Description

コルゲートチューブの取り付け方法並びにワイヤーハーネス組立装置及びスリット方向規制治具
 本発明は、ワイヤーハーネスに対してコルゲートチューブを取り付ける技術に関する。
 特許文献1には、ワイヤーハーネスに対してコルゲートチューブを取り付ける際に、当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制する技術が開示されている。

 特許文献1に記載の技術では、コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープが巻かれていく際には、当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制する治具(取付治具11)が邪魔になってしまう。このときに、当該治具を外してしまうと、コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きがずれてしまう。
 そこで、本発明は上述の点に鑑みて成されたものであり、コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープが巻かれていく際に、当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きがずれることを抑制することが可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。
 第1の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法は、ワイヤーハーネスに対する、長手方向にスリットが形成されたコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、(a)コルゲートチューブをワイヤーハーネスの外側に装着する工程と、(b)前記工程(a)の後に、前記コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿ってレール状部材上をスライド可能なスリット方向規制治具によって当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制した状態で、当該スリット方向規制治具をスライドさせて当該コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく工程とを備える。
 第2の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法は、第1の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、前記工程(b)においては、前記コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿って前記レール状部材上をスライド可能な複数のスリット方向規制治具が当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制しつつ間隔を空けて配置され、その後、当該複数のスリット方向規制治具が順次前記レール状部材上をスライドさせられて当該コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープが巻かれていく。
 第3の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法は、第1の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、前記スリット方向規制治具は、前記レール状部材に対して着脱自在である。
 第4の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法は、第1の態様に係るコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、前記工程(b)においては、テープ巻きが完了した状態での前記コルゲートチューブの長手方向の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きのずれの範囲が規制方向に対して±45°以内に収まるように、当該コルゲートチューブに対してテープが巻かれていく。
 第5の態様に係るワイヤーハーネス組立装置は、ワイヤーハーネスに対して、長手方向にスリットが形成されたコルゲートチューブを取り付けるために使用されるワイヤーハーネス組立装置であって、ワイヤーハーネスを支持する支持部材と、レール状部材と、前記支持部材で支持されたワイヤーハーネスに対して装着されたコルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制し、当該コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿って前記レール状部材上をスライド可能なスリット方向規制治具とを備える。
 第6の態様に係るスリット方向規制治具は、ワイヤーハーネスに対して装着された、長手方向にスリットが形成されたコルゲートチューブに対して、その長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく際に当該スリットの向きを規制するスリット方向規制治具であって、レール状部材の溝部に対してスライド可能に嵌合する嵌合部と、コルゲートチューブのスリットに挿入される規制板と、前記嵌合部と前記規制板とを連結する連結部とを備える。
 第1乃至第4の態様によれば、スリット方向規制治具によってコルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制した状態で、当該スリット方向規制治具をスライドさせて当該コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていくため、コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく際に、そのスリットがずれることを抑制することができる。
 特に第2の態様によれば、複数のスリット方向規制治具によってコルゲートチューブのスリットの向きが規制されるため、コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく際に、そのスリットがずれることをさらに抑制することができる。
 特に第3の態様によれば、スリット方向規制治具がレール状部材に対して着脱自在であるため、レール状部材に対するスリット方向規制治具の取り付けとレール状部材からのスリット方向規制治具の取り外しが容易となる。
