮 1, 以便于移动和取放油炸篮的把手以及用于连 接油炸篮和把手的连接件, 其中把手和连接件的结构与现有结构相 似, 不再另外附图说明, 本实施例中所述的油炸篮 1包括底板 11及 固定于底板 11边缘并垂直于底板的侧壁 12, 本实施例中, 所述的底 板 11为圆形, 所述的侧壁为柱形, 所述的侧壁 12上设有吸风槽 13, 所述的底板 11上设有通风孔 14。 使用时, 由电机带动风叶转动把发 热管的热量传送到油炸篮,通过油炸篮的通气孔迅速将热量传送到油 桶, 从而缩短油炸时间, 节省油炸能耗。
为了便于清理, 防止食物粘连, 本实施例中, 所述的油炸篮 1表 面设有特氟龙涂层。
具体而言, 本实施例中所述的吸风槽 13包括一幵口及相对于侧 壁本体偏移一角度形成所述开口的吸风槽外壁 15。 经过试验, 为了 达到更好的传热效果, 所述的吸风槽外壁相对于侧壁偏移 30 , 在 实际生产中也可以根据实际需要选择其他的偏移角度。所述的吸风槽 外壁端部与侧壁本体之间通过小斜面 16连接。
