Description
本発明者は、「背景技術」の欄において記載した、個人のデータと公開するデータとを分けて管理する方法に関し、以下の問題が生じることを見出した。
ここでは、本発明の実施の形態として、本発明に係るナビゲーションシステム10について図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1は、本発明に係るナビゲーションシステム10の全体構成を示す図である。ナビゲーションシステム10は、情報端末100、ナビゲーション装置200、検索サーバ300、およびシステムサーバ400から構成される。なお、情報端末100と検索サーバ300とはネットワーク500により接続され、情報端末100とシステムサーバ400とはネットワーク501により接続され、ナビゲーション装置200とシステムサーバ400とはネットワーク502により接続される。なお、3つのネットワーク500~502は、情報端末100と検索サーバ300との通信、情報端末100とシステムサーバ400との通信、およびナビゲーション装置200とシステムサーバ400との通信が確立されれば、3つに分かれていなくてもよく、その形態は問わない。また、情報端末100とナビゲーション装置200との直接の通信には、近接通信が行われる。なお、ここでいう「近接通信」とは、NFC(Near Field Communication)による通信、PAN(Personal Area Network)による通信、無線LAN(Local Area Network)による通信などを含む。
図2は、情報端末100の構成図である。情報端末100は、データ入力部101、ルート検索部102、付加部103、認証部104、および通信部105から構成される。なお、情報端末100は、具体的には、スマートフォンなどの携帯端末やPCなどのユーザが利用できる端末である。
図3は、ナビゲーション装置200の構成図である。ナビゲーション装置200は、端末通信部201、認証部202、振分け部203、更新部204、サーバ通信部205、ID蓄積部206、個人ナビデータベース207、実行部208、および表示部209から構成される。
図4は、システムサーバ400の構成図である。システムサーバ400は、個人用通信部401、公開用通信部402、認証部403、ID蓄積部404、および記憶装置409から構成される。
ナビゲーションシステム10の動作には、主に、「ログイン処理時」の動作と、「地図検索処理およびタグ付け処理時」の動作と、「ダウンロード処理時」の動作と、「個人ナビデータベース格納処理時」の動作と、「データ格納処理時」の動作とがある。
実施の形態1に係るナビゲーションシステム10または地図情報の管理方法では、目的地までのルート検索の検索方法が住所入力による検索であるか名称入力による検索であるかを識別するための検索識別子を付加することで、検索データがプライバシーに関わるデータ(個人データ)であるかそうでないデータ(公開データ)であるかを判断している。個人宅までのルートを検索するときに入力する情報は、名称入力による検索では検索できないため、住所入力による検索で検索することになる。このことから、住所入力による検索の検索データを個人データとして識別すれば、ユーザに個人データであるか否かを確認しなくても、個人データデータと公開データとを識別できる。
ここでは、本発明の実施の形態2に係るナビゲーションシステム10aについて図面を参照しながら説明する。
図18は、ナビゲーションシステム10aの全体構成を示す図である。ナビゲーションシステム10aは、実施の形態1と同様の情報端末100、ナビゲーション装置200、および検索サーバ300と、実施の形態1と異なるシステムサーバ400aとから構成される。
図19は、ナビゲーションシステム10におけるシステムサーバ400aの構成図である。システムサーバ400aは、実施の形態1に係るシステムサーバ400と同様の個人用通信部401、公開用通信部402、認証部403、ID蓄積部404、および記憶装置409の構成に加え、おすすめ情報抽出部410から構成される。
ナビゲーションシステム10aの動作には、主に、「ログイン処理時」の動作と、「地図検索処理およびタグ付け処理時」の動作と、「ダウンロード処理時」の動作と、「データ格納処理時」の動作と、「カウント処理およびおすすめ情報抽出時」の動作とがある。「カウント処理およびおすすめ情報抽出時」の動作とは、おすすめ情報抽出部410が、個人データ格納部405から抽出した同じ住所検索データの件数をカウントし、件数がしきい値を越えた場合に、おすすめ情報として公開データ格納部408へ格納する動作である。
実施の形態2では、各個人データ格納部に共通して格納されている住所検索データをカウントし、しきい値に達した住所検索データである共通地図情報を公開データ格納部408へコピーしている。これは、個人情報となる個人宅の住所は、多くのユーザから検索されることは少ないため、住所検索データをカウントしたとしても、通常はしきい値には達しない。しかし、多くのユーザから検索された住所検索データは、不特定多数のユーザにより共通して検索されている住所であるため、名称検索では検索できない公開データとして扱ってもよいデータである可能性が高い。これによって、例えば、民家で開いているような名店といった、名称が公開されておらず住所検索でしか検索されないような公開されてもよい店舗などの有益な情報を共有することができ、一方で、個人情報となる個人宅の住所は、公開データ格納部へ格納されることなくプライバシーを保護することができる。
