具体实施方式
[0027] 如图 2至 8所示, 本发明创造提供一种电子烟吸嘴及其滤油装置, 包括吸筒 1、 雾化 装置 2、 导油管 3、 烟油塞 4及含有烟油盖 5或烟油盖 5" 的滤油装置。
[0028] 所述吸筒 1包括烟油仓 11、 烟雾通道 12、 连接件 13、 电极件 14及绝缘环 15, 所述 烟油仓 11设于所述吸筒 1 内, 本实施中烟油仓 11与吸筒 1一体成型, 烟油仓 11用于储存 液体烟油, 烟油仓 11的一端设有所述烟油塞 4, 另一端设有所述烟油盖 5, 所述烟油塞 4和 烟油盖 5共同把烟油密封于所述烟油仓 11中。 所述烟雾通道 12是烟油被所述雾化装置 3雾 化后所产生的烟雾通至吸筒 1 的吸气端的通道, 烟雾通道 12内壁上设有滤油层,该滤油层设 于所述烟雾通道 12 的内壁上并与烟雾通道 12 的横截面相匹配; 本实施例中,所述滤油层为 与所述烟雾通道 12—体成型的滤油板 121,该滤油板 121沿垂直于所述烟雾通道 12的中心线 设置于烟雾通道 12内壁上,并其上设有至少一个过滤孔 122。 所述连接件 13位于所述吸筒 1 的连接端, 该连接件 13 上设有外螺纹的一端与电子烟的电源杆 (图中未示) 相螺纹连接, 另一端套设于所述吸筒 1 内, 该 13连接件内设有用于容置所述物化装置 3的圆筒形容置腔 和用于安装所述电极件 14的安装槽, 连接件 13本身作为雾化装置 2的电极与所述电源杆的 电极电连接。 所述电极件 14利用所述绝缘环 15卡装于所述连接件 13的安装槽内, 电极件 14利用其端面与所述电源杆上对应的电极相抵接以导通电路。
[0029] 所述雾化装置 2包括雾化器 21和雾化杯 22; 所述雾化器 21包括电热丝 211及电热 棒 212, 所述电热丝 211套设与所述电热棒 212上, 并利用该电热棒 212容置固定于所述雾 化杯 22内。 所述雾化杯 22采用模具一体成型而成的杯体, 其包括设于雾化杯 22内的雾化 腔 221、 设有卡槽的固定座 222、 穿线孔 223及位于雾化杯 22中部的中通的散热孔 224, 所 述设有卡槽的固定座 222 自所述雾化腔 221 的底部伸出预定高度, 用于固定所述雾化器 21, 所述电热棒 212卡装固定于所述固定座 222的卡槽内; 所述穿线孔 223用于布设电线, 穿线孔 223位于所述雾化杯 22的另一端且与所述雾化腔 221相通, 本实施里中设有两个穿 线孔 223, 所述电热棒 212的一端用一电线穿过所述一个穿线孔 223与所述连接件 13 电连 接, 另一端用另一电线穿过另一个穿线孔 223与所述电极件 14电连接。 所述散热孔 224用 于使雾化器散发的热量传递至所述电源杆上。 本实施例中, 所述雾化杯 22借助于所述连接 件 13置于所述吸筒 1 内, 雾化杯 22容置于所述连接件 13内, 其尺寸和形状与所述连接件 13的容置腔相匹配, 其材质采用耐热性能较好的材料, 例如硅胶, 使得雾化杯 22的隔热效 果较好, 雾化杯 22 的形状如圆筒状, 其直径大于所述连接件 13 的容置腔以便于与连接件 13紧配合。 本实施例的雾化杯 22即简化了吸嘴的制作工艺, 又节约了成本; 再者, 由于雾 化杯 22采用耐热性能较好的硅胶材料制成, 其起到很好的隔热效果, 使用时吸嘴的外壁温 度较低, 不会烫手烫嘴。
[0030] 所述导油管 3用于将所述烟油仓 11中的烟油引导至所述雾化腔 221中进行雾化, 所 述导油管 3的一端直接穿过所述烟油塞 4伸入所述烟油仓内, 导油管 3与该烟油塞 4为过盈 配合,, 导油管 3采用玻璃纤维材料制成。。
[0031] 所述烟油塞 4用于密封所述烟油仓 11, 烟油塞 4上设有导油管孔, 所述导油管 3与 所述导油管孔为过盈配合, 二者的接触部位用密封材料周圈密封。
[0032] 如图 7, 第一实施例的烟油盖 5包括本体 51、 自本体的底部伸出的塞子 52、 导气槽 53及吸气孔 54; 该烟油盖 5利用所述塞子 52从所述吸筒 1的吸气端插入烟油仓 11 内对烟 油仓 11 进行密封; 所述导气槽 53 为呈 Z字形的阶梯槽, 其与所述塞子 52处于同一径向 上, 该导气槽 53与所述烟雾通道 12相通; 所述吸气孔 54用于使吸筒 1 内部和外部气体相 通, 该吸气孔 54与所述导气槽 53相通, 所述烟雾通道 12利用所述导气槽 53与所述吸气孔 54相通。 所述烟油盖 5 的尺寸和形状与所述吸筒 1 吸气端的内径相匹配, 本实施例中, 所 述烟油盖 5为圆柱体状, 其材质采用硅胶材料, 其直径大于所述吸筒 1的内径以便于与吸筒 1紧配合。
