背景技术
空气炸锅,是使用高速空气循环技术,并且将快速循环热空气和内部螺旋形纹路的独特结合从而使烹饪效果达到油炸食物的效果和口感。也就是加热时候会在锅体内产生高温的热风而使食物表面形成酥脆的表层,锁住食材内部的水分,达到普通油炸食品又香又脆的口感。
传统的空气油炸锅只能油炸食物,功能单一。
因此,需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种具有烤箱及炒锅功能的多功能空气炸锅,其具有传统空气炸锅油炸食物的功能,也具有烘烤食物的功能,更具有炒食物的功能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种具有烤箱及炒锅功能的多功能空气炸锅,包括主机,所述主机内分隔设置有电器腔和烹饪腔,电器腔内设有控制组件和主发热组件,所述主机的前部对应烹饪腔开设有开口,该开口上铰接有门体组件;所述烹饪腔的左右两侧壁设有用于承载烹饪器具的若干层抽拉槽,所述烹饪器具包括烤架、烤盘和炒锅,它们可单独或组合安装在抽拉槽上;所述炒锅包括锅体和与其可拆卸的搅拌头,烹饪腔底部设有驱动机构,炒锅安装在抽拉槽位时,驱动机构可与搅拌头传动连接。
所述主发热组件包括风扇组件和主发热管,风扇组件在烹饪锅内部产生自上而下的热风气流。
所述烹饪腔的底部设有副发热组件。
所述副发热组件为副发热管,烹饪腔的底部对应副发热管的位置设有凹腔,副发热管凹设在凹腔内。

通过采用了上述的技术方案,空气炸锅功能不再单一,除了具有传统空气炸锅油炸食物的功能,还具有烘烤食物的功能及炒食物的功能。消费者更乐意选用这种具有烤箱及炒锅功能的多功能空气炸锅。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图4,本具有烤箱及炒锅功能的多功能空气炸锅,包括主机1,所述主机1内分隔设置有电器腔11和烹饪腔12,电器腔11内设有控制组件12和主发热组件,所述主机1的前部对应烹饪腔12开设有开口,该开口上铰接有门体组件14;所述烹饪腔12的左右两侧壁设有用于承载烹饪器具 的若干层抽拉槽15(本实施例共两层),所述烹饪器具包括烤架20、烤盘21和炒锅,它们可单独或组合安装在抽拉槽15上。
为了能够使炒锅获得动力,能够实现在炒锅里面炒食物的功能,烹饪腔12内采用以下技术方案,如图7和8所示,所述炒锅包括锅体22和与其可拆卸的搅拌头23,烹饪腔12底部设有驱动机构,炒锅安装在抽拉槽位15时,驱动机构可与搅拌头23传动连接。
通过承载不同的烹饪器,本发明能够具能够具备不同的功能。如:把烤盘21插入抽拉槽15内时(即其承载烤盘21时),能够具有油炸食物的功能,把烤架20插入抽拉槽15时(即其承载烤架20时),能够具有烘烤食物的功能,把炒锅插入抽拉槽15时(即其承载炒锅时),能够具有炒食物的功能,本领域的技术人员均可理解。其承载烤架20时,还可以同时承载烤盘21,烤盘21置于烤架20的下方能够充当接油盘使用,即烤架20、烤盘21分别插入高、低层的抽拉槽15时,如图7和8所示。
另外,当油炸食物的量较多时,还可以拆下炒锅内的搅拌头23,容积较大的锅体22可以充当油炸容器,此时可以盛放更多容量的食物,能够一次性油炸更多食物,使用更加方便。当然,本实施例的锅体22为低容量锅体,其插入低层的抽拉槽15使用即可。
进一步地,所述主发热组件包括风扇组件13和主发热管16,风扇组件13在烹饪锅12内部产生自上而下的热风气流,主发热组件可采用常规空气炸锅内使用的主发热组件形式,通用性能高,有效降低企业开发成本。