ここでは、本発明の実施の形態3に係るナビゲーションシステム10bについて図面を参照しながら説明する。
図21は、ナビゲーションシステム10bの全体構成を示す図である。ナビゲーションシステム10bは、実施の形態1と同様の情報端末100、検索サーバ300、実施の形態1とも実施の形態2とも異なるナビゲーション装置200b、およびシステムサーバ400bから構成される。
図22は、ナビゲーション装置200bの構成図である。ナビゲーション装置200bは、実施の形態1と同様の端末通信部201、認証部202、振分け部203、更新部204、サーバ通信部205、ID蓄積部206、および個人ナビデータベース207と、実施の形態1と異なる訪問判断部210とから構成される。
図24は、システムサーバ400bの構成図である。システムサーバ400bは、実施の形態2と同様の個人用通信部401、公開用通信部402、認証部403、ID蓄積部404、および記憶装置409と、実施の形態2と異なるおすすめ情報抽出部410bとから構成される。
ナビゲーションシステム10bの動作には、主に、「ログイン処理時」の動作と、「地図検索処理およびタグ付け処理時」の動作と、「ダウンロード処理時」の動作と、「個人ナビデータベース格納処理時」の動作と、「データ格納処理時」の動作と、「訪問履歴識別処理時」の動作と、「訪問履歴判断処理およびおすすめ情報抽出時」の動作とがある。「訪問履歴識別処理時」の動作とは、ナビゲーション装置200b内の訪問判断部210が現在の位置情報を取得し、住所検索データに対し訪問履歴の識別処理を行う動作である。また、「訪問履歴判断処理およびおすすめ情報抽出時」の動作とは、システムサーバ400b内のおすすめ情報抽出部410bが、個人データ格納部405、406、407から抽出した共通する住所検索データであり、かつ、訪問履歴識別子が「0000」である住所検索データを抽出し、住所や位置情報が一致する住所検索データの件数をカウントし、カウントした件数がしきい値を越えた場合に、おすすめ情報として公開データ格納部408へコピーする動作である。
実施の形態3に係るナビゲーションシステム10bでは、ナビゲーション装置200bのGPS機能を用い、実際に訪問したか否かの訪問履歴識別子を住所検索データに付加する。そして、システムサーバ400bで個人データ格納部405、406、407にある住所検索データをカウントする際、訪問履歴識別子を確認することで、実際に訪問した住所検索データのみをカウント対象としてカウントしている。
なお、本発明の態様を上記各実施の形態1~3に基づいて説明してきたが、本発明は、上記各実施の形態に限定されないのはもちろんである。以下のような場合も本発明に含まれる。
上記実施の形態1に係るナビゲーションシステム10では、ナビゲーション装置200で振分けを行っているが、システムサーバ400で行ってもよい。振分け部411がシステムサーバ400内にある場合のシステムサーバ400cの構成図を図31に示す。システムサーバ400cは、実施の形態1に係るナビゲーションシステム10と同様の認証部403、ID蓄積部404、および記憶装置409と、実施の形態1と異なる振分け部411および通信部412とから構成される。通信部412は、ナビゲーション装置200から検索識別子の付加されたタグ付け後検索データを受信する。振分け部411は、検索識別子に基づき、個人データ格納部405へ格納する場合は認証部403へタグ付け後検索データを転送し、公開データ格納部408へ格納する場合は公開データ格納部408へタグ付け後検索データを格納する。この場合は、ナビゲーション装置200の振分け部203で検索識別子を付けずに、入力識別子をそのまま送ってもよい。
上記各実施の形態では、情報端末100で地図検索処理およびタグ付け処理等を行っているが、ナビゲーション装置200、200bで行ってもよい。その場合、付加部と振分け部を一体化してもよい。また、この場合、ナビゲーション装置200、200bで地図検索処理およびタグ付け処理を行った結果は個人ナビデータベース207に格納される。また、検索サーバを設けずに、ナビゲーション装置200、200b内の情報を用いてもよい。
上記各実施の形態では、検索識別子により自動で振分けをしているが、住所検索データの住所に該当する個人の承認の下、住所で検索した情報を、公開データ格納部に入れるようにしてもよい。
上記各実施の形態では、検索識別子により自動で振分けをしているが、公開データ格納部に振り分けるデータに関しては、これに加え、個人ナビデータベース内の公開データ格納部からダウンロードしてきたデータと照合し、住所が公開されている施設であることを確認してから振分けをしてもよい。
上記実施の形態2、3におけるシステムサーバ400a、400b内のおすすめ情報抽出部410、410bは、1つの個人データ格納部405、406、407で複数回設定された場合であっても、1回とカウントするものとする。
上記実施の形態3に係るナビゲーションシステム10bでは、名称検索データの訪問履歴識別子を付加していないが、付加してもよい。
上記実施の形態3に係るナビゲーションシステム10bでは、個人データ格納部405、406、407にある住所検索データに関し、設定したしきい値以上のユーザが実際に訪問したかどうかを判断し、公開データ格納部へコピーしているが、公開データ格納部にコピーされたくないデータをユーザが予め登録しておいてもよい。
