本实用新型的有益效果为: 本实用新型所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其 锅体包括有外隔热罩、 内隔热罩、 吸热式炸篮、 发热管、 固定侧壁以及收纳 底盘, 外隔热罩的进风口的上方装设有驱动电机, 外隔热罩与内隔热罩之间 装设有电机反风叶, 内隔热罩的下方装设有电机正风叶, 电机反风叶和电机 正风叶分别装设于驱动电机的动力输出轴, 内隔热罩和外隔热罩分别开设有 出风口, 发热管位于电机正风叶与吸热式炸篮之间, 吸热式炸篮的侧壁开设 有吸风槽, 吸热式炸篮的底部开设有通风孔, 固定侧壁呈 "U"形状, 固定 侧壁的开口处装设有可开合动作的门盖, 门盖设置有透视窗。 工作时, 吸热 式炸篮推入于固定侧壁的 U形槽内,门盖关闭,在电机正风叶的转动作用下, 吸热式炸篮外围的空气经通风孔和吸风槽进入至置物腔内, 经发热管加热的 热空气流在置物腔内循环流动并对食材进行煎炸处理, 高效且节能; 电机反 风叶所产生的气流对内隔热罩进行冷却处理, 进而有效地避免人员烫伤; 电 机反风叶所产生的冷却气流以及电机正风叶所产生的部分加热气流经由内隔 热罩和外隔热罩相应的出风口排出, 内隔热罩的出风口随气流排出水汽和脂 肪油; 在此过程中, 使用者可通过门盖的透视窗观察煎炸情况; 工作完成后, 门盖打开, 吸热式炸篮可轻松地拉出。 综合上述情况可知, 本实用新型具有 安全性能高、 节能环保、 使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本实用新型进行说明。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 6和图 7所示, 一种新型无油电炸锅, 包 括有锅体, 锅体包括有从上至下依次排布的外隔热罩 1、 内隔热罩 2、吸热式 炸篮 3以及收纳底盘 4, 外隔热罩 1的中间位置开设有进风口 11, 外隔热罩 1于进风口 11的上方装设有驱动电机 5,驱动电机 5的动力输出轴 51伸入于 进风口 11内并延伸至内隔热罩 2的下方,外隔热罩 1与内隔热罩 2之间装设 有往下吹风的电机反风叶 6, 内隔热罩 2的下方装设有往上吸风的电机正风 叶 7,电机反风叶 6和电机正风叶 7分别装设于驱动电机 5的动力输出轴 51, 内隔热罩 2和外隔热罩 1分别开设有出风口 21,吸热式炸篮 3成型有开口向 上的置物腔 31,吸热式炸篮 3的置物腔 31的正上方装设有位于电机正风叶 7 的下方的发热管 8, 吸热式炸篮 3的底部与收纳底盘 4间隔布置, 吸热式炸 篮 3的侧壁开设有吸风槽 32,吸热式炸篮 3的底部开设有通风孔 33 ;锅体设 置有呈 "U"形状的固定侧壁 9, 固定侧壁 9的开口处装设有可开合动作的门 盖 10, 门盖 10设置有透视窗 101,吸热式炸篮 3可水平横向推拉活动地嵌装 于固定侧壁 9的 U形槽内。
其中,外隔热罩 1于进风口 11的上方对应驱动电机 5装设有电机安装板 140, 驱动电机 5固定于电机安装板 140, 驱动电机 5为交流罩极电机。
本实用新型将吸热式炸篮 3设计成推拉式结构, 工作时, 吸热式炸篮 3 推入于固定侧壁 9的 U形槽内, 门盖 10关闭; 工作完毕时, 门盖 10打开, 吸热式炸篮 3从固定侧壁 9的 U形槽内被拉出。其中,本实用新型的门盖 10 设置有透视窗 101结构, 在本实用新型的工作过程中, 使用者可透过透视窗 101 观察煎炸情况。 本实用新型采用上述结构设计可以增强使用的便利性, 操作非常方便。
工作时, 驱动电机 5同时带动电机反风叶 6和电机正风叶 7转动, 电机 反风叶 6实现往下反向吹风, 电机正风叶 7实现往上吸风, 其中, 接通交流 电后驱动电机 5的动力输出轴 51可以达到每分钟 2000-3000转的转速,即可 以带动电机反风叶 6和电机正风叶 7实现每分钟 2000-3000转的转速。另夕卜, 电机反风叶 6和电机正风叶 7可以采用不锈钢板冲压而成, 电机正风叶 7设 计成旋涡状,在驱动电机 5的动力输出轴 51带动电机正风叶 7转动时, 电机 正风叶 7会产生吸力作用并使得吸热式炸篮 3外围的空气分别经由通风孔 33 和吸风槽 32进入至置物腔 31内。
