一、 两个门同开同关
该种处理方式的优点是, 存款用户不会误把钞票放置于机芯小门上, 无须对小门上有现金的情况进行技术处理, 但是其缺点也很明显:
第一, 由于两个门都要开关, 整个开关门耗时势必会长一些, 影响交 易速度。 小门轻巧, 开关时间比较短, 一般 1~2秒。 但外大门由于体积大, 质量重, 开关耗时就长一些, 少则 2~4秒, 多则 6~8秒, 这样就严重影响 交易速度。 举个例子: 客户存 5000元, 分 5次存, 需要开关 5次门, 按耗 时长的外大门开关时间算, 光开关门就耗时 20~40秒。
第二, 频繁开关笨重的外大门, 将会减少外大门使用寿命。

二、 两个门不同时开关 该种方式的技术处理是: 一个交易周期,客户第一笔存款两个门都开, 后续存款只开关小门, 交易结束关外大门。
其优点是提高了交易速度, 客户进行多笔存款, 第一笔存款同时打开 外大门和小门, 后面的存款只开关小门, 不开关外大门, 外大门一直处于 开的状态, 直到交易结束才关外大门。 这样不用多次开关外大门, 就节省 了开关外大门的延长时间, 提高了交易速度。 例如, 客户存 5000元, 分 5 次存,需要开关 5次门。第一次开门以耗时长的外大门开关时间算 3~6秒, 后面 4次只开关小门需要 4~16秒, 总共需要 7~22秒, 较两个门同开同关 的处理方式节省了将近一半时间。

进一步, 根据本发明的一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法, 通过 判断最近已处理完的业务是否存取款业务, 由于存取款业务涉及到现金操 作, 从而有可能导致机芯小门上残留有钞票, 因而在下次业务之前, 需要 对小门上可能存在的钞票进行处理。
进一步, 根据本发明的一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法, 所述 的自助拒员机会把小门上可能存在的钞票进行回收处理, 其处理方法是: 当任何一笔存款或者取款业务结束时, 在下一笔业务开始之前, 通过自助 终端控制系统, 在外大门保持关闭状态下, 发起指令抖动小门多次, 这样 小门上如果残留有钞票, 就会跌落入机芯, 机芯检测到有钞票跌落, 就会 发起回收钞票指令, 从而把残留在小门上的钞票有效回收, 并在账目上记 录为上一次取款用户的长款, 这样就可以防止该用户的资金丟失, 达到保 障用户资金的安全有益效果。
进一步, 根据本发明的一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法, 机芯 抖动就是开小门, 并延时关闭小门, 抖动 1到 5次即可。
进一步, 根据本发明的一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法, 通过 抖小门, 对小门上可能存在的钞票进行回收, 其时机是在一个用户的现金 交易结束到下一用户的交易开始之前, 可在每一个用户进行现金交易结束 后立即抖动回收处理一次, 并把回收的现金和该用户帐务关联起来; 在每 一个加钞周期的第一笔现金交易前进行抖动回收处理一次, 回收的现金将 是未定的。
参照图 2, 为本发明提供的一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法在 一个交易周期多笔存款的业务结束后的处理流程:
一个交易周期, 客户第一笔存款两个门都开, 后续存款只开关小门, 外大门一直处于打开状态, 交易结束关外大门, 由于客户在存款过程中有 可能将钞票遗落在机芯小门的盖上, 所以在一个交易周期结束后, 自助拒 员机会自动的进行把小门上可能存在的钞票进行回收的处理。 详细步骤如 下:
1 ) ATMC允许进卡 /进折 /放非接卡或等待无卡存款, 同时播放广告等。
2 )客户插卡 /插折 /放非接卡后, 读取卡号或账号; 客户无卡存款, 输 入卡号或账号。
3 )插卡 /插折 /放非接卡, 界面显示存款、 取款、 查询、 转账、 改密、 退出等功能; 无卡存款, 界面显示存款、 退出等功能。 客户选择存款功能, 进行存款交易。
4 ) ATMC执行开始存款( CashlnStart )指令, 进行存款前的预处理。 5 ) ATMC执行开门 (OpenShutter )指令, 打开机芯小门。 如果外大 门处于关闭状态, 则打开外大门; 如果外大门处于打开状态, 则不操作外 大门。 界面提示客户进行放钞操作。
6 )客户放钞 ( Insert ), 客户选择确认, 表示钞票已放入。
7 ) ATMC执行关门 ( CloseShutter )、 点钞( Cashln )指令, 关闭机芯 小门, 验钞。 验钞成功, 真钞送到暂存区, 假钞或残钞送到出钞口作为拒 钞。
8 ) 出钞口有拒钞, ATMC执行开门 (OpenShutter )指令, 打开机芯 小门, 提示客户拿走出钞口的拒钞。 当客户拿走拒钞(Taken ) , ATMC执 行关门 (CloseShutter )指令, 关闭机芯小门。 这个时间点一些客户由于不 熟悉操作流程, 往往会误将拒钞放到机芯小门的盖上。
9 )界面显示继续放钞、 结束放钞功能。 客户选择继续放钞功能, 则流 程跳转到 5 )。
10 )界面显示确认存款、 取消存款功能。
11 )客户选择确认存款功能, ATMC执行压钞(CashlnEnd )指令, 将 钞票从暂存区送到存款箱或循环箱或回收箱。
