なお、以下の実施の形態では本発明を、車載機器を制御する車載通信システムに適用した場合の例を挙げて説明する。
図1は、実施の形態1における車載通信システムの構成を示すブロック図である。車載通信システムは、複数の通信バス11~14と、通信バス11~14夫々に接続されて機器を制御するECU21~25と、通信バス11~14間の情報の中継処理を行なうGW(Gate Way)装置3と、各機器の電源制御を行なう電源制御装置4と、制御対象の各負荷51~55とを含む。
図2は、実施の形態1におけるGW装置3による中継処理の内、CANメッセージを受信した際の処理手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。CPU30へ、受信割込が通知された場合、CPU30は以下の処理を実行する。
図5は、実施の形態1におけるGW装置3及び電源制御装置4による処理の概要を模式的に示す模式図である。図5に示す例では、電源制御装置4は、ECU24(アクチュエータ51)、ECU25(アクチュエータ52)、負荷53~55の電源制御を行なうために、信号情報S1~S5を必要とする。このため、GW装置3のCPU30は、通信バス11からCANIDが「ID1」のCANメッセージを受信した場合、受信したCANメッセージに含まれる信号情報S1及びS2を抽出し、RAM36に記憶する。またGW装置3のCPU30は、通信バス12からCANIDが「ID2」のCANメッセージを受信した場合、受信したCANメッセージに含まれる信号情報S3及びS4を抽出し、RAM36に記憶する。更にGW装置3のCPU30は、通信バス13からCANIDが「ID3」のCANメッセージを受信した場合、受信したCANメッセージに含まれる信号情報S5を抽出し、RAM36に記憶する。GW装置3のCPU30は、電源制御装置4が必要とするタイミングで、RAM36に記憶しておいた電源制御に係る信号情報S1~S5を含むCANIDが「ID4」のCANメッセージを作成し、通信バス14へ送信する。電源制御装置4のマイコン40は、通信バス14へ送信されたCANIDが「ID4」のCANメッセージを受信し、受信したCANメッセージに含まれる信号情報S1~S5に基づき、スイッチ41~45へ制御信号を入力してECU24(アクチュエータ51)、ECU25(アクチュエータ52)、負荷53~55の電源制御を行なう。
実施の形態1では、GW装置3は電源制御に係るCANメッセージを作成するに際し、受信したCANメッセージから抽出した信号情報をそのまま含むCANメッセージを作成する構成とした。実施の形態2では、抽出した信号情報から、GW装置3にて電源オン/オフを指示する制御情報を作成し、制御情報を含むCANメッセージを作成して送信する構成とする。
実施の形態3では、GW装置3は、通信バス11~14へ送信されるCANメッセージのみならず、車内に配される他のセンサ及びスイッチ、並びに車外通信により取得できる情報に基づき、車両の状態を総合的に判断し、車両の状態に対応する電源制御に係る情報を作成して電源制御装置4へ送信する。
スイッチ57は、例えばイグニッションスイッチである。CPU30は、イグニッションスイッチ57がオフ(ロック)/アクセサリー/オン/スタートなどのいずれの状態であるかを、入出力部39を介して取得し、イグニッションスイッチの状態に応じて車両状態を把握する。
またCPU30は、イグニッションスイッチがオフであるにも拘らず、車輪速を測定するセンサであるセンサ56から車両が動いていることを示す情報を取得した場合、車両が異常であると検知することも可能である。
実施の形態1乃至3では、電源制御装置4は、他のECU21~25と同様に通信バス14に接続され、通信バス14を介してCANプロトコルに準じてCANメッセージを送受信する構成とした。しかしながら本発明はこれに限らない。図14は、実施の形態4における車載通信システムの構成を示すブロック図である。

車両の異常状態を検知する手段を備え、
該手段が異常状態を検知した場合、車両の状態を異常であると特定するようにしてあり、
前記作成手段は、前記車両の異常状態に関する機器の電源オフを指示する制御情報を作成するようにしてあること
を特徴とする請求項4に記載の通信システム。 - 夫々異なる通信バスに接続する複数の通信部を備え、各通信バスに送信される1又は複数の情報をまとめた情報群を受信し、情報群を前記1又は複数の通信バスへ送信して前記情報の中継を行なう中継装置において、
受信した情報群から外部機器の電源制御に要する情報を抽出する手段と、
抽出した情報に基づき、電源制御に係る情報を作成する手段と、
作成した情報を他へ送信する手段と
を備えることを特徴とする中継装置。 - 複数の通信バスと、該複数の通信バスのいずれかに夫々接続されており、1又は複数の情報をまとめた情報群を送受信する複数の通信装置と、前記複数の通信バスに夫々接続された複数の通信部を備え、該複数の通信部により情報群を送受信し、異なる通信バス間での情報の中継を行なう中継装置と、該中継装置と通信し、該中継装置から送信される情報に基づき1又は複数の機器の電源制御を行なう1又は複数の電源制御装置とを含む通信システムにて前記一又は複数の機器の電源制御を行なう方法であって、
前記複数の通信装置が夫々、情報群を送信し、
前記中継装置は、
受信した各情報群から、前記電源制御に要する情報を抽出し、
抽出した情報に基づき、電源制御に係る情報を作成し、
作成した電源制御に係る情報を前記電源制御装置へ送信し、
前記電源制御装置は、
前記電源制御に係る情報を受信し、
受信した電源制御に係る情報に基づき前記一又は複数の機器の電源制御を行なう
ことを特徴とする電源制御方法。