外隔热罩 1作为本实用新型的锅体的最上层结构, 内隔热罩 2与外隔热 罩 1间隔布置, 内隔热罩 2与外隔热罩 1之间的空气层形成空气隔热层; 在 本实用新型工作过程中, 外隔热罩 1的温度较低, 即能够有效地避免人员烫 伤。 内隔热罩 2将上述空气隔热层与发热管 8隔开, 内隔热罩 2将电机反风 叶 6与电机正风叶 7分隔开并使得电机反风叶 6和电机正风叶 7分别位于相 互独立的两个空间内;在驱动电机 5的动力输出轴 51带动电机反风叶 6转动 时, 电机反风叶 6往下吹动气流,气流从外隔热罩 1的进风口 11进入至电机 反风叶 6的安置空间并最终经由外隔热罩 1的出风口 21排出, 电机反风叶 6 所产生的气流主要用于对温度较高的内隔热罩 2进行冷却处理, 进而防止内 隔热罩 2的温度过高而造成人员烫伤。
工作时, 发热管 8对内隔热罩 2与吸热式炸篮 3之间的空气进行加热处 理, 在电机正风叶 7 的转动作用下, 吸热式炸篮 3外围的空气经通风孔 33 和吸风槽 32进入至置物腔 31内, 热空气流在吸热式炸篮 3内循环流动并对 食材进行煎炸处理, 热空气流全方位 360度接触食材的表面, 高效且节能; 电机正风叶 7所产生的部分加热气流经由内隔热罩 2和外隔热罩 1相应的出 风口 21排出, 内隔热罩 2的出风口 21随气流排出水汽和脂肪油。
综合上述情况可知, 本实用新型具有安全性能高、 节能环保、 使用方便 的优点。 作为优选的实施方式, 如图 7所示, 吸风槽 32的其中一竖向边缘部设 置有相对吸热式炸篮 3的侧壁朝外偏移的导风壁 34; 导风壁 34主要用于引 导经由吸风槽 32进入至吸热式炸篮 3的置物腔 31内的气流流动。 在本实用 新型工作过程中,导风壁 34使得经由吸风槽 32进入至置物腔 31内的气流形 成旋涡状气流, 进而进一步地提高本实用新型的加热效果和煎炸效率。
作为优选的实施方式, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4以及图 6所示, 门盖 10包括有从内至外依次排布的固定盖板 102、活动盖板 103以及面盖板 104, 固定盖板 102装设于固定侧壁 9的开口处,面盖板 104装设于活动盖板 103, 面盖板 104、 活动盖板 103以及固定盖板 102分别开设有相互对齐的透视孔 105, 透视窗 101装设于面盖板 104的透视孔 105与活动盖板 103的透视孔 105之间; 活动盖板 103的下端部与固定盖板 102的下端部铰接, 固定盖板 102的上端部装设有与活动盖板 103配合的开关锁紧机构 110。
其中, 如图 3和图 4所示, 透视窗 101包括有从内至外依次排布的钢化 玻璃板 101a、 中间固定框 101b以及透明 PC板 101c, 钢化玻璃板 101a卡装 于中间固定框 101b, 中间固定框 101b螺装于活动盖板 103,透明 PC板 101c 卡装于中间固定框 101b与面盖板 104之间。
进一步的,如图 5和图 8所示,开关锁紧机构 110包括有活动摆杆 110a, 活动摆杆 110a包括有相互连接的锁紧杆端 110b和驱动杆端 110c, 锁紧杆端 110b与驱动杆端 110c的连接处与固定盖板 102铰接, 锁紧杆端 110b装设有 配重块 110d, 锁紧杆端 110b的末端部设置有向下延伸的锁杆 110e, 活动盖 板 103对应锁杆 110e开设有锁孔 103a; 当门盖 10关闭时, 锁杆 110e的下 端部嵌插于锁孔 103a内。 在门盖 10关闭的过程中, 活动盖板 103的上端部 顶推锁紧杆端 110b的锁杆 110e, 锁紧杆端 110b 向上摆动, 驱动杆端 110c 向下摆动;当门盖 10完全关闭时,锁杆 llOe嵌插于活动盖板 103的锁孔 103a 内,门盖 10不可随意地打开;当工作完毕后,使用者向下按压驱动杆端 110c, 锁紧杆端 110b向上翘起且锁杆 llOe退离活动盖板 103的锁孔 103a, 此时, 门盖 10可打开。