 また、第5の態様によれば、ワイヤーハーネスに対して装着されたコルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制し、当該コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿ってレール状部材上をスライド可能なスリット方向規制治具が設けられているため、コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく際に、このスリット方向規制治具を使用して当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制することによって、当該スリットがずれることを抑制することができる。
 また、コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく際に、第6の態様に係るスリット方向規制治具を用いて当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制することによって、当該スリットがずれることを抑制することができる。

 図1は、ワイヤーハーネス1に対してコルゲートチューブ2を取り付けるために使用されるワイヤーハーネス組立装置100を示す図である。図2はコルゲートチューブ2を示す図である。ワイヤーハーネス1は複数の電線が束ねられた電線束で構成されている。
 図2に示されるように、コルゲートチューブ2は、長手方向に沿って環状凸部20と環状凹部21とが交互に形成された筒状部材であり、樹脂等で形成されている。コルゲートチューブ2は、環状凸部20と環状凹部21との間の段部等で容易に弾性変形するため、それ自体では全体として曲げ変形容易な性質を有している。通常、コルゲートチューブ2としては、装着対象となるワイヤーハーネス1の外形よりも大きい(通常は多少大きい程度)内径を有するものが用いられる。
 また、コルゲートチューブ2の一側部にその長手方向に沿ってスリット22が形成されている。そして、スリット22で割り開くようにして、ワイヤーハーネス1をコルゲートチューブ2内に容易に配設できるようになっている。
 このようなコルゲートチューブ2は、図1に示されるワイヤーハーネス組立装置100が使用されて、ワイヤーハーネス1に取り付けられる。
 ワイヤーハーネス組立装置100は、組み立て作業板としての図板3と、ワイヤーハーネス1を支持する複数の支持部材4と、スリット方向規制治具5と、レール状部材6とを備えている。
 複数の支持部材4のそれぞれは、図板3に立設されており、その先端がワイヤーハーネス1を支持するためにU字状となっている。ワイヤーハーネス1は、複数の支持部材4に支持されることによって、所定の形状に布線される。
 スリット方向規制治具5は、布線されたワイヤーハーネス1にコルゲートチューブ2を取り付ける際に当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを所定方向に規制する。
 ここで、コルゲートチューブ2が取り付けられたワイヤーハーネス1が自動車等に配索されると、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22から、周囲のブラケット等の干渉物が当該コルゲートチューブ2内に入り込んでワイヤーハーネス1と干渉する可能性がある。この干渉を防止するために、本実施の形態では、スリット方向規制治具5を使用してコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを所定方向、つまり干渉物が当該スリット22から当該コルゲートチューブ2内に入らないような向きに規制しながら、当該コルゲートチューブ2をワイヤーハーネス1に取り付けるようにしている。これにより、コルゲートチューブ2付きのワイヤーハーネス1が自動車等に配索された際に、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22から干渉物が当該コルゲートチューブ2内に入り込んでワイヤーハーネス1と干渉することを防止することができる。
 レール状部材6は、複数のビス7によって図板3に固定されている。スリット方向規制治具5の下端部はレール状部材6の溝部60に嵌合しており、スリット方向規制治具5はレール状部材6上をスライド可能となっている。
 図3はスリット方向規制治具5を示す斜視図である。図4,5はスリット方向規制治具5の下端部の様子を示す図である。図4,5では、互いに異なった方向から見た際のスリット方向規制治具5の下端部が示されている。
 図3~5に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5は、レール状部材6の溝部60に対してスライド可能に嵌合する嵌合部50と、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22内に挿入されて当該スリット22の向きを規制する規制板51と、嵌合部50と規制板51とを連結する連結部52とを備えている。
 嵌合部50は、図4に示されるように、側面視において逆T状を成しており、レール状部材6の溝部60内に入り込む幅広部分50aと、当該幅広部分50aから溝部60の外側まで延びて連結部52に達する幅狭部分50bとを備えている。幅広部分50aは、溝部60内でスライド可能となっており、これにより、スリット方向規制治具5がレール状部材6上をスライド可能となっている。
 連結部52は、嵌合部50の幅狭部分50bに繋がった、U字状の金具からなる土台部分52aと、当該土台部分52aに取り付けられた支柱部分52bと、当該支柱部分52bから規制板51まで延びる支持棒52cとを備えている。
 支柱部分52bは、土台部分52aに対して、ピン52dによって起伏可能に取り付けられており、図板3に対して略垂直となる起立状態と、図板3に対して略平行となる倒伏状態とをとることが可能である。支柱部分52bは、ノッチ機構等によって、倒伏状態から起立状態にされると起立状態を維持することが可能となっており、起立状態から倒伏状態にされると倒伏状態を維持することが可能となっている。
 支持棒52cは、支柱部分52bから規制板51まで延びており、規制板51を支持している。支持棒52cは、支柱部分52bよりも細くなっており、規制板51の下面の偏心位置に取り付けられている。規制板51は、薄板体からなり、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22に挿入可能となっている。
