前記記憶手段に記憶された情報に対し優先順位を付与する優先順位付与手段と、 を有しているとともに、
前記移動体通信装置は前記車両異常状態検出手段により車両の異常状態が検出された後に前記付与された優先順位に基づいて情報を前記受信装置に送信するようになっていて、
さらに前記受信装置は受信した情報に基づいて前記車両の異常状態を推定する車両異常状態推定手段を備えている通信管理システム。 - 請求項15に記載の通信管理システムにおいて、
前記受信装置は通信基地局に設けられている通信管理システム。 - 請求項16に記載の通信管理システムにおいて、
前記移動体通信装置は前記車両異常状態検出手段によって車両異常状態が検出された時に前記情報を送信するものである通信管理システム。 - 請求項15に記載の通信管理システムにおいて、
前記受信装置は他の情報に基づく処理に比べて前記移動体通信装置より送られた情報について優先的に処理するものである通信管理システム。 - 請求項15に記載の通信管理システムにおいて、
前記移動体通信装置は前記車両異常状態検出部によって車両異常状態が検出された時に前記情報を送信するものである通信管理システム。 - 請求項15に記載の通信管理システムにおいて、
前記移動体通信装置は間欠的に情報を送信するものである通信管理システム。