作为优选的实施方式, 固定侧壁 9包括有分别呈 "U"形状且相互间隔 布置的内隔热板 91和外隔热板 92, 内隔热板 91位于外隔热板 92的内侧, 内隔热板 91与外隔热板 92之间的间隙与内隔热罩 2与外隔热罩 1之间的间 隙连通。 内隔热板 91与外隔热板 92之间的间隙形成空气隔离层, 该空气隔 离层能够起到隔热作用并减缓内隔热板 91的热量传导至外隔热板 92的速度; 同时, 在电机反风叶 6的转动作用下, 内隔热板 91与外隔热板 92之间的热 空气通过外隔热罩 1的出风口 21排出。通过上述结构设计,本实用新型的外 隔热板 92的温度较低, 且能够有效地避免人员烫伤。
作为优选的实施方式, 如图 3和图 6所示, 内隔热板 91的内表面装设 有引导块 120, 引导块 120开设有朝内隔热板 91 的开口方向延伸的引导槽 120a, 吸热式炸篮 3的上端部设置有引导凸缘 35 ; 当吸热式炸篮 3推入于内 隔热板 91的 U形槽内时, 引导凸缘 35嵌插于引导槽 120a内。 引导块 120 的引导槽 120a与吸热式炸篮 3的引导凸缘 35配合并引导吸热式炸篮 3进行 推拉式活动。
作为优选的实施方式, 如图 2和图 4所示, 外隔热罩 1的上方配装有排 气道 130, 排气道 130盖装于外隔热罩 1的出风口 21位置, 排气道 130成型 有排气孔 130a, 排气孔 130a分别与外隔热罩 1的出风口 21以及内隔热罩 2 的出风口 21连通。 本实用新型的排气道 130主用用于引导气流流动, 其中, 排气道 130的排气孔 130a与内隔热罩 2的出风口 21连通并形成排热风通道, 排气道 130的排气孔 130a与外隔热罩 1的出风口 21连通并形成排冷风通道。
作为优选的实施方式, 如图 3所示, 发热管 8呈平面螺旋状; 本实用新 型采用平面螺旋状的发热管 8可以增加空气流与发热管 8的接触面积, 进而 提供加热效率。

(4), 外隔热罩 (1) 的中间位置开设有进风口 (11), 外隔热罩(1)于进风 口 (11) 的上方装设有驱动电机(5), 驱动电机(5) 的动力输出轴 (51)伸 入于进风口 (11) 内并延伸至内隔热罩 (2) 的下方, 外隔热罩 (1) 与内隔 热罩 (2) 之间装设有往下吹风的电机反风叶 (6), 内隔热罩 (2) 的下方装 设有往上吸风的电机正风叶 (7), 电机反风叶 (6) 和电机正风叶 (7) 分别 装设于驱动电机 (5) 的动力输出轴 (51), 内隔热罩 (2) 和外隔热罩 (1) 分别开设有出风口 (21), 吸热式炸篮 (3) 成型有开口向上的置物腔 (31), 吸热式炸篮 (3) 的置物腔 (31) 的正上方装设有位于电机正风叶 (7) 的下 方的发热管 (8), 吸热式炸篮 (3) 的底部与收纳底盘 (4) 间隔布置, 吸热 式炸篮(3) 的侧壁开设有吸风槽(32), 吸热式炸篮(3) 的底部开设有通风 孔 (33); 锅体设置有呈 "U"形状的固定侧壁 (9), 固定侧壁 (9) 的开口 处装设有可开合动作的门盖(10), 门盖(10)设置有透视窗(101), 吸热式 炸篮 (3) 可水平横向推拉活动地嵌装于固定侧壁 (9) 的 U形槽内。