 支柱部分52bが倒伏状態になると、スリット方向規制治具5のうち、支柱部分52b、支持棒52c及び規制板51から成る部分が全体として倒伏状態となり、支柱部分52bが起立状態になると、スリット方向規制治具5のうち、支柱部分52b、支持棒52c及び規制板51から成る部分が全体として起立状態となる。
 以後、スリット方向規制治具5が倒伏状態にあると言えば、支柱部分52bが倒伏状態にあることを意味し、スリット方向規制治具5が起立状態にあると言えば、支柱部分52bが起立状態にあることを意味する。
 図6,7はレール状部材6の上面図及び側面図をそれぞれ示している。図8は、図6に示される矢視A-Aにおけるレール状部材6の断面図を示している。図9は、図6に示される矢視B-Bにおけるレール状部材6の断面図を示している。図8,9では、レール状部材6の溝部60に対して、スリット方向規制治具5の嵌合部50が嵌合する様子を破線で示している。
 図6~9に示されるように、レール状部材6は、細長い直方体を成しており、その長手方向に延びる溝部60と複数のビス穴61が設けられている。複数のビス穴61のそれぞれにビス7(図1参照)が螺入されて、レール状部材6が図板3に取り付けられる。溝部60の幅は、スリット方向規制治具5の嵌合部50の幅広部分50aの幅よりも少し大きくなっている。これにより、スリット方向規制治具5の嵌合部50が溝部60内をスライド可能となっている。
 図8に示されるように、溝部60の両端部60bのそれぞれの上方は開放しており、当該両端部60bのそれぞれにおいて、スリット方向規制治具5の嵌合部50の幅広部分50aを当該溝部60内に進入したり、当該溝部60から取り出したりできるようになっている。つまり、スリット方向規制治具5は、レール状部材6の長手方向の両端部のそれぞれから、当該レール状部材6に対して取り付けたり、当該レール状部材6から取り外したりできるようになっている。
 一方で、溝部60の中央部60aについては、図9に示されるように、レール状部材6における、その長手方向に垂直な方向に位置する一対の側壁部分6aのそれぞれの上端から内側に延びる上壁部分6bによって、当該中央部60aの上方が部分的に塞がれている。溝部60の中央部60aにおいては、当該溝部60内に進入された、スリット方向規制治具5の嵌合部50の幅広部分50aと、レール状部材6の上壁部分6bとが対向するようになっている。これにより、幅広部分50aは、溝部60の中央部60aからは、当該溝部60内に進入することができず、また、当該溝部60の外側に取り出すことができないようになっている。つまり、スリット方向規制治具5は、レール状部材6の中央部からは、当該レール状部材6に取り付けることができず、また当該レール状部材6から取り外すことができないようになっている。
 以上のようなレール状部材6は、図10に示されるように、図板3上に単に配置されるだけでも良いし、図11に示されるように、図板3に設けられた溝3a内に配置されることによって、図板3に対して部分的に埋め込まれても良い。レール状部材6は、複数の支持部材4で支持されたワイヤーハーネス1における、コルゲートチューブ2が取り付けられる取付対象部分1a(図1参照)に沿って配置される。これにより、スリット方向規制治具5は、ワイヤーハーネス1における、コルゲートチューブ2の取付対象部分1aに沿ってスライド可能となり、また当該取付対象部分1aに装着されたコルゲートチューブ2の長手方向に沿ってスライド可能となる。
 次にワイヤーハーネス組立装置100を使用して、ワイヤーハーネス1に対してコルゲートチューブ2を取り付ける方法について説明する。本実施の形態では、ワイヤーハーネス1を図板3上に布線した後に、当該ワイヤーハーネス1の外側にコルゲートチューブ2を装着する。その後、ワイヤーハーネス1に装着されたコルゲートチューブ2に対して、その長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていく。コルゲートチューブ2に対するテープ巻きが完了すると、ワイヤーハーネス1に対するコルゲートチューブ2の取り付けが完了する。
 まず上述の図1に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5を倒伏状態にした状態で、ワイヤーハーネス1を複数の支持部材4によって支持させることによって、当該ワイヤーハーネス1を図板3上に布線する。
 次に図12に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5を起立状態とする。このとき、スリット方向規制治具5は、その規制板51が、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aに対してコルゲートチューブ2を装着した際に当該コルゲートチューブ2と干渉する位置に配置される。また、スリット方向規制治具5は、その規制板51が、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aに対してコルゲートチューブ2を装着した場合において、当該コルゲートチューブ2における、テープ8の巻き始めとなる長手方向の一端の近傍に位置するような位置に配置される(後述の図16参照)。スリット方向規制治具5の位置は、それをレール状部材6上でスライドさせることによって調整することができる。スリット方向規制治具5を起立状態にすると、図13に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5の規制板51が、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aを構成する電線束の内部に進入するようになる。
 次に図14に示されるように、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aの外側にコルゲートチューブ2を装着する。このとき、図15に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5の規制板51が、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22に挿入されるように、当該コルゲートチューブ2をワイヤーハーネス1に装着する。これにより、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きが所定方向に規制される。図15においては、紙面の左方向が、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きの規制方向となる。
