Abstract

Innenzahnradpumpe zum Fördern eines Fluides, umfassend ein Innenzahnrad (22) mit einem Innenzahnring, ein Außenzahnrad (24) mit einem Außenzahnring, wobei die Zähne (21) des Innen- und Außenzahnrades (22, 24) ineinander greifen und das Innenzahnrad (22) oder das Außenzahnrad (24) angetrieben ist, einen zwischen dem Innenzahnrad (22) und dem Außenzahnrad (24) ausgebildeten Arbeitsraum (47), der in einen Zuströmarbeitsraum (30) und in einen Abströmarbeitsraum (31) unterteilt ist, einen in den Zuströmarbeitsraum (30) mündenden Zuströmkanal (28) zum Einleiten des zu fördernden Fluides in den Zuströmarbeitsraum (30) und einen in den Abströmarbeitsraum (31) mündenden Abströmkanal (29) zum Ableiten des zu fördernden Fluides aus dem Abströmarbeitsraum (31), die Zähne (21) des Innenzahnrades (22) und die Zähne (21) des Außenzahnrades (24) jeweils eine Antriebsflanke (51) und eine der Antriebsflanke (51) gegenüberliegende Freiflanke (52) aufweisen und die Antriebsflanken (51) des Innen- und Außenzahnrades (22, 24) aufeinander liegen zur Übertragung eines Drehmomentes von dem angetriebenen Zahnrad (22, 24) auf das nicht angetriebene Zahnrad (22, 24), wobei die Geometrie der Antriebsflanken (51) des Innen- und/oder Außenzahnrades (22, 24) dahingehend ausgebildet sind, dass wenigstens zwei Zähne (21) des Innen- und Außenzahnrades (22, 24) aufeinander liegen und an der Kopfstelle (48) ein Abstand oder ein Spiel zwischen den Zähnen (21) des Innenzahnrades (22) und den Zähnen (21) des Außenzahnrades (24) besteht.
