Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de cellule solaire (10) comprenant : un substrat semi-conducteur (1) ayant une région de semi-conducteur de type n disposée sur une première surface principale (10a) et une région de semi-conducteur de type p disposée sur une seconde surface principale (10b) qui est située de manière opposée à la première surface principale (10a) ; une première couche de passivation (8) qui est disposée sur ladite région de semi-conducteur de type n et qui a une densité de charge fixée négative ; et une couche anti-réflexion (5) qui est disposée sur la première couche de passivation (8) et qui a une densité de charge fixée qui est plus positive que celle de la première couche de passivation (8).