 次に図16に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5によってコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制した状態で、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対して、その長手方向の一端から他端に向けて(図16では右側の一端から左側の他端に向けて)テープ8を巻いていく。コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の両端部のそれぞれについては、当該コルゲートチューブ2をワイヤーハーネス1に固定するために、その端部と、ワイヤーハーネス1における当該端部の近傍の露出部分とにまたがってテープ8が巻かれる。本実施の形態では、コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8を巻く方法としては、テープ8を部分的に重ねながら巻いていくハーフラップを採用しているが、隙間を空けながらテープ8を巻いていく荒巻を採用しても良い。
 コルゲートチューブ2に対して、その長手方向に沿ってテープ8が巻かれていく際には、図17に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5が、その規制板51によって当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制した状態で、当該コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向に沿ってスライドされる。つまり、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制した状態でスリット方向規制治具5がテープ8が巻かれていく方向に沿ってスライドさせられて、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8が巻かれていく。これにより、コルゲートチューブ2においてテープ8が巻かれる部分に近いところで、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制しながら、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていくことが可能となる。
 図18に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5がコルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の他方端部(図18では左側の端部)まで到達すると、図19に示されるように、スリット方向規制治具5を倒伏状態として、その規制板51を当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22から抜き去る。そして、コルゲートチューブ2の残りの部分に対してテープ8を巻いていく。上述のように、コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の他方端部については、当該他方端部をワイヤーハーネス1に固定するために、当該他方端部と、ワイヤーハーネス1における当該他方端部の近傍の露出部分とにまたがってテープ8が巻かれることになる。
 以上のように、本実施の形態では、スリット方向規制治具5によってコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制した状態で、当該スリット方向規制治具5をスライドさせて当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていくため、スリット22の向きが規制方向からずれることを抑制することができる。スリット方向規制治具5をスライドさせてコルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていく際には、スリット方向規制治具5をスライドさせながら、コルゲートチューブ2にテープ8を巻いていっても良いし、スリット方向規制治具5をある程度スライドさせた後、当該スリット方向規制治具5のところまでテープ8を巻いていく処理を繰り返して実行しても良い。
 図20は、スリット方向規制治具5を用いてコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制しながら、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていった際のテープ巻き終了後の当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の様子を示す図である。図21は、図20に示されるコルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きのずれの範囲を示す図である。
 また、図22は、スリット方向規制治具5を用いずに、つまり、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制せずに、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていった際のテープ巻き終了後の当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の様子を示す図である。図23は、図22に示されるコルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きのずれの範囲を示す図である。
 図20,22では、スリット22の向きの規制方向200から見た際のコルゲートチューブ2が模式的に示されている。また図20,22では、スリット22の様子が理解できるように、コルゲートチューブ2に巻かれたテープ8は透明であるものとして当該コルゲートチューブ2が示されている。
 コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向に沿ってスライド可能なスリット方向規制治具5を用いて当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制した状態で当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8を巻いた際には、当該コルゲートチューブ2の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きのずれの範囲は、図21に示されるように、規制方向200(スリット22を向けたい方向)に対して±45°以内に収まるようになる。つまり、本実施の形態に係るスリット方向規制方法を使用することによって、テープ巻きが完了した状態でのコルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きのずれの範囲が規制方向200に対して±45°以内に収まるように、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8を巻いていくことが可能となる。