[0033] 如图 8, 第二实施例的烟油盖 5"包括本体 51 "、 自本体的底部伸出的塞子 52"、 导 气槽 53"及吸气孔 54"; 烟油盖 5"与所述第一实施例的烟油盖 5大致相同, 所不同的是, 所述导气槽 53"为贯通烟油盖 5"上下两端且位于烟油盖 5"侧壁上向烟油盖中心线方向凹 陷的凹槽, 该凹槽直接于所述烟雾通道 12相通, 凹槽的横截面呈弧形、 U形或 V形。
[0034] 所述滤油层和所述烟油盖 5或烟油盖 5"构成所述滤油装置, 烟油从烟油仓 11 引入 到雾化器 21后, 经雾化器 21雾化变成夹杂着烟油颗粒的烟雾, 烟雾进入烟雾通道 12后, 首先由滤油板 121进行第一次滤油, 烟雾从滤油板 121的过滤孔 122进入到下一通道内, 由 于烟雾到达滤油板 121 后遇到阻力, 使得和烟雾夹杂在一起的烟油颗粒在滤油板 121 上沉 积, 起到过滤烟油颗粒的目的; 烟雾继续沿烟雾通道 12前行, 并由所述烟油盖 5进行第二 次滤油, 烟雾从所述烟雾通道 12经导气槽 53后再经所述吸气孔 54通到吸筒 1 外部, 或 者, 烟雾从所述烟雾通道 12经导气槽 53"直接通到吸筒 1外部, 由于导气槽 53或导气槽 53 " 的存在, 烟雾在运动中受阻, 使得另一部分烟油颗粒在导气槽 53 或导气槽 53 " 内沉 积, 起到过滤烟油颗粒的目的, 防止过多烟油颗粒溢出吸筒 1外部或被直接吸入到人体内。 [0035] 以上所述是本发明创造的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人 员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰 也视为本发明创造的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟吸嘴, 包括设于吸筒内的用于将烟油雾化变成烟雾的雾化装置和用于容置烟 油的烟油仓, 所述雾化装置包括含有雾化腔的雾化杯以及固定于该雾化腔内的雾化器; 其特 征在于: 所述雾化杯是借助模具一体成型的杯体。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述雾化杯还包括设于所述雾化腔内用 于固定所述雾化器的固定座及用于穿插电线的穿线孔, 该穿线孔位于雾化杯的另一端且与所 述雾化腔相连通。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述雾化杯如圆筒体, 其外形和尺寸与 所述吸筒内壁相匹配, 其中部还设有中通的散热孔。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述雾化杯采用硅胶材料制成。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述电子烟吸嘴还包括导油管和设于所 述烟油仓一端的烟油塞, 所述导油管的一端直接穿过所述烟油塞伸入所述烟油仓内, 所述烟 油塞上设有导油管孔, 所述导油管与所述导油管孔为过盈配合, 二者的接触部位用密封材料 周圈密封。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述电子烟吸嘴还包括用于密封所述烟 油仓一端的烟油盖及设于所述吸筒内的烟雾通道, 所述该烟油盖上设有供烟油颗粒沉积于其 表面上的导气槽及用于使吸筒内部和外部气体相通的吸气孔, 该导气槽与所述烟雾通道相连 通, 所述吸气孔也与所述烟雾通道相通。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述导气槽为阶梯槽, 该阶梯槽与所述 吸气孔相连通, 所述烟雾通道借助于该阶梯槽与所述吸气孔与相通; 或者, 所述导气槽为贯 通烟油盖上下两端且位于烟油盖侧壁上向烟油盖中心线方向凹陷的凹槽。
8. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述烟油盖采用硅胶材质一体成型, 其 形状和尺寸与所述吸筒的内腔的形状和尺寸相匹配。
9. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述烟雾通道的内壁上设有与烟雾通道 的横截面相匹配的滤油层。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于: 所述滤油层为设有至少一个过滤孔的滤 油板, 该滤油板沿垂直于所述烟雾通道的中心线设置于烟雾通道内壁上,并与所述烟雾通道 一体成型。