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述吸 风槽(32)的其中一竖向边缘部设置有相对所述吸热式炸篮(3)的侧壁朝外 偏移的导风壁 (34)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述门 盖(10)包括有从内至外依次排布的固定盖板(102)、 活动盖板(103) 以及 面盖板 (104), 固定盖板 (102) 装设于所述固定侧壁 (9) 的开口处, 面盖 板 (104) 装设于活动盖板 (103), 面盖板 (104)、 活动盖板 (103) 以及固 定盖板 (102) 分别开设有相互对齐的透视孔 (105), 透视窗 (101) 装设于 面盖板 (104) 的透视孔 (105) 与活动盖板 (103) 的透视孔 (105) 之间; 活动盖板(103)的下端部与固定盖板(102)的下端部铰接, 固定盖板(102) 的上端部装设有与活动盖板 (103) 配合的开关锁紧机构 (110)。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述透 视窗(101)包括有从内至外依次排布的钢化玻璃板(101a)、中间固定框(101b) 以及透明 PC板 (101c), 钢化玻璃板 (101a) 卡装于中间固定框 (101b), 中间固定框 (101b) 螺装于所述活动盖板 (103), 透明 PC板 (101c) 卡装 于中间固定框 (101b) 与面盖板 (104) 之间。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述开 关锁紧机构 (110) 包括有活动摆杆 (110a), 活动摆杆 (110a) 包括有相互 连接的锁紧杆端 (110b)和驱动杆端 (110c), 锁紧杆端 (110b) 与驱动杆端
(110c) 的连接处与所述固定盖板(102)铰接, 锁紧杆端 (110b)装设有配 重块 (110d), 锁紧杆端 (110b) 的末端部设置有向下延伸的锁杆 (110e), 所述活动盖板 (103)对应锁杆 (llOe)开设有锁孔 (103a); 当所述门盖 (10) 关闭时, 锁杆 (llOe) 的下端部嵌插于锁孔 (103a) 内。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述固 定侧壁 (9)包括有分别呈 "U"形状且相互间隔布置的内隔热板 (91) 和外 隔热板 (92), 内隔热板 (91) 位于外隔热板 (92) 的内侧, 内隔热板 (91) 与外隔热板 (92) 之间的间隙与所述内隔热罩 (2) 与所述外隔热罩 (1) 之 间的间隙连通。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述内 隔热板(91) 的内表面装设有引导块(120), 引导块(120)开设有朝内隔热 板 (91) 的开口方向延伸的引导槽 (120a), 所述吸热式炸篮 (3) 的上端部 设置有引导凸缘 (35); 当吸热式炸篮 (3) 推入于内隔热板 (91) 的 U形槽 内时, 引导凸缘 (35) 嵌插于引导槽 (120a) 内。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述外 隔热罩 (1)的上方配装有排气道(130), 排气道 (130)盖装于外隔热罩 (1) 的出风口 (21)位置, 排气道(130) 成型有排气孔 (130a), 排气孔(130a) 分别与外隔热罩 (1) 的出风口 (21) 以及内隔热罩 (2) 的出风口 (21) 连 通。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述发 热管 (8) 呈平面螺旋状。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的一种新型无油电炸锅, 其特征在于: 所述外 隔热罩 (1) 于进风口 (11) 的上方对应所述驱动电机 (5) 装设有电机安装 板 (140), 驱动电机 (5) 固定于电机安装板 (140), 驱动电机 (5) 为交流 罩极电机。