 これに対して、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制しない状態で当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8を巻いた際には、当該コルゲートチューブ2の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きのずれの範囲は、図23に示されるように、規制方向200に対して±90°の範囲となる。
 このように、スリット方向規制治具5を使用した場合には、それを使用しない場合と比べて、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きのずれを小さくすることができる。よって、コルゲートチューブ2付きのワイヤーハーネス1を自動車等に配索した際に、周囲の干渉物が当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22から当該コルゲートチューブ2内に進入することを抑制でき、干渉物によってワイヤーハーネス1が損傷することを抑制することができる。
 また、本実施の形態では、スリット方向規制治具5がレール状部材6に対して着脱自在であることから、レール状部材6に対するスリット方向規制治具5の取り付け及び取り外しが容易となる。よって、スリット方向規制治具5のメンテナンスが容易となる。
 なお、コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の他方端部とワイヤーハーネス1とにまたがってテープ8を巻くことによって、当該他方端部をワイヤーハーネス1に固定した状態で、当該コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の一方端部から他方端部に向けてテープ8を巻いていっても良い。コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の他方端部をワイヤーハーネス1に固定する際には、当該他方端部の近傍にスリット方向規制治具5を配置して、当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを当該スリット方向規制治具5で規制した状態で、当該他方端部にテープ8を巻く。
 また、コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の一方端部及び他方端部を順にワイヤーハーネス1に固定した後に、当該コルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の一方端部から他方端部に向けてテープ8を巻いていっても良い。
 また、レール状部材6に対して複数のスリット方向規制治具5を取り付けて、コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8を巻く際に、当該複数のスリット方向規制治具5を用いて当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制しても良い。以下に、一例として、2つのスリット方向規制治具5を用いてコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制する場合について説明する。
 まず、2つのスリット方向規制治具5を倒伏状態にした状態で、ワイヤーハーネス1を複数の支持部材4によって支持させることによって、当該ワイヤーハーネス1を図板3上に布線する。
 次に図24に示されるように、2つのスリット方向規制治具5のそれぞれを起立状態とする。このとき、2つのスリット方向規制治具5は、それらの規制板51が、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aに対してコルゲートチューブ2を装着した際に、当該コルゲートチューブ2と干渉する位置に配置されるとともに、互いに間隔を空けて配置される。また、一方のスリット方向規制治具5は、その規制板51が、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aに対してコルゲートチューブ2を装着した場合において、当該コルゲートチューブ2における、テープ8の巻き始めとなる長手方向の一端の近傍に位置するような位置に配置される。2つのスリット方向規制治具5のそれぞれの位置は、それをレール状部材6上でスライドさせることによって調整することができる。2つのスリット方向規制治具5を起立状態にすると、当該2つのスリット方向規制治具5の規制板51が、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aを構成する電線束の内部に進入するようになる。
 次に図25に示されるように、ワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aの外側にコルゲートチューブ2を装着する。このとき、2つのスリット方向規制治具5の規制板51が、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22に挿入されるように、当該コルゲートチューブ2をワイヤーハーネス1に装着する。これにより、互いに間隔を空けて配置された2つのスリット方向規制治具5によって、コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きが所定方向に規制される。
 コルゲートチューブ2をワイヤーハーネス1の取付対象部分1aに対して装着すると、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対して、その長手方向の一端から他端に向けてテープ8を巻いていく。このとき、2つのスリット方向規制治具5のうち、テープ8の巻き始めに近いスリット方向規制治具5を、テープ8が巻かれていく方向に沿ってスライドさせて、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていく。