12 )客户选择取消存款功能, ATMC执行退钞(Rollback )指令, 将 钞票从暂存区送到出钞口。 ATMC执行开门 (OpenShutter )指令, 打开机 芯小门, 提示客户拿走出钞口的退钞。 当客户拿走退钞(Taken ) , ATMC 执行关门 (CloseShutter)指令, 关闭机芯小门。
13)客户退卡 /退折(Eject Card), 现金交易结束; 客户拿走非接, 现 金交易结束; 客户退出无卡存款, 现金交易结束。
14) ATMC执行关门(CloseShutter)指令, 关闭外大门、 开小门、 延时 关闭小门。 有钞票抖落到存取钞口, ATMC执行回收(Retract)指令, 将 回收的金额与当前账户存储关联, 保障用户资金的安全。
15) 流程跳转到 1)进入下一个交易周期。
参照图 3, 为本发明提供的一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法在 一个交易周期多笔取款业务结束后的处理流程:
一个交易周期, 客户第一笔取款两个门都开, 后续取款只开关小门, 外大门一直处于开状态, 交易结束关外大门。 由于客户在取款过程中有可 能将钞票遗落在机芯小门的盖上, 所以在一个交易周期结束后, 自助拒员 机会自动的进行把小门上可能存在的钞票进行回收的处理。详细步骤如下: 1 ) ATMC允许进卡 /进折 /放非接卡, 同时播放广告等。
2)客户插卡 /插折, 读取卡号或账号; 客户放非接卡, 直接读取卡号;
3)界面显示存款、 取款、 查询、 转账、 改密、 退出等功能户选择取款 功能, 进行取款交易。
4) ATMC执行取款(Dispense)指令, 将钞票从钞箱挖出, 送到暂存 区。
5 ) ATMC执行送钞(Present)指令, 打开机芯小门。 如果外大门处于 关闭状态, 则打开外大门; 如果外大门处于打开状态, 则不操作外大门。 将钞票从暂存取送到出钞口。 提示客户拿走钞票。
6) 当客户拿走钞票(Taken) ,ATMC执行关门 (CloseShutter)指令, 关闭机芯小门。
7)界面继续显示存款、 取款、 查询、 转账、 改密、 退出等功能, 客户 选择取款功能, 则流程跳转到 4)进行继续取款交易。
8)客户退卡 /退折 (Eject Card), 现金交易结束; 客户拿走非接, 现金 交易结束; 9 ) ATMC执行关门(CloseShutter)指令, 关闭外大门、 开小门、 延时关 闭小门。 有钞票抖落到存取钞口, ATMC执行回收(Retract )指令, 将回 收的金额与当前账户存储关联, 保障用户资金的安全。
10 ) 流程跳转到 1 )进入下一个交易周期。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离 本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和变动, 这些改进和变动也视 为本发明的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 检测模块, 该模块设置在存取款口, 在抖动并关闭机芯小门时, 用于 检测是否有钞票跌落入存取款口;
判断处理模块, 对交易类型进行判断, 当一笔涉及现金操作的交易结 束时, 向执行模块发出抖动小门指令; 当有钞票跌落入存取款口, 向机芯 发起回收钞票指令;
执行模块, 该模块为机芯小门, 电机驱动下打开机芯小门, 使小门上 可能残留的钞票跌落入机芯;
存储模块, 该模块负责对回收的钞票张数和回收结果进行存储, 以方 便自助服务该加钞周期的清钞和对账;
控制模块, 该模块控制以上各模块的相互交互。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的装置,其特征 在于, 所述检测模块包括钞票跌落小门内检测单元和大门开关状态检测单 元。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的装置,其特征 在于, 所述判断处理模块包括业务类别判断单元和业务结束判断单元。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的装置,其特征 在于, 所述执行模块包括钞票回收执行单元、 关外大门执行单元和抖小门 执行单元。
5、 一种保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步 骤:
S1 )判断交易是否涉及现金业务, 是则执行步骤 S2, 否则终止; S2 )抖动机芯小门并检测是否有钞票落入, 是则执行步骤 S3 , 否则终 止;
S3 )执行钞票回收处理。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法,其特征 在于还包括如下步骤:
S4 )将回收的现金和最近一次交易用户帐务关联起来, 记录为上一次 现金业务用户的存款。
7、根据权利要求 5所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法,其特征 在于, 所述涉及现金业务仅为存款业务或 /和取款业务。
8、根据权利要求 5所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法,其特征 在于, 所述回收处理须在每一个用户进行现金交易结束后, 在自助终端的 下一次业务之前进行。
9、根据权利要求 5所述的保障自助终端用户资金安全的方法,其特征 在于,
所述抖动机芯小门就是打开小门, 并延时关闭小门。
