- 혈액을 채취하기 위한 장치로서, 혈관에 삽입되는 주사바늘과, 상기 주사바늘을 통해 채취되는 혈액이 담기는 실린더 몸체와, 상기 실린더 몸체 내부에 슬라이딩 가능케 결합된 피스톤 및 상기 실린더 몸체와 상기 주사바늘을 연결하며 혈액이 유동하는 혈액통로를 가진 연결관부를 포함하는 채혈장치; 및상기 채혈장치에 포함된 상기 주사바늘을 통하여 혈관 내에 가이드 와이어를 삽입하기 위해 상기 가이드 와이어를 이송하는 장치로서, 상기 채혈장치를 지지하는 지지부가 형성된 하우징을 포함하는 가이드 와이어 이송장치;를 포함하되,상기 채혈장치가 상기 가이드 와이어 이송장치의 상측에 위치하도록 상기 지지부가 상기 채혈장치를 지지함으로써, 상기 채혈장치와 상기 가이드 와이어 이송장치는 권총 형상(gun-type)으로 일체화되어, 혈액 채취와 가이드 와이어 이송을 연속적으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채혈장치의 상기 연결관부에는, 상기 혈액통로에서 분기되어 상기 가이드 와이어를 상기 주사바늘 내부로 안내하는 와이어통로를 가진 분기관부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 단부에는 상기 피스톤의 이동에 따라 상기 가이드 와이어 이송장치의 상측부를 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩부가 구비되고, 시술자가 상기 피스톤을 한손으로도 용이하게 작동시켜 채혈하도록 상기 슬라이딩부의 외부에는 채혈용 손잡이가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 와이어 이송장치는, 상기 가이드 와이어가 접촉하도록 상기 하우징의 내부에 회동가능케 설치된 구동롤러와, 상기 가이드 와이어를 상기 구동롤러에 밀착시켜 회동하므로써 상기 가이드 와이어를 이송하는 이송롤러와, 상기 구동롤러를 구동하도록 상기 하우징에 설치된 구동원 및 상기 가이드 와이어를 자유롭게 이송하거나 이송준비를 하도록 이송롤러를 상기 구동롤러에서 선택적으로 이격시키는 이송롤러 이격수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지부에 하측에는 상기 가이드 와이어를 안내하는 안내구멍이 지지부의 길이방향으로 따라 형성된 안내띠가 형성되되, 상기 안내띠에는, 상기 가이드 와이어가 이송되지 않을 경우에 가이드 와이어가 구부려져 이탈하도록, 상기 안내구멍이 노출되는 도피부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동원은 상기 구동롤러에 결합된 스파이어럴 토션 스프링이고, 상기 하우징에는 상기 스파이어럴 토션 스프링에 비틀림력을 부여하도록 상기 구동롤러를 회동시키는 장전노브가 설치되는 한편 상기 장전노브를 걸어 상기 비틀림력을 유지하거나 상기 장전노브의 걸림을 해제하여 상기 스파이어럴 토션 스프링에 의해 상기 구동롤러를 회동시키도록 트리거가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동롤러의 축방향 일측에는 피동기어부가 구비되고, 상기 하우징의 내부에는 상기 피동기어부에 물리는 구동기어가 설치되며, 상기 구동원은 상기 구동기어에 결합된 스파이어럴 토션 스프링이고, 상기 하우징에는 상기 스파이어럴 토션 스프링에 비틀림력을 부여하도록 상기 구동롤러를 회동시키는 장전노브가 설치되는 한편 상기 장전노브를 걸어 상기 비틀림력을 유지하거나 상기 장전노브의 걸림을 해제하여 상기 스파이어럴 토션 스프링의 비틀림력에 의해 상기 구동롤러를 회동시키도록 트리거가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동원은 상기 구동롤러에 결합된 구동모터인 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동원은 상기 구동롤러에 결합된 구동모터이고, 상기 구동롤러의 축방향 일측에는 피동기어부가 구비되며, 상기 하우징의 내부에는 상기 피동기어부에 물리는 구동기어가 설치되고, 상기 구동원은 상기 구동기어에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이송롤러 이격수단은, 상기 이송롤러가 일단에 회전가능케 끼워져 상기 이송롤러와 함께 이동가능하도록 상기 하우징에 설치되며 걸림부를 가진 이동판부와, 상기 이동판부에 탄성복원력을 가하도록 상기 하우징과 이동판부 사이에 설치된 제1탄성체와, 상기 걸림부를 홀딩하여 이동판부의 이동을 구속하는 홀딩부 및 상기 홀딩부에 탄성복원력을 가하도록 상기 하우징에 설치된 제2탄성체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 카테타 시술용 가이드 와이어 삽입기.