 その後、図26に示されるように、スライドさせている一方のスリット方向規制治具5が他方のスリット方向規制治具5に到達すると、今度は、当該他方のスリット方向規制治具5をテープ8が巻かれていく方向に沿ってスライドさせて、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してその長手方向に沿ってテープ8を巻いていく。
 このように、複数のスリット方向規制治具5が使用される場合には、当該複数のスリット方向規制治具5が順次スライドさせられて、コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8が巻かれている。
 他方のスリット方向規制治具5(テープ8の巻き終わりに近いスリット方向規制治具5)をスライドさせる際には、一方のスリット方向規制治具5を一緒にスライドさせても良いし、一方のスリット方向規制治具5をスライドさせずにその場で倒伏状態としても良い。他方のスリット方向規制治具5と一緒に一方のスリット方向規制治具5をスライドさせる際には、テープ8が巻かれていく方向に、一方のスリット方向規制治具5を、他方のスリット方向規制治具5とは反対側から押すことによって、一方及び他方のスリット方向規制治具5を簡単に同時にスライドさせることができる。本例では、一方及び他方のスリット方向規制治具5を一緒にスライドさせるものとする。
 2つのスリット方向規制治具5がテープ8が巻かれていく方向に沿ってスライドさせられて、図27に示されるように、当該2つのスリット方向規制治具5がコルゲートチューブ2の長手方向の他方端部まで到達すると、図28に示されるように、2つのスリット方向規制治具5を倒伏状態として、それらの規制板51を当該コルゲートチューブ2のスリット22から抜き去る。そして、コルゲートチューブ2の残りの部分に対してテープ8を巻いていく。これにより、コルゲートチューブ2に対するテープ巻きが完了して、当該コルゲートチューブ2のワイヤーハーネス1に対する取り付けが完了する。
 このように、複数のスリット方向規制治具5によってコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを規制することによって、当該コルゲートチューブ2に対してテープ8を巻いていく際に、そのスリット22の向きがずれることをさらに抑制することができる。複数のスリット方向規制治具5を用いる場合には、コルゲートチューブ2の長さに応じて、レール状部材6に取り付ける複数のスリット方向規制治具5の数を増やすことが望ましい。これにより、長いコルゲートチューブ2のスリット22の向きを適切に規制することができる。
 また、本実施の形態では、レール状部材6に対してスリット方向規制治具5が着脱自在となっていることから、レール状部材6に対して複数のスリット方向規制治具5を簡単に取り付けることができる。また、コルゲートチューブ2の長さに応じて、レール状部材6に取り付ける複数のスリット方向規制治具5の数を簡単に変更することができる。
 この発明は詳細に説明されたが、上記した説明は、すべての局面において、例示であって、この発明がそれに限定されるものではない。例示されていない無数の変形例が、この発明の範囲から外れることなく想定され得るものと解される。

Claims (6)

  1.  ワイヤーハーネスに対する、長手方向にスリットが形成されたコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、
     (a)コルゲートチューブをワイヤーハーネスの外側に装着する工程と、
     (b)前記工程(a)の後に、前記コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿ってレール状部材上をスライド可能なスリット方向規制治具によって当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制した状態で、当該スリット方向規制治具をスライドさせて当該コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく工程と
    を備える、コルゲートチューブの取り付け方法。
  2.  請求項1に記載のコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、
     前記工程(b)においては、前記コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿って前記レール状部材上をスライド可能な複数のスリット方向規制治具が当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制しつつ間隔を空けて配置され、その後、当該複数のスリット方向規制治具が順次前記レール状部材上をスライドさせられて当該コルゲートチューブに対してその長手方向に沿ってテープが巻かれていく、コルゲートチューブの取り付け方法。
  3.  請求項1に記載のコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、
     前記スリット方向規制治具は、前記レール状部材に対して着脱自在である、コルゲートチューブの取り付け方法。
  4.  請求項1のコルゲートチューブの取り付け方法であって、
     前記工程(b)においては、テープ巻きが完了した状態での前記コルゲートチューブの長手方向の端から端までにおける、当該コルゲートチューブのスリットの向きのずれの範囲が規制方向に対して±45°以内に収まるように、当該コルゲートチューブに対してテープが巻かれていく、コルゲートチューブの取り付け方法。
  5.  ワイヤーハーネスに対して、長手方向にスリットが形成されたコルゲートチューブを取り付けるために使用されるワイヤーハーネス組立装置であって、
     ワイヤーハーネスを支持する支持部材と、
     レール状部材と、
     前記支持部材で支持されたワイヤーハーネスに対して装着されたコルゲートチューブのスリットの向きを規制し、当該コルゲートチューブの長手方向に沿って前記レール状部材上をスライド可能なスリット方向規制治具と
    を備える、ワイヤーハーネス組立装置。
  6.  ワイヤーハーネスに対して装着された、長手方向にスリットが形成されたコルゲートチューブに対して、その長手方向に沿ってテープを巻いていく際に当該スリットの向きを規制するスリット方向規制治具であって、
     レール状部材の溝部に対してスライド可能に嵌合する嵌合部と、
     コルゲートチューブのスリットに挿入される規制板と、
     前記嵌合部と前記規制板とを連結する連結部と
    を備える、スリット方向規制治具。
