Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle brake control device and a brake control method.
- Patent Document 1 discloses an electric vehicle that stabilizes vehicle behavior during regenerative braking by performing regenerative cooperative control in combination with a master cylinder provided on the upstream side and a brake actuator provided on the downstream side. A control apparatus is disclosed.
- the regenerative torque is determined so that the braking torque distribution of the regenerative braking wheels is not excessive, and the friction brake torque is calculated so as to compensate for the shortage of the regenerative torque with respect to the target braking torque.
- Regenerative cooperative control is performed by controlling the brake actuator.
- the upstream brake pressure by the master cylinder and the downstream brake pressure by the brake actuator cannot be optimized according to the state of the vehicle, and therefore high brake performance cannot be exhibited.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its main purpose is to realize regenerative cooperative control capable of exhibiting high brake performance.
- a brake control device is mounted on a vehicle including a pair of driving wheels and a pair of non-driving wheels.
- a vehicle on which the brake control device is mounted is provided corresponding to each of the driving wheel and the non-driving wheel, and a plurality of braking devices that apply braking force by brake hydraulic pressure to each wheel, and each braking device
- a master cylinder that generates a common brake upstream pressure
- a brake actuator that individually generates a brake downstream pressure for each brake device based on the brake upstream pressure
- a regenerative braking unit that performs regenerative braking on the drive wheels With.
- the brake control device reduces the brake downstream pressure for each brake device corresponding to the drive wheel from the brake upstream pressure and sets the brake downstream pressure for each brake device corresponding to the non-drive wheel to the brake upstream.
- the brake upstream pressure and the brake downstream pressure are controlled so as to be higher than the pressure.
- a brake control method includes a pair of driving wheels and a pair of non-driving wheels, and is provided corresponding to each of the driving wheels and the non-driving wheels.
- a plurality of brake devices that apply braking force, a master cylinder that generates a common brake upstream pressure for each brake device, and a brake that individually generates a brake downstream pressure for each brake device based on the brake upstream pressure
- the present invention is applied to a vehicle including an actuator, a regenerative braking unit that performs regenerative braking on the drive wheels, and a brake control device that controls the brake upstream pressure and the brake downstream pressure.
- the brake control device controls the brake upstream pressure and the brake downstream pressure so that the brake downstream pressure for each brake device corresponding to the drive wheel is reduced more than the brake upstream pressure. Then, the brake downstream pressure for each brake device corresponding to the non-driven wheel is increased more than the brake upstream pressure.
