Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 연료전지(MCFC)에 의해 발생한 열기를 열교환기로 인입시키거나 차단하는 제 1 개폐수단;상기 열기를 배출구로 배출시키거나 차단하는 제 2 개폐수단;응축탱크에 저장되어 있는 유체를 유체 순환수단으로 인입시키거나 차단하는 제 3 개폐수단;상기 제 3 개폐수단에 의해 인입되는 유체를 순환시키는 상기 유체 순환수단;상기 연료전지에 의해 발생한 열기의 온도를 측정하고, 상기 유체가 통과하는 관로 내의 유량(流量)을 측정하며, 상기 응축탱크 내의 온도와 수위를 측정하는 상태 감지수단; 및가동 알고리즘 및 정지 알고리즘에 따라 상기 각 구성요소들을 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상태 감지수단은,상기 열교환기를 거친 열기의 온도를 측정하는 제 3 온도 감지기;상기 응축탱크 내의 수위를 감지하는 수위 감지기; 및상기 열교환기를 통과한 온수의 유량을 측정하는 유량 감지기를 포함하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,운전대기 상태에 진입하는 경우, 상기 제 1 개폐수단 및 상기 제 2 개폐수단을 모두 개방하고, 제 1 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 닫으며, 상기 유체 순환수단은 정지상태를 유지하고, 상기 제 3 개폐수단은 닫혀있는 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,상기 운전대기 상태에서, 상기 가동 알고리즘을 수행하는 경우,상기 응축탱크 내의 온도가 제 1 임계치 이하이면서 상기 응축탱크 내의 수위가 제 2 임계치 이상임에 따라 상기 제 3 개폐수단을 개방하고, 이후 제 2 임계시간 경과 후 상기 유체 순환수단을 동작시키며, 이후 제 3 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 개방하고, 상기 유량 감지기가 감지한 유량이 제 3 임계치를 만족하면 상기 제 2 개폐수단을 닫는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,상기 유체 순환수단이 동작한 후 제 3 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 일정치 개방하고, 상기 제 1 개폐수단이 일정치 개방된 후 제 4 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 완전히 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상태 감지수단은,상기 응축탱크 내의 온도를 측정하는 제 1 온도 감지기;상기 연료전지에 의해 발생한 열기의 온도를 측정하는 제 2 온도 감지기;상기 열교환기를 거친 열기의 온도를 측정하는 제 3 온도 감지기;상기 응축탱크 내의 수위를 감지하는 수위 감지기; 및상기 열교환기를 통과한 온수의 유량을 측정하는 유량 감지기를 포함하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,상기 정지 알고리즘을 수행하는 경우,소정의 조건을 만족함에 따라 상기 제 2 개폐수단을 개방한 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 닫으며, 이후 제 5 임계시간 후에 상기 유체 순환수단의 동작을 정지시키고, 이후 제 6 임계시간 후에 상기 제 3 개폐수단을 닫는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 조건은,상기 연료전지의 출력이 기준치 이하인 경우, 상기 응축탱크 내의 온도가 제 1 임계온도 이상인 경우, 상기 응축탱크 내의 수위가 임계수위 이하인 경우, 상기 제 2 온도 감지기가 감지한 온도가 제 2 임계온도 이하인 경우, 상기 제 3 온도 감지기가 감지한 온도가 제 3 임계온도 이상인 경우, 상기 유량 감지기가 감지한 유량이 임계유량을 일정시간 유지한 경우, 정지 알람이 작동하는 경우, 중에서 어느 하나의 경우에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,상기 운전대기 상태에서, 동절기 비상운전 모드로 동작하는 경우,상기 관로 내 유체의 온도가 임계치 이하로 제 7 임계시간 유지됨에 따라 상기 제 3 개폐수단을 개방하고, 이후 상기 유체 순환수단을 동작시키며, 이후 제 8 임계시간 경과 후 상기 유체 순환수단의 동작을 정지시키고, 이후 제 9 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 3 개폐수단을 닫는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은,상기 유체의 온도가 임계치 이하로 제 7 임계시간 유지되는지를 주기적으로 체크하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반의 열회수 장치.
- 제 1 개폐수단, 제 2 개폐수단, 제 3 개폐수단, 유체 순환수단, 상태 감지수단, 및 제어수단을 포함하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 가동 방법에 있어서,운전대기 상태를 유지하는 단계;응축탱크 내의 온도가 제 1 임계치 이하이면서 상기 응축탱크 내의 수위가 제 2 임계치 이상임에 따라 상기 제 3 개폐수단을 개방하는 단계;상기 제 3 개폐수단이 개방된 후 제 2 임계시간 경과하면 상기 유체 순환수단을 동작시키는 단계;상기 유체 순환수단이 동작한 후 제 3 임계시간이 경과하면 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 개방하는 제 1 개폐수단 개방단계; 및상기 제 1 개폐수단이 개방된 후 상기 상태 감지수단이 감지한 유량이 제 3 임계치를 만족하면 상기 제 2 개폐수단을 닫는 단계를 포함하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 가동 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 운전대기 상태를 유지하는 단계는,상기 제 1 개폐수단 및 상기 제 2 개폐수단을 모두 개방하고, 제 1 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 닫으며, 상기 유체 순환수단은 정지상태를 유지하고, 상기 제 3 개폐수단은 닫혀있는 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 가동 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 개폐수단 개방단계는,상기 유체 순환수단이 동작한 후 제 3 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 일정치 개방하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 개폐수단이 일정치 개방된 후 제 4 임계시간 경과 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 완전히 개방하는 단계를 포함하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 가동 방법.
- 제 1 개폐수단, 제 2 개폐수단, 제 3 개폐수단, 유체 순환수단, 상태 감지수단, 및 제어수단을 포함하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 정지 방법에 있어서,소정의 조건을 만족함에 따라 상기 제 2 개폐수단을 개방한 후 상기 제 1 개폐수단을 닫는 단계;상기 제 1 개폐수단을 닫은 후 제 5 임계시간 후에 상기 유체 순환수단의 동작을 정지시키는 단계; 및상기 유체 순환수단의 동작을 정지시킨 후 제 6 임계시간 후에 상기 제 3 개폐수단을 닫는 단계를 포함하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 정지 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 조건은,상기 연료전지의 출력이 기준치 이하인 경우, 상기 응축탱크 내의 온도가 제 1 임계온도 이상인 경우, 상기 응축탱크 내의 수위가 임계수위 이하인 경우, 상기 제 2 온도 감지기가 감지한 온도가 제 2 임계온도 이하인 경우, 상기 제 3 온도 감지기가 감지한 온도가 제 3 임계온도 이상인 경우, 상기 유량 감지기가 감지한 유량이 임계유량을 일정시간 유지한 경우, 정지 알람이 작동하는 경우, 중에서 어느 하나의 경우에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 기반 열회수 장치의 정지 방법.
