- the environmental temperature air temperature
- the actual temperature in the tank is ⁇ 40 ° C.
- the indicated value of the temperature sensor is 85 ° C. (ie, the temperature sensor Is + 125 ° C. drift).
- the hydrogen station supplies the hydrogen gas to the tank by adjusting the supply speed (pressure) of the hydrogen gas so that the indicated value of the temperature sensor does not rise to 85 ° C. or higher.
- hydrogen gas is filled into the tank up to the filling pressure assumed when the temperature in the tank is 85 ° C. However, since the actual temperature in the tank is -40 ° C, it is overfilled. (The filling rate is 100% or more). Furthermore, if the vehicle moves to a place where the environmental temperature is 65 ° C. after the completion of filling, for example, the pressure in the tank may rise rapidly and exceed the allowable pressure in the tank.

That is, if the true value of the temperature of the hydrogen gas in the tank 22 is A, the allowable range of the indicated value of the first temperature sensor 41 is from (AX) to (A + X).
- the second temperature sensor 42 is used as a reference sensor for determining abnormality of the first temperature sensor 41. - control apparatus 28 performs the process of step S61 again after setting the value of the index n which shows the frequency
- the control device 28 sequentially transmits information (temperature information) indicating the temperature of the hydrogen gas in the tank 22 to the control device 16. Upon receiving this temperature information, the control device 16 adjusts the supply speed (pressure) of the hydrogen gas so that the indicated value of the first temperature sensor 41 does not rise above 85 ° C., and supplies the hydrogen gas to the tank 22. Supply.
- the control device 28 and the control device 16 communicate with each other in this manner, so that the hydrogen gas can be quickly filled into the tank 22 while suppressing an increase in the temperature of the hydrogen gas.
- step S61 If it is determined in step S61 that the absolute value of the sensor temperature difference is larger than (X + Y), that is, if there is a possibility that a drift has occurred, the controller 28 determines that the index n is The value is incremented (step S64). Note that the value of the index n is initialized to “0” in advance before the process of step S60 is performed.
- control device 28 determines whether or not the number of times that the drift is continuously detected exceeds a predetermined number N set in advance (step S65).
- N is set to 1 or more.
- step S61 If the value of the index n is less than N, the control device 28 executes the process of step S61 again.
- the control device 28 causes the first temperature sensor 41 to drift. By displaying on the display device 27 that it has occurred or prompting the first temperature sensor 41 to be repaired, this is notified to the driver of the vehicle 20 (step S66).
- control apparatus 28 does not permit communication filling by the gas station 10. Specifically, the control device 28 disables transmission of the temperature information of the first temperature sensor 41 from the communication device 26 to the communication device 15 in a state where the receptacle 25 and the nozzle 13 are connected, and communication is performed. Instruction information for disallowing filling is transmitted to the communication device 15 (step S67). Thereby, for example, only non-communication fueling based on the standard of “SAE-J2601” is possible.
- steps S61 to S65 described above are repeatedly executed until a negative determination is made in step S65 or until a predetermined time elapses in advance.
- the gas filling system simply detects whether or not there is a drift in the first temperature sensor 41 that measures the temperature in the tank 22 of the vehicle 20 on the vehicle 20 side. can do.
- drift occurs in the first temperature sensor 41, it is possible to disallow hydrogen gas filling based on the temperature information of the first temperature sensor 41.
- the gas filling system performs communication filling based on the indicated value of the first temperature sensor 41 in the tank 22 on the gas station 10 side before the filling by the gas station 10 is started. It is possible to instruct whether or not to adopt other filling methods.

- the drift amount allowed for the second temperature sensor 44 is ⁇ Y.
- the temperature sensor installed in the valve assembly 29 of the tank 22 can be omitted.
- the calculation unit 52 of the control device 28 calculates the difference between the indicated value of the first temperature sensor 43 that one tank 22a has and the indicated value of the second temperature sensor 44 that the other tank 22b has. The sensor temperature difference is calculated.
- the determination unit 53 of the control device 28 determines the temperature acquired by the first temperature sensor 43 of one tank 22a on condition that the absolute value of the sensor temperature difference is equal to or less than the drift determination value (X + Y). Information can be transmitted from the communication device 26 to the communication device 15, and the first temperature sensor 43 of one tank 22a is provided on condition that the absolute value of the sensor temperature difference is larger than the drift determination value (X + Y).
