It is to provide an entrance / exit management system capable of appropriately controlling the setting for each door.
- An entrance / exit management system is connected to a center device, a lock device and a plurality of authentication devices provided corresponding to each door that restricts passage, and is connected to the center device, and each has at least one set of locks.
- the center device determines a security level for each door based on a predetermined level setting condition, and the level determination unit determines Level distribution means for distributing the security level information to the local controller that manages the corresponding door, and each local controller determines the security level of the door to be managed based on the information distributed from the level distribution means.
- the security level setting is appropriately controlled for each door in a building where a door with a lock device is installed at a place where traffic is restricted to a predetermined person. Will be able to.
- FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an outline of an entrance / exit management system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of the entrance / exit management system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- 3 and 4 are diagrams for explaining the operation of the entrance / exit management system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- the main part of the entrance / exit management system is composed of the center device 1 and a plurality of local controllers 2.
- Each local controller 2 is connected to the center apparatus 1 via a predetermined communication line 3.
- the local controllers 2 are connected to each other (to other local controllers 2) via the communication line 3.
- a door 5 with a device 4 is installed.
- the door 5 is a door provided for restricting passage of a predetermined place. There are many doors 5 in the building.
- the lock device 4 is composed of, for example, an electric lock or an electronic lock.
- the local controller 2 in the system may be provided for each door 5 or may be provided for a plurality of doors 5. Further, only some local controllers 2 in the system may be provided corresponding to one door 5, and the other local controllers 2 may be provided corresponding to a plurality of doors 5. In the following, a specific description will be given on the assumption that the local controller 2 is provided for each door 5.
- Each local controller 2 is connected to a plurality of authentication devices 6 in addition to the lock device 4. That is, a set of lock devices 4 and a plurality of authentication devices 6 are provided corresponding to one door 5.
- the plurality of authentication devices 6 are installed near the corresponding door 5 (for example, a wall surface adjacent to the door 5).
- the plurality of authentication devices 6 may be installed in the vicinity of the corresponding door 5 as one device. In such a case, this apparatus is provided with a plurality of authentication functions.
- the authentication device 6 determines whether or not a person (passerby) who is going to pass through the door 5 is a person (passer-permitted) who is permitted to pass through the door 5.
- the authentication device 6 includes, for example, a storage unit 7, an input unit 8, and an authentication unit 9.
- the input means 8 includes a device for a person who is going through the corresponding door 5 to input predetermined information.
- the authentication unit 9 compares the input information with information registered in advance in the storage unit 7. If the information input from the input unit 8 matches any of the information registered in the storage unit 7, the authentication unit 9 determines that the passer is a passer. When the input information matches the registered information, the authentication unit 9 transmits information indicating that the authentication has succeeded (authentication success information) to the corresponding local controller 2.
- the authentication means 9 indicates that the passer is not a passer (passer is not allowed). Is determined). If the input information does not match the registered information, the authentication unit 9 transmits, for example, information indicating that the authentication has failed (authentication failure information) to the corresponding local controller 2.
- a case where a plurality of authentication devices 6 with different authentication methods are connected to one local controller 2 is shown as an example.
- Each of the plurality of authentication devices 6 connected to one local controller 2 performs authentication by a predetermined authentication method capable of specifying an individual.
- at least a card reader 6 a and a biometric authentication device 6 b are connected to the local controller 2 as the authentication device 6.
- the card reader 6a includes, as the input unit 8, for example, a reader for reading an ID number stored in a predetermined card.
- an ID number assigned to the passer is stored in advance in the internal storage means 7. If the ID number read by the reader coincides with any of the ID numbers registered in the storage means 7, the authentication means 9 sends the authentication success information together with information for identifying the individual (personal identification information). Transmit to the controller 2.
- the biometric authentication device 6b includes, as the input unit 8, for example, a fingerprint reader for reading fingerprint pattern information. Also, the internal storage means 7 stores in advance information on the fingerprint of the person permitted to pass. If the pattern information read by the fingerprint reader matches any of the pattern information registered in the storage unit 7, the authentication unit 9 sends the authentication success information to the local controller 2 together with the personal identification information of the individual. To do.
- a device that employs another authentication method may be connected to the local controller 2. Further, three or more authentication devices 6 may be connected to the local controller 2.
- Each local controller 2 includes information control means 10, level setting means 11, storage means 12, passage permission determination means 13, and lock control means 14.
- the information control means 10 controls transmission / reception of information in the local controller 2.
- the level setting means 11 sets the security level of the door 5.
- the level setting unit 11 sets a security level for each door 5. That is, when the local controller 2 manages a plurality of doors 5, the security level set for some of the doors 5 may be different from the security level set for the remaining doors 5.
- Each door 5 may be set to a different security level.
- the level setting unit 11 sets the security level of the door 5 based on information distributed from the center device 1.

In the storage unit 12, passage permission conditions are registered for each individual security level that can be set by the level setting unit 11.
- the pass permission determining means 13 determines whether or not the pass permission condition of the passer stored in the storage means 12 is satisfied, that is, whether or not the pass of the passer may be permitted.
- the passage permission determination unit 13 performs the above determination on the door 5 on which the passer is about to pass based on the security level set by the level setting unit 11 and the authentication result of the authentication device 6.
- the passage permission determination unit 13 receives the authentication success information together with the personal identification information indicating the individual A from the card reader 6a. It is determined that the passage permission condition is satisfied. The passage permission determination means 13 does not determine that the passage permission condition is satisfied even if the authentication success information is received together with the personal identification information indicating the person B from the card reader 6a. For the person B, when the authentication success information is received together with the person specifying information indicating the person B from the biometric authentication device 6b, it is determined that the passage permission condition is satisfied.
- the passage permission determination unit 13 successfully authenticates together with the personal identification information indicating the individual A from the card reader 6a or the biometric authentication device 6b.