また、カーシェアサービスの場合、目的地の住所が、出発地から所定の距離以上離れている場合は、カウント数が多くてもおすすめ情報としてユーザに提示しなくてもよい。
上記各実施の形態に係るナビゲーションシステム10、10a、10bのナビゲーション装置200、200bは、車に搭載されるものについて説明しているが、車に搭載されるナビゲーション装置に限らない。つまり、自転車に搭載されるナビゲーション装置であってもよいし、ユーザが徒歩の際に持ち歩くことができるポータブルタイプのナビゲーション装置であってもよい。
上記各実施の形態に係るナビゲーションシステム10、10a、10bでは、記憶装置409は、システムサーバ400、400a、400b、400cに設けられているが、これに限らずに、ナビゲーション装置に設けてもよい。ナビゲーション装置に記憶装置が設けられる場合も同様に、記憶装置は、個人データ格納部と公開データ格納部とを有する。
上記各実施の形態では、記憶装置409は、個人データ格納部405、406、407と公開データ格納部408とを有しており、個人データと公開データとをそれぞれの格納部に分けて格納しているが、個人データ格納部405、406、407と公開データ格納部408とに格納するための領域を分けて格納しなくてもよい。つまり、付加部103において付加された検索識別子が個人データを示す地図情報を個人データとして記憶装置409に格納し、当該検索識別子が公開データを示す地図情報を公開データとして記憶装置409に格納すれば、それぞれを分けずに1つの格納部に格納してもよい。
上記各実施の形態では、目的地の検索方法が住所入力による検索であれば、個人データとして記憶装置409に格納するが、これに限らない。例えば、入力された目的地が住所入力によるものであっても、住所または位置情報が公開されている情報であることが確認できれば、公開データとして記憶装置409に格納してもよい。
なお、上記各実施の形態において、各構成要素は、専用のハードウェアで構成されるか、各構成要素に適したソフトウェアプログラムを実行することによって実現されてもよい。各構成要素は、CPUまたはプロセッサなどのプログラム実行部が、ハードディスクまたは半導体メモリなどの記録媒体に記録されたソフトウェアプログラムを読み出して実行することによって実現されてもよい。ここで、上記各実施の形態のナビゲーションシステムなどを実現するソフトウェアは、次のようなプログラムである。
上記の各装置は、具体的には、マイクロプロセッサ、ROM、RAM、ハードディスクユニット、ディスプレイユニット、キーボード、マウスなどから構成されるコンピュータシステムである。前記RAMまたはハードディスクユニットには、コンピュータプログラムが記憶されている。前記マイクロプロセッサが、前記コンピュータプログラムにしたがって動作することにより、各装置は、その機能を達成する。ここでコンピュータプログラムは、所定の機能を達成するために、コンピュータに対する指令を示す命令コードが複数個組み合わされて構成されたものである。
上記の各装置を構成する構成要素の一部または全部は、1個のシステムLSI(Large Scale Integration:大規模集積回路)から構成されているとしてもよい。システムLSIは、複数の構成部を1個のチップ上に集積して製造された超多機能LSIであり、具体的には、マイクロプロセッサ、ROM、RAMなどを含んで構成されるコンピュータシステムである。前記RAMには、コンピュータプログラムが記憶されている。前記マイクロプロセッサが、前記コンピュータプログラムにしたがって動作することにより、システムLSIは、その機能を達成する。
上記の各装置を構成する構成要素の一部または全部は、各装置に脱着可能なICカードまたは単体のモジュールから構成されているとしてもよい。前記ICカードまたは前記モジュールは、マイクロプロセッサ、ROM、RAMなどから構成されるコンピュータシステムである。前記ICカードまたは前記モジュールは、上記の超多機能LSIを含むとしてもよい。マイクロプロセッサが、コンピュータプログラムにしたがって動作することにより、前記ICカードまたは前記モジュールは、その機能を達成する。このICカードまたはこのモジュールは、耐タンパ性を有するとしてもよい。
本発明は、上記に示す方法であるとしてもよい。また、これらの方法をコンピュータにより実現するコンピュータプログラムであるとしてもよいし、前記コンピュータプログラムからなるデジタル信号であるとしてもよい。
以上、本発明の一態様に係るナビゲーションシステムについて、実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、本発明は、この実施の形態に限定されるものではない。本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、当業者が思いつく各種変形を本実施の形態に施したものや、異なる実施の形態における構成要素を組み合わせて構築される形態も、本発明の一態様の範囲内に含まれてもよい。

前記ルート検索を行うために入力された情報に基づく検索によって得られた地図情報に、前記入力された情報に応じて、前記地図情報が個人データであるか公開データであるかを示す検索識別子を付加する付加ステップと、
