所述烟油仓 5呈中空的筒体结构, 用于容纳固态烟油 6, 烟油仓 5的顶部用所述密封套 9密 封, 烟油仓 5的底部与所述固定座 8密封固定连接。 烟油仓 5内的固态烟油 6覆盖住雾化杯 42及导油部件 7。
[0027] 所述导油部件 7用于将固态烟油 6加热熔化后的烟油从烟油仓 5 内引流至所述雾化 装置 4的雾化杯 42内进行雾化, 导油部件 7的两个端头分别经由雾化杯 42的导油孔 423伸 入至烟油仓 5内, 而导油部件 7的中间段位于雾化杯 42的雾化腔 422内, 所述雾化器 41缠 绕固定于所述导油部件 7的中间段。 熔化后的烟油从导油部件 7的两端传送至中间段被雾化 器 41雾化成烟雾, 由所述雾化通道 421经所述吸嘴 12散发至烟杆 1外部或被人吸入口中。 导油部件 7与所述导油孔 423为过盈配合, 导油部件 7采用棉纤或玻纤材料制成。
[0028] 所述固定座 8用于固定所述雾化装置 4, 其设于雾化杯 42的杯口端。 所述雾化器 41 通过导电线 31与所述控制器 3电连接, 导电线 31分别穿过所述固定座 8、 封油套 44、 雾化 器支座 43与所述雾化器 41电连接。 所述固定座 8的形状和尺寸与烟杆 1的内壁相匹配, 其 材质采用硅胶材料, 其与烟杆 1为过盈配合。
[0029] 所述密封套 9设于所述烟油仓 1 的顶部, 其与烟油仓 1密封连接, 其材质可采用硅 胶材料, 由于烟油仓 11 的顶端设有密封套 9, 可以起到过滤烟油的目的, 防止抽烟时烟油 被直接吸入到人体内。
[0030] 吸烟时, 由设于烟杆 1内的供电电源 2给所述雾化器 41供电, 由控制电路 3控制雾 化器 41的发热温度, 由于固态烟油的熔化温度介于 42° 至 62° 之间, 因此, 雾化器 41的 说 明 书
发热温度值以能保证熔化固态烟油即可, 例如, 发热温度可稍大于 62° 。 由于整个雾化腔 422被置于烟油仓 5内, 固态烟油 6包裹着所述雾化腔 422, 雾化器 41加热的温度可透过雾 化杯 42的侧壁迅速传递给固态烟油 6, 提高了固态烟油 6的熔化效率和熔化量。 预先把雾 化器 41制成具有中心孔的弹簧形状的圆筒体部件, 焊接好导电线 31的雾化器 41预先用装 夹工具定位于雾化腔 422内, 安装时, 用引线工具钩住导油部件 7的一个端头, 引线工具带 领导油部件 Ί的一端穿过雾化杯 42的导油孔 423进入雾化腔 422内, 并从雾化器 41的中心 孔穿过, 再从雾化杯 42的另一侧的导油孔 423穿出即可; 接着, 使雾化器 41 上的导电线 31分别穿过雾化器支座 43和封油圈 44并预留接头用于与所述控制电路 3电连接, 然后将 所述穿有导电线 31的雾化器支座 43和封油圈 44先后安装于雾化杯 42内, 使雾化器 41密 封固定于雾化杯 42的雾化腔 423内, 这种结构的雾化杯 42, 有利于导油部件 7的安装, 使 得导油部件 7的安装过程简易快捷。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种固态烟油电子烟, 包括:
一端设有吸嘴的烟杆;
设于烟杆内用于容置烟油的烟油仓;
设于烟杆内的雾化装置, 该雾化装置包括雾化杯、 设于雾化杯内用于将烟油雾化变成烟雾的 雾化器及连接吸嘴与雾化杯的烟雾通道; 及
用于将烟油从烟油仓内导入所述雾化装置的导油部件;
其特征在于: 所述雾化杯容置于所述烟油仓内, 导油部件穿透雾化杯的侧壁伸入烟油仓内, 烟油仓内的固态烟油覆盖住雾化杯及导油部件。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化杯的侧壁的整体或部分以 及雾化杯的底壁容置于所述烟油仓内。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化杯的侧壁上设有至少一个 供导油部件穿过的导油孔, 所述导油部件穿过所述导油孔伸入所述烟油仓内。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述导油孔的数量为两个, 二者关 于所述雾化杯的中心线对称布设于雾化杯的侧壁上, 所述导油部件的两端分别穿过所述两个 导油孔伸入所述烟油仓内, 导油部件的中间段置于所述雾化杯内并经过雾化器。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述固态烟油电子烟还包括设于所 述烟油仓一端的密封套, 所述密封套还套设于所述烟雾通道上, 其与所述烟雾通道的外壁为 过盈配合。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述固态烟油电子烟还包括有固定 座, 所述烟油仓利用该固定座固定于所述烟杆内, 烟油仓的另一端与所述固定座密封连接。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化杯固定于所述固定座上, 雾化杯的杯口端与固定座密封连接。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化装置还包括用于固定所述 导油部件的雾化器支座, 该雾化器支座设于所述雾化杯内, 其与雾化杯的配合为过盈配合。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化装置还包括用于密封所述 雾化杯的封油套, 该封油套设于所述雾化杯一端, 其与雾化杯的配合为过盈配合。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的固态烟油电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化器为电热丝, 所述导油部 件由棉纤或玻纤材质制成。
